- pierre (6/5): Très bon hôtel, mais perfectible. - Chambre rénovée très confortable mais très différente des photos qui avaient motivé mon choix. Déception donc. Pas de parking pourtant présent ans le descriptif. Des détails à corriger: escalier d'accès sinistre, tablette ou panier absent pour poser les matériels dans la salle de bain et la douche. Bon petit déjeuner. Localisation excellente pour visiter le centre ville et la cathédrale.
- France (8/5): - Petit déjeuner un peu chaotique, pas d’indications sur comment procéder, buffet dégarni, pas de café… une fois tout cela surmonté et/ou corrigé, tout se passa bien. Aliments très goûteux. Merci pour les aliment sans gluten ! Un plus .

Des lors qu'on ne peut quasiment pas se stationner dehors il faut impérativement réserver une place de parking sinon il faudra aller dans les parkings payants autour.

Le petit-déjeuner est très bien fourni, très varié, extra. Seul bémol : le niveau "d'usure" de la salle d'eau. Une rénovation, en particulier de l'ensemble des joints serait à faire rapidement.

- SYLVIE (4/5): Décevant - la chambre 2 est située après la salle de petit déjeuner loin de l'escalier principal et des autres chambres. Triste impression de ne par faire partie de l'hôtel. C'est une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite, la douche à l'italienne avec les toilettes à coté. Une fois la douche prise, tout est mouillé. Le lavabo trop petit et sans lumière , celle-ci est dans votre dos. Pour mettre ses lentilles ou se maquiller, c'est compliqué! point positif le personnel agréable. le photos "publicité " n'a rien à voir avec celle de notre chambre! trop cher pour la prestation

Location is just across from train station, and very close (couple of blocks) from cathedral and heart of town. Only negative is due to train station, it’s a transient area. Still felt safe, but not as nice as older part of town.

Je me déplace même pour les prévenir et de savoir si il est possible de remettre au week-end prochain . ET LA ! rien juste perdu 130 € avec petit déjeuner pas un geste commercial rien Juste "on sait rein faire". Mais ils ont su prendre l'argent! Ca c'est bon !!! Je suis très déçu de l'établissement et du comportement du gérant ... J'attend un geste de l'hôtel ... pour un avis éventuellement positif. Je n' hésiterai pas a faire votre pub et c'est bien dommage des réactions pareil. Un mot Déçu
- Thomas (8/5): Propre mais à éviter. - Hotel propre, chambre belle et spacieuse, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner correct. Mais : - lit 2 places constitué de 2 lits jumeaux accolés. - chambre côté rue, réveil systématique à 5 heures du matin à cause du bruit et de la lumière de la place (pas de volets et rideaux peu occultants, insonorisation moyenne). - j'avais réservé et payé un place de parking mais le parking était plein à l'instant même où il m'était confirmé qu'une place était disponible. J'ai trouvé particulièrement désagréable que l'on me force à aller constater, quelques minutes plus tard, qu'une place était effectivement disponible, puisqu'une voiture avait manifestement libéré sa place entre temps. - TV très lente à démarrer, et très lente au changement de chaîne. - quelques éléments en panne : interrupteur et thermostat (un chauffage d'appoint est à disposition). - WiFi inutilisable : il faut deviner quel réseau utiliser (il ne porte pas le nom de l'hôtel), et le débit est particulièrement faible.

Nous avons ete logés dans l'autre partie de l'établissement... chambre devant le bloc clim, en rez de parking. Équipement de la chambre plus que sommaire. Accueil olus que moten. Bref on déconseille !

- James (6/5): Check in problem - Had problems at check in as no booking on their systems - although had confirmation from Hotels.com- and as the hotel was full they arranged room in sister hotel - part of the same building. Room was quite small especially as we were travelling with our dog. Room was clean and a/c helped with the high temperatures. Parking was in underground car park some distance from hotel.

- Wesley (10/5): - Our family of four stayed at this hotel in April 2022 to visit Chartres Cathedral. We loved everything about the hotel and the staff! We stayed on a Sunday night and found the area around the hotel to be generally quiet, including Monday morning. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were super helpful and responsive, both during our stay and prior to our stay when we contacted the hotel to inquire about parking. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located near several restaurants and just a short, 5 minute walk from Chartres Cathedral.
- Brian (6/5): Good but no gym - The hotel is very conveniently located across from the train station, and is good value for the price. Be warned though that there is not actually a gym in the hotel. I was told I could use the one in the hotel next door for an extra fee. Next time I'll just stay there instead!

Chambre qui nous était attribuée de découvrir que celle-ci ne correspondait en rien aux photos de la chambre que nous avions réservée : chambre exiguë sans aucun charme, sombre, un des volets électriques de la chambre était HS… Nous sommes retournés à l’accueil pour expliquer que cela ne nous convenait pas.. ils nous ont finalement trouvé une autre chambre, avec « surclassement » dans l’hôtel à côté (2 établissements avec le même propriétaire). Résultat : chambre un peu mieux, au confort ok mais franchement très loin de la chambre romantique que nous pensions avoir réservé avec du parquet, grande et lumineuse … Point positif en revanche : l’hôtel est très calme

L'hôtel insistait pour que je conserve cette chambreais au vu de mon refus insistant ils ont trouvé u'e solution pour me loger dans leur 2eme établissement soit disant 4* mais qui ne les valait pas du tout. Je 'e recommande pas perso...
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointing and expensive. - Staff were absent from desk, then ignored us and other clients. Took 30 minutes just to get car parking sorted. Our reservation for on-site was not honoured - only for tiny cars!! A pass to railway parking building was given. Room smaller than advertised. No elevator or help with bags to third floor. Wifi only reached top of first flight of stairs, not to room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Beware of hotel - I stayed in July and had a terrible experience. I forgot my wash bag called the next morning to check that they had found it. They said yes I said I would be back in 2 weeks and would collect the wash bag. On return no wash bag was given and there was no acceptance that the wash bag was ever found despite a member of staff ensuring me it was there. This hotel obviously has internal security problems so take care of your belongings when you stay at this hotel. Following this I was also give a room which had a half eaten burger left on the table in the room.

- Charles (8/5): Pleasant hotel right in the heart of Chartres. - Nice quiet room at the rear of the building which had a clean modern appearance. On site parking is great but quite limited. The hotel is difficult to drive to and is easier if you ignore the No Entry signs. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful.

Petit déjeuner très bien, petit bémol ... deux jours de suite, la serveuse a oublié de servir la boisson chaude qui était restée sur un plateau. Dommage ! A part cela je réserverai à nouveau cet hôtel.

We were greeted on arrival and, when the receptionist noticed that we had two very big heavy cases, he upgraded us to a lovely room on the first floor - so we didn't have to carry them up to the 3rd floor. Great breakfast too! So close to the railway station, but so quiet. And, ideal for a short walk to the Cathedrale.

- Adam (10/5): - Very comfortable room, good size.Had a good night's sleep. Excellent breakfast. Opposite the train station, and only 10 min walk to the Old Town and the Cathedral. Very friendly service, and good value. Recommended.
- Storme (6/5): Too noisey too many stairs but near old town. - The hotel rooms were very pretty but it's right opposite the train station & the walls are that thin & no double glassing that you could hear the anocements & people opening theor doors and coming & going at 3pm! Also 3 floors up with no lift. Other than than that very near to old town & Catheridral

- Verified traveler (4/5): Crasse hotel - Lovely bedlinen and comfortable bed. Good new shower room and shower but spoilt by grime on old radiators and pipework. Shower cubicle not cleaned properly. Staff couldn't care less. One of our party was given a shed in the back yard and told it was an upgrade as it had air conditioning. Hotel clearly being refurbished but you can't expect guests to stay in a building site - except they do!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient, clean and friendly, with caution - Excellent location, especially for those arriving by train. Very short walk to Cathedral. Rooms are clean and up to date; great shower. I was on third floor and internet not brilliant; also near railway station so choose your room carefully. Breakfast good, but pricy for what it is, I think, but other options close by if you don't want to pay that. Otherwise, as advertised, and generally pleased. I would stay there again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect for visiting the city centre - Fabulous character hotel in a great location, right in the centre and close to the train station. We were in the family suite, which was extremely clean and offered spacious accommodation. Staff is super kind and helpful and breakfast is good and varied.

- Jan47 (8/5): - The staff were very welcoming , spoke English, and check-in was quick and efficient. . We had room 502 which faces the back and is quiet , and which is up only one short flight of stairs . Lovely, modern bathroom with a bath as well as shower. We had thought to go out for breakfast but changed our minds the next morning and were glad we did. It was 9€ but there was a good selection of cereals, yoghurts, fruits, cold meats, cheeses, scrambled egg and bacon, pancakes, toasting breads and jams, croissants and pastries, plus juices, tea, hot chocolate , or coffee. All in all, an excellent place for a short stay.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - This hotel is very close to the train station. Car parking was limited, but we were offered to pay for private parking in a garage close by. The night light and sound spectacle at the Cathedral and the surrounding areas was wonderful!
