• Robert (6/5): It was okay, but wouldn’t rush back there, unless renovations had been undertaken - Big swimming pool, friendly staff, quiet location Rooms / Facilities Need Renovation, doesn’t look like they have been updated since the Resort was first built. The Section we stayed in Only had Twin Beds, No Queen Size. The Towels provided were clean, but worn out. The Airconditioning in several rooms was only Barely Cool Not Cold. The taps in the bathrooms did not work properly.

• Chris (1/5): Nooit meer! - Het zwembad. Ik heb 65 euro betaald per dag zonder ontbijt. Een echte schande dat dit afgeleefd hotel nog te zien is op booking.com. Schimmel in hoek van plafond, badbodem vuil, deur ijskast vuil, oude vieze dekens op de bedden geen douchegel en shampoo beschikbaar, was met zicht op zwembad maar geen privacy want op mijn gelijkvloerse kamer konden de voorbijgangers mij in bed zien liggen dus de stores moesten altijd dicht. enz.....onmiddellijk beklacht gedaan aan de receptie en onmiddellijk nieuwe kamer gekregen die ietsje beter was maar een financiele compensatie was aanvaardbaarder!

Staff great except the ones that need to deal with your problems!! - Breakfast was great only change would be a bit more variety for the continental breakfast not just bread & jam would be nice! the hotel is so old TV's that must be 30 plus years old Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) when did they stop making them!!? would not be so bad if they worked it was watching programs through a snow storm. Free WiFi access is available in the lobby where there is no AC only fans why not extended around the hotel & grounds? Pattaya Garden Resort has a bar and a restaurant. Bars only by the pool during the days none in the hotel. Facilities for disabled guests!? I am an old man with mobility issues I could not get out of the 2nd pool had to be helped by some customers of the hotel when I questioned this was told that no one else had problems. Room service how is this ordered when there is no room phone? by email!? no you have to walk to the lobby to get the wifi!! Air conditioning 1st cottage worked but was noisy 2nd cottage no working so did not stay Hotel ok Staff great except the ones that need to deal with your problems & they just blamed the owners saying they could not solve the issues with TV's.
• Gustav (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit 2 Pools - Die Villen sind anscheinend renoviert worden. Alles da wie Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank usw. Dickes Lob an das Personal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage in Naklu perfekt fürs Nachtleben und kurze Distanz zur Beach Road. 7/11 und viele Restaurants gleich ums Eck.

• Logan (8/5): - It’s nice to be in a quiet place for sure , but the hotel staff were so rude to us while checking in. It’s too far away from all the action it might seem walkable it is not. You might as well spend more $ to stay closer to action bc it’s gonna add up with taxis either way. Our AC was leaking puddles by day three. Like I said if you want a hotel with a pool and breakfast that’s quiet sure spend a few days but i won’t be staying here again.

They did not speak English and did not help us find a lost package and gave us the run-around. There was no Internet/WiFi. The breakfast was so so.

• André (2/5): - The place was very worn down. Services and appliances that was promissed wasn't there. For example: Wifi was only in the reception so there was very crowded, laundry services wasn't available, coffemaker in the room wasn't there, the cleaning wasn't good, dirty bedsheets was just turned over instead of replaced and the staff didn't speak any english so it was hard to communicate.

Breakfast was a challenge not because of hotel but a lot of guest were rude jumping lines would take more than they could eat leaving wasted food…..this may be common in there own countries but was disturbing to us! • Noam (10/5): Excellent place - Location: It was excellent, on the one hand it was not in the center of all the hustle and bustle, and on the other hand it was quite close to everywhere. Breakfast: A very full and rich meal that included: hot dishes, vegetables, soup, breads, hot drinks, sweet drinks and fruit. The price is very affordable. The facilities were a bit outdated, TV, shower and cabinets very old, didn't bother me too much... The staff is available and responds quickly. Outside the room everything is green and pleasant, the pool is very close and there is fantastic service there.

• Uffe (8/5): all in all perfect closed to all events for shopping beach a.s.o. eaters for the night - b fast big choice from fruits to bread croissant asian dishes as well good coffee nice and serious staff in hotel please be so kind to look after your water in the swimming pool it has to be found a solution to offer clean water to hotel guests!! hotel closed to bamboo beach down the road about 8 to 10 min walk please add wifi to the hotel rooms this will help to make the hotel up to date even it is an old hotel which is still kept fine for the many years sunbeds at the pool reserved from holiday makers from early mornings or even a night before. and they are empty for many hours before they finally arrive.

• Greg (1/5): Would never stay here again - Place is a dump. Might have been ok back in the 60 as a Vietnam R&R hotel but hasn't been any updates since then. Pool was ridiculous, I never swim in a pool where I can't see the bottom in 1 meter of water. Pool furniture in shambles. Room: Air Conditioning control consisted of a switch on or off, no temp control. Was afraid to walk around the room in bare feet, toilet in bathroom leaked water all over the floor. The room had a balcony however the sliding door had been screwed closed so could not access. And I could go on. And for all this luxury they had the nerve to charge over 1400 bt plus 3% if you use a credit card. Good luck if you choose to stay here.

• Francis (8/5): I was dissapointed with the original room so I upgraded. Unlikely to stay again - Upgraded the room to a Villa. The original rooms shower was very poor and dangerous getting in and out. The bed was comfortable but very low and not easy to get out off. I have stayed in the villa 54 nights within the last year and requested an exstention to booking out time of 3.5 hours on the last day. There was no help with this.

Wifi is not coming to room, only in the reception area. Strength is also not good, The electrical sockets were coming out of switch and very dangerous for small kids.

• Ian (9/5): Great location for Pattaya/Jomtien area. - The Location is very well situated. We had a pool view room. Last time I stayed I had a luxury bungalow, alot more private. Upgrade if you can. Excellent noodle shop at the top of the alley and other small shops. Currency exchanges 2 mins away.. (TT exchange was ok. 40.30 bht to 1 GBP) Terminal 21 Mall 10 minutes walk (best rate around 40.35 bht 15 minutes stroll to beach road. Try the Bolt taxi service.. (phone app) really Excellent. So simple and efficient. Once you update your details in the app. Type in your destination (it suggests a price) and it looks for drivers in the area. They then reply with a price, you accept or decline. (You can raise or lower the price as you wish) the offers keep coming until you accept one or cancel your request. Fantastic and very well priced. The late night revellers in the pool below our room. 02.20 this morning and still laughing and making merry 🤷‍♂️ really poor by the hotel to be honest.

• Petra (2/5): - Ich würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen, ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Poolblick gebucht und einen Bungalow im Garten bekommen und das Frühstück wurde kalt vor die Tür gestellt. Das Hotel ist vollkommen herunter gekommen und bietet nicht den Service wie versprochen.
• Wilhelm (4/5): - Die Bungalows sind sehr abgewohnt. An meinem Bett gab es keine Lichtschalter und keine Steckdose. Duschen geht in der Badewanne, aber sehr klein. Das Buffet ist permanet das selbe. Nicht frisch gekocht und schlecht gekocht. Das Personal kann icht grüßen und nicht lachen - speziell im Frühstücksraum. Muffelig! Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - zeer gedateerd hotel, vtiendelijkhrid en service personeel kan beter. hen iemand botten zien breken bij een val door uitstekende klinkers in het voetpad. kamer naast mij was ingebroken en was de kluis in het geheel verdwenen ondanks beveiligd terrein met camera's en bewakers. airco was kapot en is na veel aandringen eindelijk gemaakt na 3 dagen. nieuwbouw of flinke renovatie is mijn advies.

It is also a Guest Friendly hotel. The thing what was disapointing was that there we're to less stretchers around the swimmingpool. The area around the swimmingpool was big enough to house double the amount of stretchers.

Auf Anfrage wurde uns ein Bungalow 3 Häuser weiter empfohlen - gleicher Lärm. Am 2. Tag haben wir uns ein neues Hotel gesucht. Nie wieder!!!

Stündlich ein anderse Passwort zum Einwählen. Von 22 Uhr bis 2 Uhr morgens fast kein Einschlafen wegen des Lärms möglich. Aus der Dusche kam des öfteren sehr wenig Wasser. Auch die Toilette mußte öfters nachgespült werden.

• Minique (4/5): - Accueil décevant les touristes affluent dans la ville donc on ne fait aucun effort Le personnel ne parle pas l’anglais il faut être Russe Le jardin est entretenu agréable Tout le reste est des années 70 et n’a pas bougé depuis (chalets clim salle de bain télé piscines Etc Pas de Wiffi sauf dans le hall de l’hotel Les transats de la piscine sont en bois en partie moisi La télé est d’époque et très trouble La clim fontionnne mais compte tenue de son âge est très brouillante Les éléments de salle de bain sont bleu délavé Le lit un peu raide car un matelas posé sur une planche et une couverture d’époque très pelucheuse Certaines peintures ont certe étaient refaites ça évidant il y en a partout Pas d’aeration Dans la salle de bain Ne parlons pas de petit-déjeuner deguelasse cher à condition de pouvoir y accéder nous nous sommes fait avoir le premier jour après un quart d’heure de négociation pour accéder à la zone et par obligation le dernier jour le café est infecte celui du bar est bon mais il n’ouvre qu’après le petit-déjeuner donc si vous ne voulez qu’un café vous êtes obliger de payer le prix d’un petit déjeuner complet Le personnel de service est cependant courtois sauf la garde chourne du petit déjeuner qui ne parle que Thai et qui ne veut rien savoir de plus

Würde sich das Personal genau so intensiv mit den Wünschen der Gäste und der reinigung allgemein auseinandersetzen wie mit ihrem Handy wäre das Hotel sicher gut....

Personal sitzt nur am Handy.Als Urlauber bekommt man ein schlechtes Gewissen wenn man etwas an der Poolbar bestellen möchte. Rezeptionspersonal genau gleich.....Würde mein Geld auch gerne so verdienen.Hatten 5 Zimmer a 25 Nächte gebucht.Hotel ist sein Geld nicht wert.....Frühstück für 200THB überteuert.

• Günter (6/5): Zentral gelegen. - Hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick zum Pool im Haupthaus. Täglich 1 Ltr. Wasser kostenlos, sowie auf Wunsch mehr Handtücher. Frühstück für 200 Bath ist ungenügend. Dafür kann mal für 95 Bath außerhalb besser (Amerikanisches Frühstück) frühstücken. WLan nicht gut genug. Man mußte sich fast alle Tage ein neues Passwort an der Rezeption holen. Überwiegend Gäste aus Russland ca. 70 %, aber meistens Familien.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Durchschnittliches Hotel - Zimmer sauber, Frühstück müsste besser sein. Außerhalb kann man viel besser essen!
• matze (4/5): - Sehr lautes Hotel,am Pool sehr lautes Publikum und abgewohnten Zimmer. Könnte eine Sanierung vertagen.Würde ich für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht empfehlen
• Jukka (4/5): Pattaya Garden hotel - Olin ko.hotellissa (bungalow) 3 viikkoa.Olisi pitänyt olla aurinkoinen,isolla uimaaltaalla varustettu paikka,mutta kaikkea muuta.Pieni uimaallas,puita ihan liikaa majan edessä jne.Hiiriä huoneessa,käärmeitä ja rottia ulkona,sai varoa kävellessä.En suosittele.Venäläiset ja saksalaiset pitivät kauheata meteliä läpi yön.

• ismo (2/5): tosi surkea - hotellin taso tosi surkea..huoneissa huono äänieristys asunnot ovat 2-8 huoneistoa yhdessä eli rivitalo ei bungalo tai huvimaja. hiiriä juoksi huoneissa joten ensitöikseen niitä metsästämään niin ja asuntojen ulkopuolella oli myrkkykäärmeitä ja yöllä kulkukoiria jotka varmasti pitävät sinut hereillä naapuri tappoi yhden käärmeen..allasalueita on 2 kpl mutta aurinkotuoleja tosi vähän.allasalue muuten siisti.aamiainen oli normaali ja riittävä hotelli kaipaa isoa uudistusta. en varmasti mene enkä suosittele kyseistä hotellia kenellekkään..olen kiertänyt thaimaata paljon mutta tämä hotelli oli tosi surkea.....
• Vik (6/5): Günstig - wir würden es wieder Wählen. Da es Günstig ist. Es ist zwar etwas runter gekommen. Alt die Ausstaffierung wie Betten. Da wir einen ganzen Monat dort verbringen und das Personal sehr nett ist .Sieht man über einiges hinweg. Lg J. und V. Greutmann
• andre (2/5): - Ich würde keine Person dieses Hotel empfehlen. Schmutzig, es stinkt, sehr unfreundliches Personal. Ich könnte dort nicht bleichen und an den selben Tag in einem anderen Hotel eingezogen
• Verified traveler (2/5): Tendenzioso - Pessimo hotel vecchio puzzolente come mai in vita mia ho trovato colazione pessima di scarsissima qualità prenotato x 3 giorni al secondo lo abbiamo abbandonato uno schifo mi meraviglio come Expedia non faccia dei controlli avevo prenotato x amari hotel e dopo la conferma mi appare questo hotel che dalle foto sembra buono foto datate ti tanti anni fa ci ho rimesso un giorno ma ho guadagnato in nervosismo e salute.....wifi solo nella hall ...mi meraviglio una struttura osi grande vada risparmiare pure sul wifi SCHIFOSO
