- MISSAES28 (10/5): Wonderful stay - We have just returned from our 3 night stay at this lovely hotel. We were very happy and had a wonderful stay. We had a lovely holiday here and didn’t want to leave! The hotel is cosy, warm and friendly. The staff were all really nice on reception, especially the lady who checked us in and out (apologies I don’t know her name). Staff were very attentive and delivered my request of birthday cake for my fiancés birthday while we were there, which was pre arranged but they brought it to the room when I asked for it so quickly! The superior room was lovely and had all we needed. The sauna was a great extra too. The hotel was clean, tidy and nice and quiet. The hotel is close to the ski slopes and only an hour and a half car journey to Roveneimi. There were plenty of places to walk from the airport and restaurants and shops nearby. There was also ample parking, undercover which was helpful. We were lucky to see the Aurora two nights in a row during our stay. The last night we saw the Aurora for hours right outside the hotel and also from our hotel window, which was incredible! Great location. We already know that if one day we return to Lapland, we would chose this hotel.

- Frank (8/5): Goed - Het is een fantastische locatie met iglo's met fantastisch uitzicht. We hebben hier de mooiste wandeltocht van Lapland gemaakt en de Northern lights waren adembenemend mooi. Voor meer dan €1000/nacht vond ik dat de exclusiviteit ontbrak. Op sommige dagen is het inclusief diner, maar dat zat er bij ons niet bij. - Het ontbijt was redelijk, maar zeker niet bijzonder. - Bij het inchecken moesten we met pen en papier formulieren invullen, dat heb ik al jaren niet meer gedaan. - De koffers hebben we zelf de trappen af moeten slepen. Niet dat ik dat erg vind, maar voor een unieke beleving zou het wel passend zijn.

Świetne, różnorodne śniadania, niestety nie mieliśmy okazji skorzystać z restauracji hotelowej w porze kolacji ale sprawiała wrażenie bardzo dobrej :) Odwiedziliśmy Luosto w drugiej połowie listopada i trochę brakowało nam atrakcji w pobliżu hotelu, sama miejscowość wydawała się pusta - może to kwestia terminu, ale jeśli nie to zdecydowanie jest tam duże pole do rozwoju jak np. możliwość wypożyczenia sprzętu sportowego w hotelu, albo dodatkowa restauracja typu take away serwująca gorące napoje - kubek gorącej czekolady w czasie spaceru w tych warunkach staje się luksusowy ;)

- Mira (7/5): Pieni ja tunnelmallinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla - Tunnelmallinen ja siisti majoitus. Sijainti hyvä lähellä kansallispuiston lähtöporttia. Parkkipaikkaa oli haastava löytää. Aamupala oli varsin surkea ja huonolaatuinen. Koirahuoneet kaikki vierekkäin, joten koirat haukkuivat kuorossa, kun yksi alkoi haukkumaan. Lähtöaamuna vastaanoton työntekijä tuli huoneeseen kun olin vielä nukkumassa, luulien sen olevan jo tyhjä. Tästä jäi epämukava ja hämmentynyt olo. Uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä asia selvitettiin ja pyydettiin anteeksi, se vähän lohdutti.

Auch haben die Fenster schöne grosse Fenster auf das Norden, aber die Aussicht wird blockiert durch grosse Bäume und viel Strassenlicht.

Hotellin pihalta helppo lähteä reiteille. Suosittelemme ehdottomasti tätä hotellia muillekin 🤩👌. Meidän huoneessa oli pieni sauna, mikä oli tosi kiva juttu 😊

- Meta (9/5): Heerlijk - Een heerlijk hotel in een prachtig natuurgebied. We hebben mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Vanuit het hotel loop je zo de natuur in met goed aangegeven wandelpaden, waar recent alles is vernieuwd. O.a. een hoge trap om boven op de berg te komen. Prima ontbijt en diner gehad, je proeft de echte Lapse sfeer. Eigenlijk niets

Kleineres Hotel und deshalb wird man auch als Gast wahrgenommen. Das Abendessen im eigenen Restaurant war lecker, die Sommerkarte aber recht klein. Preise für das Essen wie üblich in Finnland recht hoch. Leider keine Früchte beim Frühstücksbuffet.

Huoneet siivotaan useamman yön vierailulla vain pyynnöstä - olimme kuumina kesäpäivinä ja täten roskakorit ym. alkavat tuoksua nopeastikin ja pyyhkeet eivät kuivuneet kunnolla - ehkä siivous voisi kuulua automaattisesti palveluun. Huoneiden ovet paukahtivat hyvin äänekkäästi kiinni. Koko hotellissa oli melko kuuma - ilmastointi? Henkilökunta osaltaan hieman nuivaa (ei kaikki henkilökunnasta). Aamupalalla esim. karjalanpiirakat otetaan paljain käsin - hygienian vuoksi ottimet olisi hyvä olla tarjolla.

- Maria (10/5): Suosittelen tätä hotellia kesällä! - Ihana tunnelma hotellissa. Todella kodikas vastaanotto. Ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Rauhallinen ympäristö. Todella iso huone! Siisti varusteet huoneessa. Ihana iso ikkuna ja mahtava näköala huoneesta! Aamiainen monipuolinen ja maukas. Vastaanotto meni kiinni klo 18 mikä oli vähän surullista. Mulla olisi kysymyksiä ja toivomuksia illalla mutten pystynyt sanomaan niitä kenellekään. Ei saanut ruokaa päivällä ja illalla , piti mennä toiseen ravintolaan syömään. Huoneessa ei ole ilmastointia, jonka olisi tarvinnut, koska ilma oli vähän tunkkainen kesäkelien takia. Mutta käytävästä löysin tuulettimen.

- Jenni (6/5): Lomamme oli kokonaisuudessaan onnistunut - Sijainti ja aamiainen oli loistavia, ihana henkilökunta, kiitos! Nukuimme tosi huonosti koska huoneessa oli tukalan kuuma, 28-29 astetta, vaikka tuuletusikkuna oli auki koko vierailun ajan. Onneksi käytävälle oli huomaavaisesti jätetty tuuletin joka hiukan helpotti oloa 🙂
- Luc (7/5): Minder geschikt in de zomer - Nette, verzorgde kamer. Ontbijt was behoorlijk oké. Fijn dat de kamer ook een kleine sauna bevat. Je kan er, in de zomer althans, niet eten (lunch of diner). Er is niet veel in de buurt. De omgeving had niet echt iets te bieden behalve mooie natuur, die je elders in lapland evenzeer hebt.
- Tiina (9/5): Helteet olivat kuumentaneet huoneen, mutta henkilökunta varoitteli ja pahoitteli tilanteesta. -

- 894tiinar (6/5): - There is no air condition, and the hotel is old, eventhough there has been some renovation? Reseptin is open only uniltil 18 o'clock and the restaurant was closed. You could not have any drinks there. Breakfast was ok, nearly 9+!
