- Michelle (6/5): - Property was okay but is I’m staying somewhere and spending money for services offered I expect a hot breakfast when they say continental breakfast included and I also expect clean towels everyday without me having to clean room and pick them all up. Worst part was since we booked through Expedia we had to wait 45 minutes while they tried to talk to Expedia to get on the hotel/Expedia website so they could get all the numbers the hotel needed for cost, taxes, and Expedia’s but for booking the room. I will never go through Expedia again!

- Stefani (2/5): - Would’ve stayed a second night but the room was …not good. Although a non-smoking room, it stunk like smoke. The tub was filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything. The “breakfast” was unimpressive and the styrofoam coffee cups were too small. I stayed here two years ago and did not encounter these problems. It has really gone down. Based on this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

The tub has stains in it from not thoroughly cleaning. The toilet was leaking all over the floor and the faucet leaked also. The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. It just needs an update. The young man behind the desk was helpful so that was good. The Continental breakfast was a little boring. It could also use an update.

Bed was pretty comfortable, but pillows were flat and old. Desk clerk missing for hours this morning at checkout time.

We only slept there so it was a good place for that. It was quiet in the room. No street noise or noisy neighbors.

Called the front desk and they was put in another room. The bed was clean but the rest of the place had trash in the drawers and clothes left in them.
- Brandon (10/5): Best In Town - Heritage is the best place to stay in Canton without a doubt. Great price, great hospitality, myself and my family have been staying at the Heritage every year for over a decade when we visit family. No better place in Canton to stay!

The only complaint I had was that the bed-side and desk lamp-based electrical outlets were totally useless because they could not securely hold electrical plugs and posed a shock hazard.

- williamhL278JQ (2/5): Horrible staff horrible owners racist and discrimination. - My wife and family stayed here for a few weeks, last night we were in the hallway and overheard this hotel talking with each other about our family. My wife is disabled and they said our family was a bunch of retards and they couldn't wait for us to check out being my wife is disabled and we have a service animal they had the audacity to call us all kinds of names and state they wouldn't wait for us to check out. We haven't caused this hotel any problems and have been gold guests. We have had the luxury of truly being discriminated against and it feels horrible. Would not recommend to anyone we do have video recordings of this and will be sending this to an attorney as well as posting it on various social media and news sites. The feeling that this hotel has caused is not ok for a fully just trying to make it till our house is built. Shame on this hotel and shame on the staff the owner has chosen to run it.

The laundry room was an added convenience. The free breakfast was very limited, but again it was free and we were grateful to not have to worry about finding somewhere to get food. However, I will complain that one person who selfishly dominated the breakfast area television. She was sitting there at 7am and was still there at 1030am, playing Fox News for the breakfast guests. Some of the other patrons would have liked to watch the local news and weather, especially with tornado watches that came later that day. Deplorable.
