- Bennett (7/5): We liked the building and the location and will try it again next year. - Great location on the 12 floor with a nice ocean view. We were given three phone numbers to call if there were any problems. Upon arrival we found roaches in the kitchen and water leaking from the refrigerator. we called the all three emergency numbers with no reply. We also reported the problem to the front desk, but it appears they only are responsible for the time share units they manage. On the third day we texted another California number and received an immediate reply and the the problems were corrected.
