• Doris (8/5): - Zentrale Lage, relativ ruhig, extrem freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, großzügiges Zimmer, wunderbares Frühstück. Schwierige Parksituation, weiter Weg vom Auto zum Hotel mit dem Gepäck. Das Zimmer war Straßenseite gelegen und eher düster, außerdem hat jede 1/4 Stunde die Kirchturmuhr relativ nahe geschlagen. Ich habe das Beleuchtungssystem sehr kompliziert empfunden...
• Giorgio (6/5): Sufficiente - Camera, bagno e doccia grandi. Colazione soddisfacente. Parcheggio disponibile anche se per arrivare all' hotel e al parcheggio bisogna telefonare per far aprire il dissuasore che delimita la zona, il passaggio per l' auto è molto stretto. Per arrivarci con il navigatore non va impostato l'hotel ma il luogo indicato nella mail. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante. Nel bagno essendo un 4 stelle mancava un po' di tutto, c'erano solo gli asciugamani e non tutti e solo del sapone nel dispenser della doccia. Molto difficile arrivare con la macchina. Anche la colazione migliorabile come varietà. Pulizia cosi cosi, nella doccia è rimasta la schiuma del sapone.

• Petra (8/5): - Osoblje je vrhunsko, gost se osjeća ugodno. Soba je lijepa i prostrana. Mjesto je čarobno. Doručak ukusan. U sobi nisu radile sve utičnice, slavina na kadi treba zamjenu. Na kadi je nedostajao čep pa se ista nije mogla koristiti za kupanje.

• Joakim (10/5): A quick stay of the main track at a lovely heritage hotel - What a lovely hotel and staff. From the messages and support before we came to fantastic food at the restaurant - all at the highest level. Add to this the location in a walled small town and you have a great place for a short stay. Nothing which comes to my mind.

• Ewoud (10/5): Home away from home - This is a jewel. The restaurant is phenomenal the service is if you have been a life long Customer and friend. Theirs is absolutely nothing bad I can say about it. I wish every hotel was like that. A home away from home. 😘
• Veridian (10/5): - The location is magical and stunning with a few caffee bars and restaurants to explore close by. The view is amazing, like being in cloud city. A very tight squeeze for a car (and parking) but there not much they can do about it as it's an old town architecture.

Breakfast was superb and served in a gorgeous dining room. Our room was large and had every convenience plus a view of the sweet little town square. Parking was available inside the walled town. Lovely restaurant Loca (sic) provided tasty dinner. Hotel was nearly deserted on Sunday which led to staff going home so residents had to lock the hotel when entering/leaving. Led to fear of being locked out if somehow locks from the inside. Room was tired in places. Plumbing was creaking. Lots of renovation work in the town.

A nice touch. Breakfast decent And close to a fun Speakeasy named Ritz 24 Rooms were very dirty and tired. They needed a good cleaning and a good upgrade. A lot of our shower was just black. Dinner at the restaurant was good. Quality food service was exceptionally slow. Took 4 hours for a three-course meal. Overall, overpriced and needs some love

• Arno (8/5): Mooi hotel en super goed personeel maar veel en veel te duur - De locatie is super gaaf en ligt ook prachtig. De service is zeer geweldig. De jongen Dominque is een geweldige medewerker en maakt ons verblijft extra mooi door zijn info en geweldige hulp. Een groot compliment voor het personeel en super en super vriendelijk, echt waar 100% super. De bereikbaarheid van het hotel vraagt goed stuurmanskunst. De prijs van hotel en parkeer locatie is echt veel en veel te duur. Dit zijn geen prijzen die passen in Kroatië. We hadden graag gebruik gemaakt van het restaurant want het zag erg goed uit maar een prijs van over de 160 euro voor 2 personen gaat boven ons budget.

• Maria (10/5): - Totul a fost superb, deși puțin departe de mare circa 20 min cu mașina, amplasarea hotelului este superba, este un lic liniștit cu restaurant, micul dejun foarte divers ( mezeluri, oua, fructe, legume...), camera foarte mare și spațioasă, Baia, extraordinara, personalul la superlativ. Liniște si peisaje superbe, cu siguranță vom reveni.

He visto comentarios sobre el músico que ameniza las cenas en el restaurante del hotel, es verdad que lo escuchas desde la habitación, pero termina a buena hora y no fue un problema para nosotros. Al revés, le da algo de vidilla a la plaza del hotel y es ameno. El edificio es muy amplio y las habitaciones también, se nota que en su día quisieron darle un toque de calidad. A día de hoy quizá se siente un poco desfasado en lo que a decoración de las habitaciones se refiere. El wc me pareció incómodo, eso sí, de diseño.

• SAEED HADI M (9/5): Great heritage hotel. - The old men in the hotel were very nice and friendly. We had a very good night in this remote and heritage castle. The breakfast was plenty and delicious too. We had a little struggle to find this place. It was my mistake that I didn’t read the hotel message before arrival. My advice is: Don’t trust google maps in Croatia 😁

I didn't know much about the property before staying, but it was definitely unique to stay in the town of Kastav. The room was huge and comfortable. Would highly recommend.
