Need to say, that Sona from reception handled this very well, providing free fruits to us as compensation- thanks ! The wall between the shower and the bathroom was not tall enough , meaning all water flushed from the shower on bathroom’s floor !

Kayleigh (4/5): Wonderful location for exploring. But the hotel itself feels neglected with lots of areas for improvement - Location was excellent. Staff were friendly Our room was dirty. Hairs on the sheets on the bed. The floor was filthy which we noticed a lot as I was with my 8 month old son who was crawling. I had to stop him from going in the floor all together. The jacuzzi bath broke. And the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful.

Megerse sabah 9dan once girişte 1 tam.gün ilave para alıyorlarmış. Sabah 9 ile oglen 2 arasinda %50sini aliyorlarmis odanin. Bir cok yerde ptelde kaldim. Booking.ten bir cok rezervasyon yaptim. Erken gittigimde uygunsa yardimci oluyorlardi. ilk kez para vermek zorunda kaldim. Oncesinde otel aciklamasinda boyle bir aciklama yapilmamis Attigim mesajima ucretli diye cevap dönülmemiş. Neyse bu rahatsiz etti beni.

Mashael (10/5): A perfectly located hotel with excellent service, spacious rooms, and a truly five-star experience. - The location is excellent — right at the beginning of Nizami Street, and cars can easily access the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Cleanliness was outstanding throughout the stay. The staff were friendly and professional. They kindly upgraded my room to a larger one with a direct view of Nizami Street square, which I truly appreciated. On my last day, I requested a late check-out for around six additional hours. They accommodated my request smoothly with an additional fee, which was very helpful and well-managed. The only point that could be improved is the sound insulation. Even with the balcony closed, outside noise can still be heard inside the room. Since there is a pub nearby, the nighttime noise can sometimes be noticeable. I hope the hotel considers enhancing the soundproofing for an even better guest experience.

Cons are wifi is very weak and slow and even in rooms you cannot use it always disconnecting second the breakfast they have very less options and if u ask for cappuccino or something differ they will ask to pay for it .

FATEMAH (10/5): الموقع استثنائي رائع - أعجبني الموقع صراحة أنصح فيه علي الشارع النظامي بجانب الفندق محلات وأسواق تجارية والشارع لابخلو من حركة الناس طبعا السيارات ماتدخل الشارع وأحلى شيء إن بس التاكسي يوصلك تلاقي الفندق جدامك ماتتعب بالمشي مجرد دقيقة وحجزت غرفة مع شرفة كانت إطلالتها روعة علي شارع نظامي اللي ماعجبني عدم وجود عازل للصوت ،، أصوات الغرف اللي يمي مزعجة جدا تسمع الصوت كأنه معاك في نفس الغرفة 🥺 وصوتهم جدا واضح للأسف

F/P açısından kesinlikle yetersiz. Sadece konum için ve 1-2 günlük seyahatlerde seçilebilir. Sunulan hizmetler bağlamında F/P olarak asla iyi değil ve pahalı. Buranın tek iyi yanı konumu. Havalandırma sistemlerinden aşırı gürültü geliyor ve oda eşyaları maalesef temiz değil ve eski.

Mohamed (5/5): الموقع ممتاز فقط اما باقي الامور تحتاج لإعادة النظر والتجديد - الموقع ممتاز .. النظافة غير مقبولة .. عدم تغيير فراش النوم فقط ترتيبه و هو غير مريح خشن جداً .. عند دخول الفندق وصلت الغرفة ودخلت دورة المياه شفت ان مافي ماء وتواصلت مع الاستقبال افاد ان هناك مشكله من الحكومة!!! لم يتم ابلاغي بها قبل تسجيل الوصول وعند تسجيل الوصول … وبعد ذلك خلال فترة وجودي فالفندق ايضاً مره اخرى انقطعت المياه عن دورة المياه علماً انه كان وقت متأخر من الليل ..

ALI (7/5): اقامة جميلة ولكن ….. - انا بقول بكل صراحة وشفافية اعجبني الفندق 1- من ناحية الموقع فهو ممتاز جدا جدا 2- الموظفين بشوشين وجدا متعاونين 3-الغرف واسعة جدا وخاصه العائلية . 4-اللوبي جيد ومافيه خدمات فقط للجلوس . 5-يوجد فيه لفت (مصعد كهربائي) . 6- خدماتهم سريعة اذا طلبت شي . الي نومه خفيف هالفندق ما يصلح له ابدا لانه ما عندهم مكيفات (المكيف وظيفته تدفئة فقط) لانه وقت الشتاء ولازم تفتح الشباك وازعاج لين الساعة 3 الفجر من الخارج. 2-انا سكنت الطابق الاول ويوجد ف بعض الاوقات رائحة كريهة. 3-الاثاث شوي متهالك ومحتاج تجديد .
