The location is ideal: close to everything, but without being right in the busiest area, so it was perfect for staying with children. If we came back, we would clearly stay here again. The staff were super kind from the very beginning.
- Jonathan (9/5): Schönes großes Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer - Schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer in der Ferne. 2 Minuten bis zum Strand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einrichtung war schön im traditionellen Stil auch wenn alles in die Jahre gekommen war. Die Straße war im Zimmer doch recht deutlich zu hören. Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut und hat sich nicht sehr gut selbst reguliert.

- Alice (7/5): Largish room close to Kenting night market - The beds were very comfy and there was lots of water provided in the room with hot and cold water dispensers on the landing. The hotel is a short walk from the night market, lots of restaurants and the beach. Also close to the access to the STUNNING national park. The staff were very friendly whenever we saw them. The concierges were mainly two toddlers, which was very cute, if not particularly useful. The wind whistled loudly through the air vent in the bathroom which was like being haunted by the ghost of a rather sad bird. The room was not cleaned, even after we asked for the bin to be emptied. There was rarely anyone at reception (apart from the cute toddlers) so we couldn't ask about local info re swimming, bikes, good places to eat etc. We had to communicate through the booking.com app if we needed anything. The lighting in the room was terrible and the room was a vicious green.
