Kamer op zich wel goed. Airco was top! Douche minder, de 2de persoon had bijna geen water meer. Ontbijt basic, maar wel lekker. Leuke lift! De douche, jammer dat er niet genoeg druk op de kraan zat, warm water duurde ook lang.

• Doris (4/5): Nicht empfehlenswert! - Lage war gut, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber. Überteuerte Übernachtungspreise! Die Zimmer waren hellhörig, der Wasserdruck war schlecht (während des Duschens kam plötzlich kein Wasser mehr). Die Abflüsse haben sehr unangenehm gerochen und die Betten waren sehr schmal. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr klein (4 Tische für die gesamte Residenzia). Das Frühstücksangebot war spärlich, aber grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Die Kaffeemaschine musste mehrfach betätigt werden, um eine volle Tasse zu bekommen. Insgesamt unzureichende Leistung für die sehr stolzen Preise!!! Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen!

• Stefania (10/5): Comfortable and clean rooms, excellent location, rich breakfast, and friendly staff - Great rooms, quite big, with a comfortable bed and space for clothes and luggages. Bathroom very new too. The position is very central, you can reach all famous spots from there, and it is also close to Piazza Cavour for taxi. Breakfast was varied and rich. The balconies offer amazing views of the city. Everything was super clean and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended! Nothing really, all good.

Wasserdruck schlecht bis garnicht vorhanden, deshalb duschen nicht immer möglich. Duschen um 07.00h oder um 18.00h nicht möglich, vor 07.00h oder nach 23.00h ging’s.

Rigtig god pizza restaurant Donna Ciro lige rundt om hjørnet. SIT transport til lufthavnen også super tæt på. Fint med terrasse, men der var ingen hynder på jernstole og det hele var lidt 'run down' og misligholdt. Ærgerligt, når der med små midler kunne laves et fantastisk uderum.

Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse auch OK, Müsli war immerhin auch vorhanden :-) Und der alte Aufzug war halt wirklich ein Erlebnis Frühstücksraum ist recht klein, da dürfen nicht viele Gäste gleichzeitig anwesend sein.

Die Klimanlage hat nicht funktioniert und anstat handtücher haben wir kissenbezüge bekommen. Wir hatten Zimmer 16 somit waren wir in der Rezeption und am Frühstücksbuffet. Ich konnte aus meinem Bett Leute ein und auschecken lassen. Kaffe hätten wir auch machen können so nah war ich dran.

• Monika (3/5): Eine Frechheit für diesen Preis! - Kaffee for free 24 Std. Bequeme Betten. Relativ leise. Als erstes, es ist keine Residenz, sondern eine umgebaute Wohnung! Heizung im Zimmer nur über Klimaanlage, die nicht funktionierte, also sehr kalt. Warmwasser in der Dusche zeitlich und mengenmäßig sehr begrenzt und schimmel an der Decke im Bad. Die Couch komplett aufgerissen. Frühstück in der Auswahl sehr überschaubar, nicht mal genug Sitzplätze für alle Gäste im Frühstücksraum und das Wasser aus Plastik Wegwerfbechern. Und dann 42 € Kurtaxe Cash ohne Rechnung!

La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle, le petit dej est dans l’autre bâtiment mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. Ils nous ont garder les valise gratuitement le dernier jour et le personnel est très gentil Les lits soit disant King size mais qui font pas plus 1,50 de large, alors j’ai vérifié c’est écrit 150-180 sur le descriptif bien je trouve pas cela King size… De plus le matelas est très mou une horreur, les cousins tout fin et dur, j’ai demandé deux autres cousins, on ne me les a pas mis dans la chambre du coup nous avons dû aller en acheter deux chez Zara home heureusement seulement 10 euros chacun.

• Petra (5/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist kein Hotel. Es ist ein, wie beim Empfang selbst gesagt wurde, ein Gästehaus - eigentlich eine Gäste-Etage im 5. Stock eines Wohngebäudes. Auf engsten Raum sind 16 Zimmer verteilt. Am Hauseingang steht eine Person die einen mit dem (antiken)Aufzug hinauf schickt. Dort war die Rezeption und auch der Frühstücksraum. Alles sehr bescheiden. Zu unserem Zimmer mussten wir wieder hinunter und um das Gebäude herumlaufen, um dort wieder in den 5. Stock zu fahren. Die Fotos in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft sind nicht falsch, aber es zeigt, dass die Perspektive von Fotos sehr viel verbessert werden kann. Die Fotos sind auch bestimmt schon älter. Der Zahn der Zeit hat schon am Bad und an der Matratze genagt....von der kleinen Terrasse hatte man die Aussicht, aber auch Kühlaggregate....

• Mitja (9/5): Great value for money - Location is perfect for exploring Rome! Everything you need is walking distance and so are all the major sights. Value for money is 10/10. perfect for couples. Breakfast was also good (everything you need, coffee, tea, bread, croissants, some sausage, cheese, jam, nutella, fruit jogurth.) Also gluten free options were provided! Nothing.
• Peter (9/5): - Das alte herrschaftliche Haus mit seinem Entrée und dem sehr alten, dennoch funktionierenden Aufzug. Gutes Frühstück inklusive. Das Personal war sehr entspannt und hilfsbereit, wir konnten unser Gepäck am Abreisetag ohne Kosten hinterlassen. Das Zimmer hatte leider keine persönliche Note, war doch eher funktional. Bohrlöcher an der Wand könnte man verschließen und noch etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit hinein bringen.

• Walter (10/5): Great for a city break - Lovely central but quiet location in a noisy city. High up in appartment to away from traffic noise. Great for walking to the sights. Staff friendly and went out of their way to return a bank card I'd accidently left in the room.

• Dylan (5/5): - Le personnel et sympathique mais ne trouve pas de solution quand il y a un soucis dans la chambre. Le store de la chambre ne se ferme pas, il y avait simplement des rideaux pour palier au problème mais malgré cela on était réveillé par la lumière du jour. Pression d'eau dans les douche quasiment nulle pour la deuxième personne qui se douche. Isolation phonique quasiment nul on entend tout à travers les murs. Propreté limite limite.
