Las dos habitaciones tenían un pestillo interior en la puerta de la habitación, que estaba estropeado y los baños carecían de pestillo. Deberían modificar esto ya que no ofrece intimidad en el baño. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Marina Sotomayor Montes (10/5): Hotel al que siempre deseas volver - Ya es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel y como siempre la estancia resulta perfecta. Ubicación muy buena. La habitación muy grande y confortable. Camas muy cómodas y con una variedad de almohadas. El baño con todo lo necesario. Por buscar algo Qué al venir con coche no tengan un concierto con el parking Jovellanos que esta muy próximo.

Egy kis ablakos szobát kaptam, a fényképek, amik alapján foglaltam, nem erről árulkodtak. Kevés volt a nappali fény sajnos. A reggeli bár bőséges volt, a kávét Nescafé automata szolgáltatta, ami nagyon rossz volt.

ADRIANA (9/5): Muy buena experiencia en el centro de Gijón. - Es como hacer un viaje en el tiempo a los grandes hoteles de época. Muy cómodo y limpio. Nos pusieron en una estancia de categoría superior (con una salita y un aseo , además del baño principal). Sin ruidos y muy tranquilo. El desayuno muy muy bueno, de los mejores que he probado. La ducha hidromasaje funcionaba regular, el resto todo estupendo.

Chambre au bout d’un long couloir donnant sur une cour intérieure. Personnel indifférent aux problèmes de stationnement, c’est au client de se débrouiller, ce qui est fort dommage pour un établissement de ce standing. Impossible de se garer en zone bleue en centre-ville et 21,65 euros/24 h dans un parking public, c’est vraiment prohibitif pour une ville comme Gijón ! Notre hôtel à Oviedo a un accord avec un parking public de centre-ville qui permet d’avoir 20 % de réduction pour les clients (11 euros/24 h).

Ana (10/5): Fabuloso - Ha estado todo genial. La habitación estaba muy bien y a buen precio. Almohadas y camas muy cómodas. La habitación disponía de una pequeña nevera. En el baño, todo lo necesario. Pedimos un difusor para el secador de pelo y nos lo proporcionaron. Personal amable y servicial. Ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de la ciudad. ¡Repetiremos! El escalón para acceder al baño pero estaba debidamente señalizado. Nuestra habitación estaba próxima al ascensor y se oía un poco pero permitía descansar bien.
Pablo (9/5): Muy buena opción para el centro de Gijón - Todo fantástico en el Hernán Cortés. El hotel es todo un clásico en la ciudad de Gijón, y aunque las instalaciones se nota que tienen ya unos años, todo está bien mantenido y sigue dando sensación de calidad. La habitación era grande, limpísima, con las camas muy cómodas. Está situado en pleno centro de la ciudad, algo que puede ser un inconveniente si se viaja en coche, pero que es ideal porque llegas a cualquier lado andando o en transporte público. El personal del hotel, impecable. En cuanto al precio, no fue barato, pero dados los precios de Gijón en semana santa y que sólo costaba 20€ por noche más que un hostal cercano, encantados de pagarlo. Nada. Todo bien!
