Les chambres étaient confortables, la piscine superbe et l’ambiance très paisible. Le personnel a été exceptionnel du début à la fin : toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à aider. • Nathan (3/5): You're probably reading this too late haha - Nice firm mattress. Pool was maybe above average. Totally misleading pricing. 4 nights reduced from $1000+ aud to $380 or something like that as standard. It would never be priced as such as is therefore very misleading, thinking you're getting a luxury hotel at last minute bargain. The Lagoon pool, while advertised was not available, tried to swim laps in it and realised it had an oily film on the surface. If that was available then it'd be over if the only lap pools available on the island (after doing research) but overall it's probably a few years past its prime and a few years of hard work before it gets back there. Only one key card for the door and no assistance with getting bags up the stairs. I feel bad for the staff, they seemed sweet but could only do so much with what they've got. Breakfast was funny, diy salad was kooky. Left the island early, dnusa played some role in that... Learned my lesson, go to the reviews and filter them by lowest and then most recent. Definitely got catfished on this one, at least the bed was comfortable.

• Veronika (8/5): Perfect location on Nusa Lembongdan - Perfect spot in Lembongdan. The staff was lovely, always ready to help. We decided to upgrade for a villa and were given a special price for it, so we had a good experience. The place has so much potential, but lacks on many levels. Breakfast was very unpleasant, but we were prepared for that having read previous comments. Seems like it’s quite common on the island so you have to be open minded about it.

• Roel (9/5): Een enorme aanrader op Lembongan! - Heel lief en behulpzaam personeel en een toplocatie,met prachtige toegang tot het strand en de zonsondergang. We kregen een gratis upgrade van onze kamer, waarvoor enorm veel dank! De villa was prachtig, maar wel heel veel lawaai. Mag iets beter geïsoleerd zijn voor geluid van vogels en insecten, die je al vroeg wakker maken. :)
• Knowlman (8/5): Lovely Accommodation. - Great place to stay. Our villa and pool area were clean and relaxing, the communal area was also presented beautifully and staff were great. Breakfast offered lots of options. The location was the top of the main strip, everything you need within a short walk. It would be good if they had water purifiers around rather than relying on bottled water. The communal pool too was warm, and there wasn’t much of a vibe in the resort when we were staying there, some lovely people but we tended to head to other resorts for happy hour cocktails and sunset - better options.

Was handy to get away from the other guests and relax in our own space. The buffet breakfast was very minimal. Looked like it was left overs from their sister resort and re heated. Pastries were stale. We preferred to eat out. We were also only given 1 room key. So was not convenient with 4 people staying in the villa. Never enough pool towels at the main pool.

• Kiefer (3/5): Bad. - It was on the beach The lagoon access pool is well run Down as is the rest of the property. For the price I would think it would be a bit newer. Doesn’t look very well maintained. Also the music that comes on in the morning for the front desk was to loud and consistently woke me up at 7am with how loud it was. I am also a pretty heavy sleeper and have not complained ever about being woken up at 7am.

The food at the Lighthouse Restaurant was delicious, especially the local Balinese dishes.

• Nicole (1/5): So eine Frechheit ! - Hallo, ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Ich sag nur: Leute läßt die Finger davon. Das Hotel ist auf keinen Fall so wie es auf Booking dargestellt wird. Das Einzige was toll war, war der Transfer von Bali in diese Hölle. Wir hatten dieses Hotel gebucht, weil wir nach unserem Australientrip noch ein paar Tage ausspannen wollten, daher haben wir die Poolvilla gebucht für satte 175 Euro die Nacht inkl. Frühstück. Bei mir beginnt der Tag mit einem tollen Frühstück. Das ist dort nicht vorhanden . Jeden Tag das gleiche Essen und teilweise unreife Früchte. Dafür hab ich mich auch noch anschnautzen lassen können weil ich eine Banane wollte die nicht im Frühstück enthalten war. Aber an der Bar könnte man die für Bares erwerben. Etwas kleinlich finde ich das schon und die Dame an der Kassa mit der Brille würde ich in jedem Fall entfernen. Der ist so langweilig, dass sie ihren Frust an den Kunden ausläßt. Es gibt aber auch sehr nettes Personal dort. Mein absolutes No Go ist der Strand und der Müll. Der Strand ist eigentlich nicht vorhanden, da das Meer ihn weggeschwemmt hat. Links und Rechts sind 2 abgebrochene Mauern die vor der Sandbank liegen. Das ermöglicht kein sicheres in das Wasser gehen. Der Müll liegt überall herum und es stinkt, dass man gar keine Lust hat dort ins Wasser zu gehen. Ich würde ja meine Angestellten das wegräumen lassen, aber die liegen meist hinter der Bar und spielen mit dem Handy oder schlafen, weil es so fad ist und keine Leute im Jänner da sind. Vielleicht fangt ihr mal an euren Plastikmüll zu entsorgen, das ist ja wahrhaftig ein großes Problem in Indonesien. Die Zimmer sind auch nicht das was man sich erwartet. Wenn man genau hinschaut, sieht man das es eigentlich langsam zerfällt. Es wird halt alles sich selbst überlassen und der Inhaber scheint hier nichts mehr investieren zu wollen. Wo mir der Graus aufsteigt ist der Schimmel in der Dusche. Das geht gar nicht. Ich reise auf der ganzen Welt herum, aber bei 175 Euro erwarte ich mir mehr.

• Tracey (9/5): Fantastic - We stayed in the one bedroom villas with private pool - loved it ….. had a bath under the stars, the bed was really comfy, having your own private pool was a bonus especially when the main pool was busy! The staff were very lovely and accommodating, the only thing was the breakfast, if there were more variety it would be perfect!
• Catherine (6/5): Notre séjour c'est bien passé et nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir. Cette île est safe, agréable - Hôtel bien situé par rapport au club de plongée French Kiss Diving, dans un quartier très sympa. Nous avons demandé a changer de chambre car celle où nous étions était trop bruyante, ce qui n'a pas posé de problème. Dans l'ensemble cet hôtel est propre, le lit assez grand, les plage et piscine sont bien. C'est un hôtel familial simple. Il mériterait un bon rafraîchissement, mais conte tenu du climat je pense que c'est difficile d'effectuer une maintenance générale au top! le petit déjeuner toujours le même, pas grand choix. Le restaurant n'a pas toujours ce qu'l y a sur la carte proposée et c'est dommage. Même au bar parfois il n'y a plus de milkshake par exemple!

Night entertainment/singers were great and inclusive. Breakfast was cold, not fresh and disappointing. Food from restaurant is also disappointing. Beach not really swimmable all day depending on tides - would have liked to know this before we arrived.

• Kristopher (1/5): BEWARE - DO NOT BOOK! DISGUSTING, RUN DOWN. UNHYGIENIC, UNSAFE - Absolutely nothing. This place is disgusting, unhygienic, unhealthy and unsafe and no one should stay here! BEWARE - This place is a neglected, delapidated dump! DO NOT BOOK! Do not trust old pictures. It is run down, falling down, mouldy, grimy, putrid, not serviced well. The resort posts outdated photos and I suspect fake reviews, you need to read more recent (low) reviews and look at recent posted reviewer photos! The first sign something was up was the dated, musty lobby area with old, stained, chipped furniture and empty shelving (having walked through puddles and past rubbish to get to reception from the street). - We asked for 2 key passes (for 2 guests in same room) and were told “no”, it’s a 1 key per room policy as they don’t have enough key passes. We later found (when being told there is minimal breakfast due to low guest numbers) that there are only 10 guests booked, for 50 rooms?! - Rooms are filthy, including showers that haven’t been cleaned in ages (soap scum, grime, mould thick in shower and basin. The mirror and tap are covered in soap scum). - Food at dinner was served cold, stale after a long wait. - Breakfast menu is very limited due to “low guest numbers”. Bread and pastries are stale. Coffee is cheap and nasty. - Housekeeping don’t mop or sweep floors or clean anything (only make bed). They seemed to use a dirty, dry mop and just waved it over the floor. Outside pool area is not swept so is covered in wet, slippery foliage. Towels in the room are not replaced and are old and ripped. Used face cloths are just placed on the sink again by staff to be re-used. Dirty floor mats are also left and not replaced. - The beach is NOTHING like the online pics. It is eroded and is barely accessible due to the steep drop and broken concrete. Walls along beach have crumbled and concrete is spread along the beach! Also there is rubbish everywhere. Beach chairs are dirty and covered in mould. Showers at beach are also mouldy and filthy. - There are large pieces of the ceiling missing in the main lobby area, concrete seems to be failing.

• Aimee (10/5): - Everything! We got a room upgrade upon arrival and we were able to check in early. Saturday night seafood was absolutely amazing and full of flavour! Anything I asked for, I received! Staff were so friendly and remembered all of our names. Only 2 bottles of water daily. Our shower had some mould and the door to the shower that leads to outside was filthy and rusty.
• joseph (7/5): - Decent price with a great location and friendly staff. I paid for a room with a bath, but the water pressure was so low, it was never going to fill the bath, the water was also warm not hot. Either than that, it was s good stay Location, staff, beach from, spacious rooms
• Peter (9/5): Great Place. - A private, quiet and comfortable stay in a great location, made even better by awesome staff. Large well appointed rooms with excellent air con and great bed. Would definitely stay here again! The main entry and foyer would benefit from more life and atmosphere. While the resort does need some love, it represents good value for money.

• Liam (10/5): Magical Stay at d'Nusa Beach Club - I had an incredible stay at d'Nusa Beach Club and honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and genuinely accommodating. We mentioned in passing that we had just gotten engaged, and without us asking or expecting anything, the team went out of their way to organise a beautiful surprise for us. It was incredibly thoughtful and made an already special time even more memorable. The restaurant was fantastic. The food was consistently great, well presented, fresh, and enjoyable every time. Combined with the oceanfront setting, it made meals feel like a real highlight of the stay rather than just something convenient. Our room was spotless. Everything felt clean, pristine, and well maintained, with clear attention to detail throughout. It was comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what you want when staying somewhere tropical. Overall, the experience felt personal, relaxed, and genuinely special. The service alone sets this place apart, and when combined with great food, beautiful surroundings, and immaculate rooms, it made for an unforgettable stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nusa Lembongan. Nothing. It was perfect.
• Dale (10/5): First time staying in lembongan, D'nusa made it the best trip ever - Staff amazing, location amazing, stay amazing, kid's loved the pool and beach right at your door step. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended
• Angelica (10/5): Amazing stay! Big and clean rooms - The rooms were huge and super clean! The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Nusa Lembongan and want something centrally located!
• Kateryna (7/5): Avarage quality hotel. Suitable if you need just to spend the night. - The pool/beach area are nice. Rooms are quite spacious. Hotel is a bit outdated, needs renovation.
• Kiki Akbar (10/5): Wonderful Stay at dNusa Resort - My Partner and I has the most wonderful stay at d'Nusa Resort. The location is perfect, right by the beach with spectacular views. We especially loved the complimentary breakfast and the beach club area. The team went above and beyond to make sure we has a great time. We will definitely return! Nothing

• Florencia (10/5): Una estancia maravillosa en nuestro 2do aniversario - Nuestra estadía fue maravillosa. Nos alojamos en una villa con piscina privada y realmente fue fabulosa: amplia, cómoda, luminosa y con total privacidad. La piscina fue nuestro rincón favorito; ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del descanso sin salir de la habitación. El hotel está muy bien cuidado, el ambiente es tranquilo y el personal fue siempre amable y atento. Todo estaba impecable y se notaba la dedicación en cada detalle. Una experiencia excelente que superó nuestras expectativas. Sin dudas, volveríamos y lo recomendaríamos !! Tiene unas vistas preciosas al mar, y unos espacios al aire libre maravillosos! Gracias a todo el personal que nos atendió de maravilla !! Nos gustó todo !!
