I asked for details and I was told because how busy it is. It is unfair for the customer and quite deceiving. I will not return

• Marcos (9/5): Great hotel for a short stay - The hotel has a great location with easy access to the highway. I loved that breakfast and parking were already included. I also liked that the hotel is pet friendly as we were travelling with our cat and dog so it was important for us to find a place that would accept them. The hotel staff required us to sign a lot of paperwork required for our pets. Also, one week prior to our stay we had to call to confirm that cats were permitted as all the information we found online was about dogs. I think the pet policy should be updated and clarify that both dogs and cats are accepted at the hotel.

Good location, close to highway and restaurants. The person who handled our check-in was friendly and efficient. The breakfast is included but it's very basic. There was no option for lactose-free/dairy-free milk for the coffee. Unfortunately, the tables in the breakfast area hadn't been wiped down between guests and they were kind of gross. We could hear a lot of ruckus from the room above us.

The TV remote was NOT controlling sound and the Guide did not function "NO INFORMATION. Date was in July and time completely incorrect. It would be nice to turn on set and have it work..

The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were actually good (not the sad, flat ones you usually get at roadside spots). Air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool without being noisy, which is a win in my books. Bathroom was sparkling clean, no weird smells or mildew, just fresh and tidy. If you’re looking for a simple, clean, comfortable place to crash without any hassle, this is it. Would definitely stay again.
