• Margarita (9/5): Очень комфортно, доброжелательный и учтивый персонал! - Очень близко к озеру, к канатной дороге и к причалу. Много активностей в одном месте, много мест где можно вкусно поесть! Довольно скудный выбор на завтрак.

• Alan (6/5): It was okay, but don’t count on smoke free and parking - It was lakefront and the room was ready when we arrived. The room had no desk. The breakfast was mediocre at best. White bread, congee, vegetable fry, egg dish, meat dish. The tv was huge and on during breakfast displaying graffic news and war scenes. The lights were not always on when we returned… trying to find the elevator in the dark. The ocean view was trash, then ocean. It was a smoke free hotel but we couldn’t have the window open as the neighbors kept smoking on the balcony. The neighbors music was very loud at night. The ac was blowing right on the bed… and the private parking included was not accurate. We left the property and tried to return but the lot was full as they rent out the spots during the day. When I went to the hotel I was told parking is only included after 3.

• Jia Ying (4/5): - It was a beautiful place to visit, but the overall experience was quite disappointing. There were too many people have approaching tourists to sell boat tickets and bicycle rentals, and the pricing was very inconsistent. Boat tickets ranged from 150 to 300, and the bicycle rental prices were also unclear. For tourists, especially those unfamiliar with the area, the lack of proper information made everything confusing. Overall, the scenery is lovely, but the chaotic environment, unclear pricing, and lack of helpful guidance made the experience far less enjoyable. The hotel staff did not provide the guidance we expected. Even though we explained our plans, they still charged us extra for the boat tickets but failed to give us the correct information about the boat route. Because of this, we ended up missing the place we planned to visit, and to go there again, we would have to pay for another boat ticket, which was very frustrating. We noted that the hotel’s rating is 7.6, and from our experience, this seems appropriate unless the hotel enhances its service quality and provides better guidance to guests.

• Yu-chen (2/5): 訂房的照片每間房間都有放一張湖景的照片，超級漂亮，到了現場一看到實際房間的大小時超級失望，房間超級小，完全圖文不符。 訂房是含早餐，因為是去跑馬拉松所以無法在餐廳開放時間用餐，家人要求是否可以烤2片吐司留著給跑完馬拉松的家人回來吃，員工說 - 地點 房間大小與圖片不符，差異太大

• Daniel (5/5): poorly maintained ordinary but expensive hotel with nice outlook - fantastic views from top floor room (but in too late checkin time to enjoy for one night). Spacious room. Enjoyed breakfast. Staff were pleasant and helpful needs a really thorough clean - room was grubby- dust and small spill stains. Hot water just warm enough, fittings a bit distressed (chipped tiles, laminate lifting on furniture, unfinished repairs- eg drilled holes left unplugged etc ). Very expensive (au$ 200 per night) for what it is. Other nearby options are better value

• Sharon (10/5): Comfortable family-run hotel in great location! - We totally enjoyed our stay at this family-run hotel! Breakfast included about 4 traditional Taiwanese dishes, and continental Western-style breakfast (toast and with jelly/various spreads). Coffee and teas were always available. The location was excellent for a short walk to the cable car ("Ropeway"), shops, restaurants, waterfront, etc. The hotel was quiet, clean, had air conditioning, and was well-run. Larry and Angela were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, gave us advice when we wanted, gave us umbrellas to use on a day with rain predicted (which came in handy!), and were generally friendly. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend it.

Would highly recommend. - The host and manager was exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful, and the staff were also excellent. It is in a nice quiet area but still close to transportation, attractions and local conveniences. Prices are GREAT value for money, and the upgrade cost is VERY worth it to an amazing suite. Breakfast (included in the price) was a tasty Taiwanese buffet. Our first smaller room (before we decided to upgrade) didn't have a good view. But that didn't really bother us as we weren't there (in that room) for the view, and the room itself was nice and great value.

• Alan (8/5): Lakeview Homestay was a friendly place , run by a family who provided special food for our breakfasts more than was set - Large airy room on First floor ( so not too high ) and proximity to the lively streets of the lakeside settlement Building noise from nearby property during the day but not really too much of a problem because we were out and about most of each day

• Ramesh (10/5): - Really lovely family run, the family was very friendly and helpful. All the activities and bike rentals etc can be booked at the accommodation. Everything within walking distance. The evenings are really popular and huge crowds turn up for all the street food and outlets. Highly recommended for anyone to experience local culture, fun activities and food.
• CHIN LIANG (8/5): 人員服務很好但床非常搖晃 - 房間的床不是用床板，是用另一個床當作床板，躺起來非常晃，同睡的若移動身體床都會晃來晃去，這是唯一一個缺點。 其他的都非常滿意，尤其是所有工作人員服務態度都非常好，下次若在來日月潭會再願意回來。
