The accommodation did not suit 3 adults ,the room was too small had to make sofa bed up then we couldn't move at all .The room was very hot even though there was a small cooler on wall which was a waste of time .And the noise from the road was very noisy so know didn't enjoy the stay at all , good job we where there only one night .

Paul (6/5): Ok. A few issues. - How close it was to Lake George and the main strip. Updated bathroom was nice. Need to update cooking supplies in the kitchen. Some of the pots and pans were old and gross and I had to clean some of them before using. The walls were quite thin. Had to deal with a noisy neighbor at 3AM. Also, there was tin foil covering the bathroom window in the shower. Just get a privacy filter for the glass. If improvements were made, I would stay here again.

Rj (10/5): - Amazing property and great family staff the honesty cares about there property and there guests 1st time staying here and will definitely come back only negatives to mention are pool area could use some upgrades/repairs also they are in desperate need of some kind of vending machines for late night snack and drinks also the door handle has n my room was not in n the best shape but that was the only problem in my room all the other things mentioned could just be considered improvements

Laura (7/5): With a little effort this place could be amazing however the owners clearly don’t care. - Beautiful location with a babbling brook behind the cabin Bathroom window had privacy glass smashed out and lock was broken, bathroom was filthy, dead bugs and a wrinkly dollar store shower curtain and woman who checked us in was not friendly at all, it was as if we were a bother. Front office smelled heavily of body odor.

Speaking of coffee tho, there is no coffee maker in the room so be prepared for that! They have a shared kitchen space with a coffee maker, but that's just not my vibe. I need a lot of coffee and I don't want to leave my comfy home to get it. Otherwise the cabin was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Richard (5/5): convenient to town (~.5 mile walk), quiet. Met the minimum expectations. - Location is good. Cabins are separate and the area is quiet. Beds are sufficient. Bathroom is tiny and there was a towel rack on the wall across from the toilet that you would hit your head on when you got off the toilet. The shower did not have any anti slip mat or roughened surface, very dangerous. The shower is an accident waiting to happen. There were no paper towels or tissues and no way to clean any of the antique dinner ware or glasses. There was a TV on the wall but it wasn't connected to a cable or antenna, so it was non functional.

Eva (2/5): Awful, depressing dated crowded parking, no heat - The place was rented for $235- A LOT on 10/12/24 the cottage 2 bedroom . People live upstairs running a lot, the place is dated to the 70s, the heat doesnt work we turned on the kitchen stove to warm the main room and bath, the hot water too had issues too hot, too cold.. we asked for $50 off next stay because we had no heat, she refused stating that I chose to come there... well there are 100s motels around, this is sitting in a parki g lot cars everywhere those puctures do not look like the place. Also very dated, people next door had no water, no tv.. met them in the morning at check out. The lady just grinning walking back excuses like crazy.. dont go!!!

Easy walk into the village for meals and entertainment. I could take my chair and sit out by the brook and enjoy a bit of nature and quiet. The cabin was a perfect size and comfortable. The room seemed like it could use a good deep clean, a bit of dust on some of the surfaces. The overhead light in the room didn't work. I let the staff know but it wasn't fixed before my stay ended. The parking spots for my cabin was a bit small, my Bronco Sport mostly fit it but stuck out into the driveway a bit. Some of the towels were getting a bit thin, probably ready to be replaced with new ones.

The sheets were visibly dirty with more hair all over. We tried to air it out, went and bought febreeze but it didn't help. We ended up checking out and not staying.

Also … had plenty of dishes and pans. Refrigerator was very clean and newish. Quiet It needed to be cleaned better although the bathroom was clean. Just floors( I washed) and windowsills and cobwebs
Matthew (8/5): - This is a great little cabin/hotel with a quiet bubbling brook behind it and open BBQ space, great for families. The wifi was hit or miss (mostly miss), and I wish the owners would consider adding wifi expanders for certain cabins. However, no wifi is not necessarily a bad thing for teenagers who really need a digital detox! Very friendly, helpful owners and generally quiet, although a mere five- to ten-minute walk from a busy tourist area.

The room needed a major renovation as there was peeling paint, mouse droppings in the pots and pans, unpainted molding, old fixtures. More than half of the lights didn’t work. The toaster didn’t work. You could hear the upstairs guests so loudly.

C942HZbillg (10/5): best place to stay - this place was amazing the cabin was cute nice tv and bathroom towels for shower were like new the fridge kept everything cold the staff was amazing help out with everything i asked about and it was clean and well worth the price plus it was convenient right off the highway plus only about 10 minite walk to the villige shops close to everything the pool water was cold but thats to be exspected in the mountains i highly recomend this place to couples
craig (4/5): For a good price its what you get - I booked online thought it was a wonderful price especially for our mini getaway for the 4th of July. I go to check in and my price was $10 more than what i originally booked. It looked like a cute cottage. The room was okay. Saw ants, spiders crawling everywhere on the floor. The bathroom is little outdated. Oh please bring your own shampoo because no shampoo was provided. If you want to brush your teeth there is warm water instead of hot water. This cabin lacks hot water when I also took my shower. I turned it to the highest temperature and still no hot water. It was a great location because we walked everywhere to downtown Lake George and looking forward to watching the fireworks. Everything was good except on 4th of July day going into Friday morning. People are not considerate of quiet time. Someone was shooting fireworks @ 1:30 am on Friday morning right outside my cottage. So I couldn't get any sleep. While it was an affordable price i will not be staying there next time.

There were 2 common areas we did not use but looked good - the kitchen seemed equipped with cooking pans and the pool was small but clean and had a 8 feet deep side. The place was not aired when we came in. There was no bar soap. Bugs (small round beetles) were able to enter somehow during the night and buzzed all night.

Dirico (1/5): Only if you are stuck, stay here - The only likable were the cute cabins....but that's it. If they were well maintained and clean, this spot would be a gem Dirty, dirty dirty. Not one window had a screen, we couldn't keep the wi down open without having mosquitoes and flies and moths coming in. Horrible. I'm sure even if they changed our room it would have been the same. They have a key drop off box....if I were the owners, I would gladly have the guests return to keys to the reception and give their overall comments.

It’s kinda far from the Lake because of that, are a lot things that they do not offer like the other surroundings motels, like kayak rentals and other water activities. The pool was dirty there were a lot of bugs in it that’s why we didn’t even get to use the pool.
