No coffee no teabag no milk and no sugar no teaspoon; The sliding door to the bathroom was too strong to open had to use force to slide it and water in shower had no pressure at all.only 1 towel.

AC stopped working after a day, after I insisted I dont want to change room, they manage to fix it. generally not cheap for what you get, but its port morsby and hotels are overpriced, so kind of good value for money. in the restaurant was many cockroaches (even inside the bread basket for breakfast!)

Die Zimmer sind nicht ganz auf dem besten Stand. Z.B. war in meinem Zimmer die einteilige Klimaanlage nicht richtig eingebaut, so dass ein Luftspalt darunter war. Die Fliesen im Bad waren zusammengestückelt, aber immerhin war alles dicht und die Dusche hat gut funktioniert.

- Sheila (2/5): I would never stay there again! - Room is tiny and small. It smelt moldy. I paid 86 USD. Totally not worth it. I did appreciate the airport pickup and dropoff service. Small, dark room. Dirty looking toilet and bathroom. Noisy AC unit on the wall.

- Gunauru (5/5): - The room curtains were very poor. As a couple, we needed privacy but the curtains were very old and could even cover the entire window. If similar curtains are in other rooms, I would recommend for the hotel management to look into replacing these unreliable curtains with new good curtains

- tony (1/5): - Nothing Hotel didn't reply to any emails, didn't pick up phone calls for an hour about the free airport transfer. After a while the worker at the airport was able to get through on another number, and the transfer bus came and left without me for whatever reason. There were cockroaches crawling in the breakfast buffet food.
- Elizabeth (5/5): Friendly Staff makes rundown Hotel Pleasant - Staff were really friendly and responsive. They made the place livable and lovely. Needs major renovation, leakage from the ceiling on the first night, reported it, and was fixed. I didn't like the bathroom partition, no privacy. Old beds and sheets are not comfortable. However, it is good for value.

Too unhealthy to continue to stay here. A shame, as its fixable, and cleanable, but there's no interest to do so. Booking the shuttle was never organised, no matter how many times I notified our arrival time

- Michaeline (5/5): Passable - The convenience and the friendly staff. Grounds were clean and it has nice tropical feel about the place. The shower door was broken, very outdated and uncomfortable bed without flat sheet and it was too hot for just a doona only. Lights weren't working.

Thier were molds on the side of the shower room.A very thin blanket to cover in bed. The tea spoon provided was plastic which can be toxic if used to mix the ingredients for a hot cup of coffee. The Television also wasn't working we tried switching on and off but the television couldn't read the universal remote.
