• Bernhard (10/5): Japanische Oase mit Haute Cuisine - Mitten in der Stadt, aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes japanisches Zimmer mit Blick in den Garten. Der Onsen war sehr praktisch, um zwischendurch baden zu gehen. Europäern ist das Diner und das Frühstück zu empfehlen, japanische Küche at it‘s best! Die Mitarbeitenden extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir fühlten uns richtig zuhause. Beste japanische Gastfreundschaft! Es gibt nichts, was nicht gut wäre.

• Julia (10/5): Großartiges Hotel mit Anspruch für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. - Ganz großartiges Hotel mit wunderbar freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Die Räumlichkeiten sind außerordentlich schön, die Zimmer geräumig und komfortabel, es mangelt an nichts. Das private Onsen ist sehr schön. Das war das beste Hotel auf unserer Reise. Dieses Hotel hat einen Anspruch und wird ihm gerecht. Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Der Service war großartig, die Ausstattung wunderbar. Das einzige, was nicht ganz unseren Vorlieben entsprach war die doch recht hohe Temperatur des Wassers, aber das ist unser Problem.

Also the private onsen (we have tattoos so great to have the option) Location - at night when trying to sleep you could hear the nearby train. Also - the experience was great - but unfortunately the traditional sleeping on futons was very uncomfortable for us.

• NAGATA (10/5): 優しいお宿 - 当日予約だったにも関わらず、暖かく出迎えて頂き、食事も美味しく、ゆったりと過ごす事が出来ました。スタッフの皆さん、笑顔と優しさが印象的でした。 お布団が合わず眠れませんでした。暖房を切っていたのですが、暑かったことも関係あるかもです。寝るまでと朝は窓を開けてみました。体調にも寄るでしょう、温泉効果もでしょう。
• Fabien (10/5): Un ryokan moderne et charmant avec un très bon restaurant - Un ryokan en plein centre-ville mais dès qu'on gare la voiture et que l'on franchit l'accueil on oublie complètement la localisation car l'aménagement est très qualitatif. Un ryokan moderne mais avec beaucoup de charme. Les chambres sont très confortables et grandes. Les repas proposés sont excellents, je crois que c'est le meilleur diner de notre séjour avec une grande variété de plats et très recherchés. Merci encore pour tout. Les Onsen sont très biens également donc bravo ! Rien à redire !

J'avais laissé mes bagages avant l'enregistrement, ils les ont amené dans ma chambre. La chambre était tres belle, prêt du yucata, et serviette pour le onsen fourni. 2 onsens, l'un privé l'autre public, et quand meme une salle de bain privé dans la chambre. The ability to use the private hot spring without a reservation was the best part. The breakfast was also really classy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. I guess it's because of the cost, but it would be nicer if the public hot springs were a little cleaner, especially in the morning.

• Sandra (5/5): Very nice staff, but shower/bath facilities too limiting - The staff were extremely nice. We loved the koi pond and the fact you could feed the fish. The biggest drawback was that we did not have a bathroom in our rooms (we were 10 people in 3 rooms) and had to use the public onsen. Several people in our party had tattoos, and we were not allowed to use the public onsen. We had to find time to use the private onsen, which was pretty much always occupied. 40% of all Americans have tattoos. I have never stayed at a hotel, let alone a fairly expensive hotel, that did not have a bathroom in the room. I think that if they are going to prohibit you from using the public onsen, they should either make an accommodation for you where you can reserve the private onsen or provide some kind of cover for you to put over your tattoo. I could never stay at a hotel like this again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 心のこもったおもてなしと快適な滞在 ― 鳥取の旅館「こぜにや」で癒やしの2泊3日 - 5月上旬に2泊3日で宿泊しました。鳥取駅から徒歩圏内というアクセスの良さに加え、繁華街も徒歩で行ける便利な立地が魅力的です。空港や駅からの移動もタクシーでスムーズでした。 今回は朝食付きで、初日のみ夕食をいただきましたが、どれも大満足。特に朝食は2日間でメニューがしっかり変わり、焼き魚や野菜を中心としたバランスの良い内容で、ボリュームも十分。朝食担当の方の気遣いも温かく、1日の始まりを気持ちよく迎えられました。 温泉施設もとても充実しています。貸切露天風呂は清潔感があり、1人では贅沢に感じるほどの広さで、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。大浴場は2カ所あり、時間帯によって男女が入れ替え制になっているので、両方の浴場を楽しむことができます。どちらも夜遅くまで利用可能で、特に露天風呂は開放感があり広々としていて快適でした。大浴場へ向かう途中には自由に飲める水が設置されており、清掃スタッフの方も頻繁に見回りされていて、衛生面への安心感がありました。タオルを部屋に忘れてしまった際には、通りがかった清掃スタッフの方がその場でタオルを貸してくださり、心遣いに感動しました。 館内の雰囲気もとても良く、池の鯉への餌やりは子どもたちにも人気で、大人にとっても癒しのひとときになります。チェックイン時には偶然、獅子舞のパフォーマンスに出会うことができ、思いがけず楽しい体験となりました（イベントは常時行われているわけではないようです）。 ロビーでは朝にコーヒーやヤクルトが提供されており、こうした細やかなサービスも嬉しいポイントでした。フロントには24時間スタッフが常駐しており、頻繁な出入りの際も鍵の預かりなど親切に対応していただけて安心でした。 総評： 心遣いの行き届いたサービスと、清潔で快適な施設が印象的な旅館です。観光拠点としての立地も申し分なく、ひとり旅はもちろん、家族連れや友人同士の旅行にもおすすめできる宿です。ぜひまた再訪したいと思える、温かみのあるお宿でした。

Close to the train station - I arrived earlier at the property on 5 January before check-in and staff arranged for my luggage to be moved into my room when I came back after exploring. Dinner was good and subsequently during check out i left my luggage at the counter to explore the town more before my train. When I came back and wanted to leave, staff provided me with a lift to the train station. It was raining at that time and the lift was appreciated despite the train station being quite close by. Excellent services by the staff here and I greatly appreciate it. Definite recommend. None.

The Japanese-style room was standard, but the private onsen was great and certainly exceeded my expectations for the price. The host was very kind enough to allow for separate booking of dinner and breakfast for my first day staying there, and the food was very delicious. The onsen was old given the history of the ryokan but still very good. The food was awesome too.
