• 貞穎 (8/5): - 溫泉大眾池很讚，可以選室內及室外，或者兩個都泡。服務人員很用心，用日文加英文說明住房須知，還幫我推行李到房間，問我是否有任何問題？我需要加濕器，他馬上就送來房間了。Lawson非常近，海邊也距離很近，在大廳白天即可看到海景。 房間地板有舖地毯，容易導致鼻子過敏。美中不足的是館內沒辦法供應早餐及晚餐。房內燈光有點昏暗。

• YUKIO (8/5): 出張で温泉は贅沢な感じでお薦めです。 - 出張での宿泊でした。華水亭さんには、以前も宿泊したことがあり、今回はリピートでした。 到着からお部屋までの案内など、親切にしてくださり、ありがたい感じです。 リピートでしたので、お風呂の案内など、途中で遮ってしまって申し訳なかったです。 今回は素泊まりでしたので、食事に関するレポートはできませんが、代わりに近所の食事事情を。 まず、居酒屋のようなお店はそれほど多くなく、近所のホテルにある居酒屋「えんやさんご」が良い感じでした。コンビニも徒歩圏内にあるので、足りないものはコンビニ調達可能です。 その他にもラーメン店なども徒歩圏内にありますので、出張・素泊まりの人でも食事難民にならずにすみます。 お風呂は、男湯、女湯が入り口でわかれていて、男女入替はなかったと思います。 男性大浴場にはサウナ併設で水風呂有り。 露天風呂は寝そべるように入れるお風呂と岩風呂的なお風呂がありました。寝そべる方は、お一人様用に仕切られているので、ゆったりすることができるいっぽう、団体がいると占有されてしまうというデメリットがありますが、私が利用しタイミングは、運良く空いていて、のんびりできました。 出張の時に温泉とか、同僚が知ったうらやましがること間違い無しです。 あと、外国からの旅行者の方向けに、お風呂の作法をもっとしっかり理解していただける様に、なんかの対応をした方が良いかもしれません。 最後にお部屋ですが、今回は街側のお部屋でしたので、眺望は残念でした。 お部屋はビジネスホテル風な感じで、お部屋全体、トイレ、バスルームともに清潔感は感じられました。 ちょっと困ったのは、電源が少ないこと。 デスクに電源の差し口が無く、デスクでＰＣを利用したり、スマホやタブレットの充電を行う際には注意がいるかもしません。私はフロントに電話をして、電源の延長コードを借りることができたので良かったです。 また、机を照らすライトが1つ点灯せず暗かったため、卓上ライトをお借りして難を逃れました。 電源が多めに必要なかたは、宿泊時に確認をした方が良いかもしれません。 全体的にはくつろげて、翌日は万全の体調で仕事に迎えました。 ありがとうございました。 また来ます。

Sitting area downstairs is rather bare with only a few tables and chairs and they charge Y100 for the coffee. These charges for trivial services are irritating.

• ヤスオ (10/5): - ビジネスプランで利用させていただきましたので、安かったです。海側の部屋ではなかったですから部屋からの景色は街並みが見える程度でした。 ですがロビーのフリードリンク（時間によっては日本酒やワインもあり）、ロビーからの景色、温泉（男女ともに二カ所）がとても良かったです。今回利用はしていませんが貸切露天風呂もあるようです。全体的に清潔感がありスタッフの方々も丁寧でした。また来たいと思いました。

• KEIKO (10/5): 華水亭、大好きです - 皆生温泉は家族で海水浴に訪れよく宿泊します。今回、華水亭ははじめてでした。大浴場の脱衣場の床の清掃がすばらしく、砂のざらつきがなくていい感じでした。夕食も大変美味しい会席料理で家族みんな感激していました、お子様メニューの豪華なメニューにも感激しました。次回も華水亭、利用したいです。

• Asa (8/5): - お風呂はよかったです。またスタッフの方のおもてなしや、開放感あるロビーのフリードリンクは素晴らしく、滞在して良かったと思います。基本的に不満はありません。しかし個人の趣味の問題と思いますが、お部屋の設備や演出は旧態依然という感じは否めません。由緒ある温泉旅館という感じですが、1980年代以前の何を良しとしてこれからも提示していくのが、これからのインバウンドと国内旅行者に向けて、今後の発展のために良いのかは、この旅館だけでなく、日本の大箱旅館でよく感じます。

• Verified traveler (6/5): お勧めはできない - 大浴場にはそこそこご入浴の方がいらっしゃいましたが館内は閑散としており、翌日配布された朝刊の置いてあるお部屋もまばらでした。どう見ても空室の方が圧倒的に多い印象でしたが案内されたのは海とは反対側のお部屋。格安のプラン利用でしたし館内(海側のお部屋)が満室であったなら仕方のないことと思えますが、窓から見下ろす広大な駐車場にポツリポツリと停められている車を見て「なぜ？」という気持ちを禁じえませんでした。ただ、温泉は景色も素晴らしくお湯もなめらかな肌触りでした。それだけに残念です。
• Hiroko (8/5): - タイミングだったのかもしれませんが、大浴場は人が少なく、ゆっくりと温泉が楽しめてとても良かったです。 残念だったのは、部屋を予約する際に禁煙か喫煙かの表示がなく、予約した後に喫煙の部屋だとわかり、後日禁煙の部屋を希望したところ、既に満室とのことで変更が出来ませんでした。 念入りに消臭するよう対応してくれたので、そこまで気にはなりませんでしたが、部屋に入るまでは少し心配しました。 フロントで、翌日足立美術館へ行く予定ですと話をしたら、皆生温泉から直通のバスがあると教えていただき、翌日バス停まで送っていただきました。雨が少し降っていたのでとても助かりました。 ホテルの方々の対応は大変親切で良かったと思います。
• Masahiro (8/5): 絶賛の大浴場！ - ロビーから見る日本海の砂浜の借景は雪降る景色と相まって大変綺麗でした　接客も丁寧でした　なんと言っても新館二階の大浴場が最高です　外風呂に入りながら日本海の荒波の音、振る雪を見ながら大変幻想的で癒され、ついつい長風呂してしまいました 本館一階のバーで飲んだジントニックも美味しかった 新型肺炎騒動で大陸から日本への観光客が一気に激減したせいなのか、ホテルで見かけなかったですが、その分大変静かで良かった しかし、観光業への影響は甚大だろうなあと心配にもなりましたが 一点残念だったのは、飛び入りで取れる朝飯提供の食事処が無かったことかな それ以外は大変このホテルを気に入りました リピートすること間違いなしです
• Kung Yau (10/5): - 交通方便，由機埸搭火車往米子站，再搭四號巴士，溫泉方面算有9分。如十分滿分的話。早餐及晚餐都滿意，這樣的價錢，晚晚有和牛及魚生，飲得杯落。
• fairysky (10/5): Pampered like kings and queens - Kasuitei proudly excavated their own onsen source and is located close to the waterfront, some 500m away from the main bus stop at Kanko Center, not too far away from public transport, but essentially retains an aloofness that patrons seek for a retreat. That was my primitive expectation but we were treated with much more! We dragged our luggage all the way from the Kanko Center bus stop and I didn’t inform the hotel of our arrival time in advance, so I wasn’t expecting a warm reception but I was really surprise by a staffs lining up readily greeting us with hearty smiles. After a brief check-in process, an English-speaking lady led us to the room, insisting to carry our luggage for us, then briefed us on the hotel facility, and offered us a free matcha reception at the hotel’s lobby lounge. She also greeted us whenever she meets us, and sees that our comfort is met. I regret didn’t ask for her name and write her a personal thank you note. Our room was on the top floor, facing Sea of Japan in the main wing. From our window, the view leaves an impression as if the hotel is right in the middle of the sea, with an endless horizon, absolutely breathtaking! Our futons are laid while we were having dinner in their common dining hall on level 2. One small incident happened shortly before we were ready for dinner, a massive power trip in the town (not just for the hotel), so I called and ask whether the dinner needed to be postponed. Upon power resumption, a gentleman whom I assumed to be their manager came to the dining hall, apologised for the inconvenience, and presented every table with a box of confectionery. I understand it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but I’m truly impressed by their sincerity. Their tantalising cuisines truly showcase Tottori as a wonderful but vastly underrated culinary region, with nearby Sakaiminato as a major fishery port in Japan, and many more delectable cattle, poultry, vegetables and fruits all over the region. Our seafood dinner was sumptuous, artistically presented to impress the eyes in addition to the taste buds. As for onsen, the hotel has two large onsen bath, one on the ground floor of the main wing, and another on the 2nd floor of the new wing. The one in the new wing has more facilities, such as locker, mineral water, sauna, and offer a better view in their rotenburo. But as the onsen bath in the main wing is basically shut in the morning, I would suggest trying that first after checking-in. The hotel also has smaller private onsen bath rooms for rental, as well as other health and beauty facilities. Like many other Japanese ryokan, the hotel also has a gift shop, as well as a noodle restaurant. There are many more kind gestures that the hotel staffs showered us which I can’t all elaborate. In part I don’t want these to become precedence for over-demanding patrons. All I can add is, go there, enjoy the stay, the onsen, the cuisines, and be pampered like kings and queens.
• aikylail (8/5): modern hot spring hotel - It is a big hotel in the Yonago Kaike Onsen area. The rooms are big and comfortable, windows can be opened, it is good to have fresh air in the room. But the carpets in the corridor is a bit wearing out. Service is good, most staff can communicate in English. The Onsen is well equipped, ventilation is good. The outdoor hot spring pool is really wonderful, we enjoy it very much. We have the free breakfast ( toast and tea/coffee )in the ground floor lounge facing the sea which is a good start of the day! The shuttle service from hotel to the bus stop is excellent, however, no return service is a pity even the distance is very short.
