Important Information
The two-room or three-room apartment can be located on the first floor or on the ground floor based on availability, Guests cannot choose.
The first set of bed linen and towels is free of charge.
During your stay, it is possible to request a new set of bed linen/towels. Every new set of bed linen costs EUR 8 per person and a new set of towels costs EUR 3 per person.
Two sun beds and one parasol per apartment are included. Any extra sunbed is charged EUR 10.
Please note that check-in on Saturdays is from 16:00 to 20:00. For information about late check-in, please contact the property in advance.
Late check out is possible until 12:00 upon availability and will be charged EUR 20.
Please note that air conditioning is not included and will incur a charge of EUR 7 per day when used.

- Christian (8/5): Gemütliches Wochenende am Gardasee - Nettes verlängertes Wochenende am Gardasee. Lage war gut. Residenz war schön und Lage war gut. Der kleine Shop bei der Residenz war recht praktisch mit vielen Grundlegende Sachen wie Kaffemaschine-Filter. Ein nahegelegener Strand bequem zu Fuß über Treppen erreichbar und sehr ruhig zu dieser Jahreszeit. Parkplatz war nummeriert. Die Residenz wurde noch hergerichtet. Das Schwimmbad ist nicht beheizt und war noch etwas frisch zum Baden. Das Appartement war recht geräumig aber die Möbel waren von schlechter Qualität und schlecht zusammengebaut. Die Ablage im Kleiderschrank wo wir nur unsere Unterwäsche abgelegt haben viel eines Tages plötzlich von selbst herunter.

- Laura Cristina (10/5): Superb - Locatie este superba. Liniste, aer curat, piscina. Conditii foarte bune. Camere mari, lenjerii curate, bucataria cu toate dotarile necesare. Lacul superb, foarte aproape. Totul perfect. Legat de cazare nu am nimic de reproșat. Singura problema este cu mijloace de transport. Neaparat trebuie inchiriata masina.

- Siu Chui (9/5): affordable stay in beautiful lake with friendly staff - The shower water are hot which is nice after long day of traveling and sightseeing. The kitchen got everything including microwave which allowed us to warm up some food or water since kettle is missing. The patio is nice to relax in and chat after coming bk from hiking the lake. Apartment is spacious with great kitchen accessory, and bed comfortable. linens to make my own bed and enough towels.Parking can be a bit crowded. This resort is less crowded quieter part of Garda lake so I love it as I could go to any other parts of the lake with my car. The medieval castle wall adds charm. The pool is unheated and icy cold even after a long day of sun in early May. Only one roll of toilet paper, no shower or shampoo. no wifi, these are inconveniences but I got an international E-sim with tons of data.
- Andreas (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft - Wirklich freundliches und bemühtes Personal, tolle und saubere Pools sowie schöne, große Terrassen bei den Erdgeschoss-Apartments. Die Ausstattung war teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Apartments sind leider etwas hellhörig.

- Pavla (8/5): Čisto, krásné prostředí - Krásné prostředí, úžasný výhled. Pěkně udržovaná zahrada, herní prvky pro děti, pěšky jen kousek k jezeru. Prostorné ubytování. Super byl obchůdek, kde se dalo nakoupit vše potřebné. V restauraci výborná pizza. Příznivá cena za ubytování. Výborná komunikace s recepcí, měli jsme potřebné informace, ubytovávali jsme se pozdě v noci - klíče ve schránce u recepce. Vše klaplo na 100 %. Velmi oceňuji i přidělené parkovací místo. Bazény jsme nevyužili, náš pobyt byl na začátku května, ale v létě to musí být pecka! Tvrdé matrace, patrová postel pro děti.
- Nicky (7/5): Okay. Good value for money - Beautiful gardening and roses. Grass is kept well. I didnt like that there is no washing available in the appartments AND i find 8 euros for a wash expensive. The spotty wifi and bad 5g were also making it annoying to chill in the basement. Also the 9 euros for the dag per night seemed on the very high end in my opinion. Plus having to pay for heating (i didnt use cause it was fine) but I felt a bit like flying ryan air - all these high priced extra (hidden) charges. The balcony stairs of the basement a6 are EXTREMELY slippery and dangerous. I made a really bad fall down the stairs. Thank god im young and fit but if this would happen to someone older - i dont know if they would come out as good. And lastly, monday on the checkout day of other guest- it was a nice day and wanted to sit outside but i was listening to the vacuum for almost 5 hours clean about 4-5 appartments. Id suggest investing in a less noisy or silent vacuum. Other than that i enioyed my stay. Not complaining or leaving a bad review just want you to have this as feedback.

- Dragos (10/5): - A dream place, like heaven—at least in April when I visited: complete peace and quiet, and birdsong. The staff was very kind. It’s not like a campsite, but rather a group of villas with apartments. The relaxation area and the pool are large. There’s also free table tennis, and tennis courts (equipment provided) for €10/hour. If you want to go to the lake beach (beautiful, but pebbly), it’s just a 5-minute walk away.

- Michał (9/5): - Fajne miejsce na wypoczynek plac zabaw dla dzieci,czysty basen i leżaczki Personel mówiący w kilku językach (Polskim również co ułatwiło nam zameldowanie ) przyjazny zwierzętom. Restauracja bardzo smaczna i sklep na miejscu ze świeżym pieczywem każdego ranka i bogatym asortymentem. Ilość środków czystości łącznie z papierem toaletowym (1 sztuka) dla jednej osoby a była nas piątka. Na szczęście sklepik miał papier i mydełko na stanie :)

- Nora (9/5): Super schön, perfekt für Urlaub mit Kindern, tolle Lage und eine schöne Unterkunft. - Ich war mit meinem 3 Jährigen Sohn und meinen Hund für 4 Tage da. Es war wunderschön. Der Kinderpool ist für Kinder genau richtig und hat die perfekte Höhe für Kleinkinder. Der Spielplatz war zwar klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Auf dem Gelände gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt (perfekt für den Anreisetag) und ein eigenes Restaurant (sehr preisgünstig und lecker). Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und hatte somit eine größere Wohnung mit großen Balkon. Der Gardasee selber ist fußläufig innerhlab von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ich hab auf den Kissen nicht gut geschlafen, die sind sehr hart aber das ist ja typisch in solchen Häusern. Der Duschkopf war zudem auch extrem klein und mit wenig Wasserdruck.

- Wioletta (9/5): Polecam pobyt w tym ośrodku była tam z dziećmi i było super. - W obiekcie było wszystko co potrzebne :sklep, pyszne jedzenie w restauracji,basen. Pokoje czyste zadbane ze wszystkimi co potrzeba dużo ręczników w pokoju też na plus. Personel bardzo miły uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Zameldowanie I wymeldowanie bardzo dobrze zorganizowane i jeszcze na koniec dostaliśmy upominki od obiektu. Będziemy polecać i wrócimy na pewno !

The common areas are also nice This formula is a mix of hotel and airbnb but with downsides of both: close to cero service (beds not made, no daily cleaning, etc.), yet apartments are not really that well equipped (minimum toilet paper, no salt, etc.) The toilet seemed clean, yet smelled of urine from the start.
