• Robin (8/5): Satisfied! - Mattress was a bit on the hard side, but i think it was not that bad to be honest. The pillow was good. Room was neat, bathrooms were clean, room had a television which was super nice. The place is in a street with some pubs so it can be really noisy at night, i guess especially in weekends, but it is easy to pass out after a long day in madrid. I had a issue with the app on my phone to gain entrance into the building, but luckily my girlfriend could manage it. I didnt reach out, but I guess the staff would help, since we already had contact with them on the phone before and they seemed genuine.

Ficamos presos do lado de fora do prédio por duas vezes porque a porta não reconhecia a chave virtual enviada ao meu telefone. Fomos salvos por outros hóspedes que chegaram minutos depois porque não havia nenhum funcionário do próprio local que pudéssemos pedir ajuda.

Alles was goed uitgelegd dus het liep allemaal voorspoedig met inchecken etc. En zat schimmel op het plafond in de badkamer, maar dat was het enigste wat tegenviel. Verder was het schoon

Çok merkezi bir yerde oldukça uygun fiyata güzel bir konaklama yapabiliyorsunuz.Belirtilen saatler içinde çalışanlar da oldukça hızlı dönüş yapıyor. Ses yalıtımı çok çok kötü odalar dip dibe olduğundan gece geç saatte odalarına gelenler çok gürültü yaptı ve merdivenden çıkanları bile duyuyorsunuz. Uykunuz hafifse çok sinir olabilirsiniz. Odada mini bir buzdolabı olsa güzel olurdu

• Mirka (8/5): - This place is in a great location in La Latina. There are bus stations near and the area is safe, easy to check in and great communication with the hosts. The shared bathrooms, sometimes didn't have paper. It is a loudly neighborhood so it is difficult to sleep through the noise.

• Karin (5/5): - Vi hade bokat med balkong men den var inplastad så den gick inte att använda. Boendet har väldigt lyhört samt bullrigt från vägen. Det luktade illa i trapphus och de gemensamma utrymmena.

• Eleni (1/5): Definitely not worth its price. - The only good thing was the location that was within walking distance from the main attractions. Unfortunately, our experience was far from great. On the first night, we almost got locked out because the application used to access the building suddenly stopped working. Earlier that same day it worked fine, but when we got back, it wouldn’t open the main door from either of our phones. We spent about an hour trying before we finally had to knock on a neighbor’s doorbell—luckily they helped us get inside. The next morning, we randomly ran into someone working on site, who told us there had actually been a system issue and no one could get in. Unfortunately the owners could not be notified accordingly probably because they don’t answer calls after 7 PM, which is really not okay, especially if something urgent happens and guests are left outside. Other than that, there were also a few maintenance issues: mold on the bathroom ceiling, the back of the wardrobe was coming off and exposed a hole in the wall, and the bathroom door was off its rail (actually there was no rail at the bottom at all), making it hard to use. To top it off, while we were already on our flight back home, they messaged us asking about a key card they claimed to have given us—which never happened. We never asked for one, never received one, and never even met them in person. That pretty much sums up the lack of organization and professionalism on their behalf.

I had to sign up to a system to use the doors which the owners messaged and explained had been hacked so my data may have been lost. Never again

Insalubrité (peinture qui décolle, moisissures), robinet mal fixé au comptoir de la salle de bain, isolation absente (très bruyant, on entend tous les gens parler, utiliser la douche, la toilette, ouvrir les portes, etc), chambre peu spacieuse. Fonctionnement des serrures particulier (lié à notre cellulaire, nécessitant des données internet, ce qui n’est pas accessible pour tous).

• Valentina (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto: struttura bellissima e curata, pulizia impeccabile e posizione davvero comodissima - Struttura fantastica! Pulizia impeccabile, ambienti curati e arredati con gusto. La posizione è davvero ottima, comodissima per raggiungere i punti d’interesse, per molti dei quali non necessario utilizzare i mezzi. Nulla, ho trovato tutto davvero ottimo.
• Sena Işıl (3/5): Çok kötü - çalışanlarının kibar oluşu ve odada ütü olması. Fiyat farkı ödeyerek içinde tuvaleti olan odayı tercih ettik. Otele vardığımızda ise bize verilen oda 2 kişinin aynı anda yürüyemeyeceği kadar küçük, camları apartman boşluğuna bakan, rutubet kokan çok kötü bir odaydı. Odadaki nem kokusu gitsin diye camları açtığınızda diğer binalara bakan bir boşluğa camımız açılıyordur ve altta restorantların yemek kokuları odaya doldu. Çok çok kötü bir deneyimdi, yataklar çok rahatsızdı ve oda çok küçüktü. Apartmana giriş bir app ile yapılıyor onda sorun yaşadık ve hemen çözdüler. Çalışanlar kibardı fakat konaklama çok konforsuzdu. Uygun fiyatlı sayılamayacak bir odada çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadık.

• Victoria (7/5): Recomiendo para dos, buen ubicado y no tiene cocina - Muy funcional, bien ubicado, pieza, sábanas y toallas y baño limpio. Tenía aire acondicionado. Camas cómodas. Fácil acceso. Bastante nuevo todo. Recomiendo para dos personas. No había cocina como se veía en las fotos, la pieza no estaba habilitada para más de dos (Solo dos sillas para sentarse por ejemplo). Aún cuando hicimos check in para 3 la pieza solo estaba con dos camas hechas. El sillón cama no tenía instrucciones de uso para armarlo. La habitación 16 tenía un ruido de agua corriendo muy fuerte. La TV solo tenía canales nacionales sin Netflix.

• Nina Kim (1/5): THE WORST EVER! - So etwas ist uns noch NIE passiert! Unsauber des Grauens, Noppen im Bett und auf dem Kissen, gebrauchte Frottierwäsche, allgemein heruntergekommene Unterkunft, kaputter Fussboden im Gang, Baustelle in der Unterkunft und Aussen, unfreundliches Personal und keine Einsicht. Haben nach der ersten Nacht das Hotel verlassen, haben alles fotografiert und haben freundlich den Kontakt mit dem Hotel gesucht - Keine Lösung! Wir sind sofort ausgezogen und sind nun auf rechtlichem Weg das Geld für die nicht angetretenen Nächte zurückzufordern. Hotel zeigt keine Einsicht uns war bisher auch nicht daran interessiert, wie es uns als Hotelgäste geht.

Παρα πολυ ακριβο για αυτο.Ωστοσο φτανει παιδια με τα ολα αυτοματα ας δωσουμε μια εργασιακη θεση σε εναν ανθρωπο Απροσωπο Ηρθαν κατι μεθυσμενα πιτσιρικια που εμεναν εκει επρεπε εγω λες και ειμαι νταντα να τους πω να σεβονται τα υπολοιπα ατομα! Γενικα μπορειτε και καλυτερα Κριμα να δινουμε τοσα χρηματα και να μενουμε σε τετοια δωματια. Ας μας σεβαστειτε λιγο.

• Carlos (7/5): Buenas relación calidad/precio - La ubicación del alojamiento y la comodidad de las camas y el trato por parte del personal, sobre todo de limpieza, maravillosas Las luces en el cuarto de baño se apagaban constantemente y muchas veces. La ducha no tenía puerta.
