Struttura tranquilla nel quartiere Prati a pochi passi dalla fermata Metro di Ottaviano. Si potrebbe avere complessivamente un po più cura della struttura e dei dettagli. La colazione non abbondante e i cuscini non molto confortevoli.

• Ortwin (9/5): Gerne wieder - Preis/Leistung für Rom sehr gut. Lage: ca. 400m von Petersdom, 300 m zur Metro und 50 m zu guter Trattoria. Zimmer gut geräumig auch der Sanitärbereich. Täglich gereinigt. WLAN ist gut Eigentlich nichts. Der Blick aus dem Fenster in interessanten italienischen Hinterhof. Aber, wir waren auf Städtetour und nicht zum Rausschauen. Frühstück Italienisch aber immer mit cornetto und Toast und süßem Belag und Jogurt. War aber letztendlich ok.

• Karolina (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja, przyjemny pokój i miły personel - Obiekt jest idealny na kilka nocy, szczególnie ze względu na lokalizację. Do Watykanu jest raptem 10 minut spacerkiem. Wygodne łóżko i ładnie zrobiony pokój - prosto ale wystarczająco :) Śniadanie były włoskie czyli croissant, tosty i kawa. Personel bardzo miły, był możliwy self check in ze względu na późny przyjazd. W okolicy jest bardzo wiele punktów gastronomicznych. Zdecydowanie polecam :) Niektórym mogą nie odpowiadać proste śniadania ale tak się jada we Włoszech. Brak wad :)

• Razvan (10/5): O locație și personal excelente - Este un loc foarte plăcut, curat și cu tot ce am avut nevoie. La 15 minute de Vatican și doar 5 minute de stația de metrou Ottaviano. Domnul de la recepție a avut grijă de noi în mod exemplar, ne-a făcut mereu sa ne simțim bineveniți. Întreg personalul a fost foarte atent la nevoile noastre. Recomand aceasta locație! -

The communication with the property via booking is also great. Value for money - too expensive for the price. Breakfast is extremely simple and basic. Dust was everywhere. The room was not clean enough.

• Sabina (4/5): - Hello, I would like to report a serious issue with the apartment during our stay. The sewage system was blocked and dirty wastewater started coming up into the bathtub. Because of this we could not use the shower and we were even unable to flush the toilet. This created very uncomfortable and unsanitary conditions. I contacted the host immediately and informed him about the problem. However, he told me that the issue would only be fixed in the morning. Unfortunately we had to leave during the night, so the problem was never resolved. Because of this situation we were unable to properly use the bathroom facilities in the apartment. I have photos and videos showing the problem. I kindly request compensation or a partial refund for this stay, as the apartment conditions were not acceptable. Thank you for your assistance.

• Raquel (10/5): Ciudad y alojamiento con mucho encanto. - La persona que nos atendió fue super atenta y amable , todo muy limpio, cama cómoda, acceso muy bien indicado, habitación grande, cálida, cama muy cómoda. El desayuno con un café y un croisant entre otras cosas deliciosos. Si en un futuro volvemos a la ciudad repetiremos sin dudarlo. Nada que añadir

Il piano terra del palazzo ha un odore di muffa che sembra salire dalle cantine e vi era polvere nel rivestimento di legno della parete della stanza. Preciso che sono sensibile perché soffro di asma. La colazione standard.

• Giulio (1/5): Choose it only for the location - The location...is well served by public transport and walking distance to the Vatican city It was noisy, bed quite uncomfortable, room is tiny and breakfast basic. A/C did not work for three nights. Towels were changed only every second day and on request. We checked out early, after only four nights,out of desperation, even if we paid for the full one week stay.

• Agnieszka (9/5): Bellisimmo - The weather was beautiful when we arrived, and the owners were more than welcoming. We've thoroughly enjoyed listening to the beautiful language and exploring all there was to offer around Rome, from the ancient buildings to the beautiful alleys. The restaurants were amazing, and I'd definitely come back again. The only thing I'd change would be the AC in the room as it turned off a lot on its own and wasn't blowing enough cold air throughout the room which didn't help with the hot nights. Overall there isn't much to complain about and I'd recommend visiting.

• Irakli (7/5): Good - მომეწონა: ადგილმდებარეობით არის ძალიან კარგი, ვატიკანთან 500-600 მეტრში, მეტრო-სადგურ otaviano-სთან 200 მეტრში, ახლოს არის რესტორნები, მაღაზიები, აფთიაქები. ღირსშესანიშნაობების ნაწილი ახლოსაა (მიხვალთ ფეხით). სისუფთავე დაცულია, დალაგებაც არ იგვიანებს. გათბობა-გაგრილება და ტელევიზორი არის და მუშაობს იდეალურად. არ მომეწონა: 1) ოთახში სააბაზანოს გარდა არსად არ არის სარკე, 2) საუზმე ძალიან მწირია და არ მომეწონა საკვები, 3) შეიქმნა წყლის პრობლემა, თუმცა განსაკუთრებული დისკომფორტი არ შექმნილა, 4) კარადა არის ძალიან მაღალი და ხელით ვერ წვდები, საჭიროა სპეციალური ჯოხის გამოყენება, 5) ოთახი პატარაა 6) სადარბაზო მეტნაკლებად მოსაწესრიგებელია, თუმცა სისუფთავე არის, 7) ხედები არ არის ქუჩის მხარეს, ფანჯარა იყურება მხოლოდ ეზოს მხარეს, თუმცა ეზოს ხედით ვერ მოიხიბლებით.
