Tinha um galão de água e sachê de café solúvel e chá, que são os mesmos que deixam no quarto. Os ovos sem estar cobertos e iogurte sem resfriamento. Não repuseram outros itens

• Mc Quade (7/5): Nice place ,staff helpfull and friendly,breakfast fine,but not at all quite as we requested - Breakfast reasonable, requested a quite room , but with 2 wedding taking place on our weekend, it was far from quite,also booked hotel on the understanding we could park our car ,but there was no car park space for us with all the wedding guests The noise from the air conditioning unit to the rear of the hotel was unbearable, we had to request a move to the front of the hotel,where traffic was noisy

It's not the prettiest location but the hotel itself is great, rooms clean, bed very comfortable. Location very convenient for lots of stuff around. Breakfast was good value considering overall cost as part of room. Would have been nice to have bigger china cups for tea and nicer orange juice.

• Doreen (3/5): Uncomfortable with bad service - 2 nights of Drilling and noise @ 2am in the morning from people dismantling sets from previous nights events. The room was not what was requested. The room was dirty, soiled carpet and chairs. The person at reception was rude and abrupt.

Car parking bonus! Room and bathroom nicely decorated Air con god send! Morning staff were friendly Unfortunately the bed was quite hard. The room shook everytime someone shut a door. The shower panel only half worked which was a shame And upon arrival didn't get a friendly arrival which was a bit sad Breakfast was cleared out in the morning

• Arlette (4/5): - Nothing. The hotel does not have a restaurant. The food is to be ordered and served in the room. The food menu is extremely limited (essentially chicken). The breakfast is continental, no cooked version ie bacon, sausages, fried egg etc... The decoration is different. In fact, this is not a traditional hotel. It is a banqueting hall offering room service, mostly certainly for people doing their party to rest for the night etc...

• Matilda (2/5): Expensive for bad quality. - Location Room was very small. Shower cubical was so small I could barely enter it. Water was constantly dripping so shower didn't have much pressure. Sink couldn't be closed to have a shave. There was another guess who was shouting on her phone all night. I didn't have a phone in a room to call for someone or walk down at 4am to complain.

However the staff had immediately apologise and changed our room..we were made comfortable and was given good care in there service delivery..this was great and very helpful toward our wellbeing during our stay..thank you evening staff who book us in on arrival 😀 we preferred room 212 N/A

We had dinner on-site, which was absolutely amazing..authentic, traditional flavours done perfectly. The building itself is beautiful, with a unique character that truly brings a touch of Asia to the West. Zunaid at reception was exceptional friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He made us feel welcome and guided us throughout our stay. Overall, the staff were outstanding..attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful. We’ve found a fantastic place in London Croydon and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience..Highly recommended..

Otopark var ki Londra da büyük sorun 1 gece kaldık şikayetımız olmadı.
