- Jan (1/5): Frauduelent! I Paid. Hotel was closed down. Money is gone! - I booked and paid the Hotel. When I arrived, it was closed. Everything dark. Curtains closed. No one there. I tried to call them -> Mailbox. I have written multiple eMails -> no response. I had to check into another Hotel. One week later my phone calls were finally answered. They said: 1.) It's the fault of booking.com: They didn't synchronize with their system. 2.) I should have asked for cancelation afterwards. I did via booking.com service. It was declined by the Hotel. 3.) It's the fault of booking.com: it is impossible to deal with them. It is a complicated company. 4.) They didn't receive my money from booking.com. Although I showed them the PayPal receipt. 5.) They wanted me to pay second time, so they could refund that second payment money. The woman was friendly on the phone, apologized. But did NOTHING to resolve the situation. After a month I gave up. 320€ down the drain!
- Natalie (8/5): Great apartment in a great location - Located amazingly for the city centre, the apartments are roomy, and nicely decorated. Everything worked as it should, rooms were clean & tidy. Shower was hot & powerful, body wash/shampoo supplied & smelt great. The television had multiple channels and the kitchen was well equipped. We found it difficult to gain entrance but eventually managed to get an answer from the door buzzer. The room was very very noisy from both the outside, who seemed to like to scream and shout and the guests above who it sounded like were moving furniture at 1am.

- Barry (9/5): Superb - Located within 3 minutes of Eindhoven central station, the Little Grand is the perfect accommodation in the center of what Eindhoven has to offer. The apartment had everything you could need for a self-catered stay. I was only there for one night, but the apartment has everything needed for a longer stay too. In the evening there seemed to be some loud music playing until quite later in the building. I'm not sure if this was from other apartments or from the hotel audio system itself. It wasn't very audible in the apartment and bedroom, but if louder I can imagine that it could be troublesome to anyone who is a light sleeper.

First time he said that visitors from down complain that we making too much noise because of walking, for understanding it was near 17:00 after one hour as i with my girlfriend arrived. He saw that we weren’t wearing shoes and said they will even hear a mouse and left. Second time he did when we were getting out, same situation but this time just to check if we are ready to left. I never experienced that any staff member or owner the place coming into my apartments. It’s just feeling so uncomfortable and unsafe that someone can get into your place. Also to let you know if you will pick penthouse than you can get into your place from common elevator

Apartment fully furnished with really everything you wish for next to a big shower, complete kitchen and nice seating options. Hospitality of the host (butler) is excellent and definitely a big recommendation.

We were 2 adults with different schedules, and not being able to have a key each was not ideal. Check in process was a bit lengthy, we were given a tour of the flat and had to listen to explanations on how to use appliances, when it would have been better to just have an instruction leaflet for the oven, hob and aircon.

I didn't take seriously the request to call 30 min before arrival, and therefore had to wait for the host to show up from off site with the key. Also the apartment was very clean and well equipped, and although located in a very central place it was very quiet. The air conditioning in the bed room was noisy, my spouse is a light sleeper and he had trouble to fall a sleep. However we manage to work it out by cooling the living room and leaving the bed room door open.

It was indeed a high-end quality experience. The laundry room that was right near the SPA room - this type of room is located in the basement, so the prep rooms are in the same location and the noise produced by the washing machines are annoying.

- Mike (10/5): - This is an 8-unit apartment building with 2 butlers when we stayed there for a week. It is perfectly situated amongst lots of restaurants, shops, and a huge train station. We were able to take trains from there to other major cities in the Netherlands. The butlers made you feel like how the rich and famous live, at a fraction of the cost. These guys were professional in every sense.

- Mark (10/5): Fantastic little hotel - What an excellent hotel. Only 7 apartment rooms but great service and very clean.
- Doron (10/5): - Amazing suite, beautifully decorated, high quality appliances, top quality comfortable mattress/bed.
- Martin (10/5): More of an Apartment, with butler service - Cannot fault the hotel, a little noisy probably due to location in center of city, although handy for the rail station (5 minutes walk) The only issue for us was limited check in time no earlier than 1630 so had to leave luggage in hallway unattended as there is no reception.
- Conor (10/5): City Centre oasis - A remarkable place. Old world comfort clad in modern materials in a very central location. Marcel is a gem, a genuine Butler. The apartment was well laid out, kitchenette, sitting room with plenty of space for guests, the bedroom spacious and comfortable. Locally there are a mass of restaurants, shops, cinema. It would be easy to imagine a perfect place for a short term work placement or a weeks holiday. Parking is close - you need to turn right before the hotel and drive 250m to the pay and display. Payment by bank card, it's very reasonable. I look forward to my next opportunity to stay.

- Glen (10/5): A little gem of a hotel! - We only stayed a couple of nights at the Little Grand but wished we could have stayed longer. It was by far one of the best places we've ever stayed. We had the brown room which was awesomely decorated and very spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were very modern and also spacious. Marco, our host, could not have been more helpful and was happy to go out of his way for us. I've given the rating of 5 stars because there is nothing to fault this place. It was also pretty quiet for where it's located. If you are staying on the first floor there can be some noise heard from the restaurant below if busy, but this was no later than 10pm and did not disturb us at all. The hotel is located almost next door to a supermarket, the Wok & Go nearby was a nice place to eat and town is just across the road.
