• Boyle (10/5): - The location was convenient for shopping and restaurants with access to the beach directly across the street. The room was exceptionally large, neat and plenty of the amenities needed for the kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Assigned parking spaces under the building with plenty of space between cars were nice. The balconies look out directly on the bay.
• Caren (5/5): Meh - Good location Encountered several issues with the condo/apt which made the entire experience below standards for the price. While the location was ideal, my guests and I would not recommend this rental. Issues with rental included: 1) Black mold in hall bathroom shower, floor was very dirty. 2) Hot water faucet in both the hall bathroom sink and the kitchen sink didn't work. 3) Dirty fingerprints around door knobs in front bedroom and bathrooms. 4) Basic kitchen amenities such as sugar, plastic food wrap, aluminum foil, multiple packets of laundry soap were not provided. 5) Every elevator ride was accompanied by a warning announcement that emergency communications was offline. It was very unnerving as we had no idea if it was a dangerous situation. We should have be informed upon arrival. After several days we learned the problem had been going on for weeks. 6) Beach chairs and umbrellas were tattered and rusty.

• Brandon (8/5): Property is in a great location on a very quiet island. - Room was very spacious with large living/dining area. Master bed was a Sleep Number and master bath had a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Beach toys, chairs and bicycles were available in parking garage Elevators were still down and was then notified only days before arrival that a maintenance crew was be there replacing doors and windows. Also the playground was closed due to storm damage.

You have chair and umbrellas for the beach. Mosquitos everywhere, inside the elevator and the apartment too. Mattresses need to be updated.

Available beach chairs and umbrellas in downstairs garage. Nice pool. Rooms were not well-maintained. Bed was old, needs replacement. Felt old and a little unclean. Not enough blankets. No staff were around. The unit was hardly stocked with anything. Not even an extra roll of toilet paper. TV should have included premium channels.

• Pamela (6/5): Pleasant - The location had easy beach access. The master suite bed was terrible. One side of the bed stayed hard while the other side was deflated and sagging. It was also uncomfortably warm at night and couldn't turn the ceiling fan up as it was shaking too much, past the low setting . We were disappointed to see the pool was closed at sunset with NO quest access in the evening . Could only use hot tub in the heat of the day . Although the pool was very warm the entire time

Not worth the price... - Location is great for families that are coming to Longboat Key, There is a beautiful beach across the street and a breakfast place next door that is very good. The unit have a lot of space. Full kitchen and depending on the unit a nice outdoor space. This property needs a major overhaul, the bathrooms are very dated and the Bedrooms and living area have carpet. The unit that we had had a Blowup mattress for a King bed!! Awful.. the twin beds were so stained and old. It was not a pleasant stay. The outdoor space is very shaded in the pool area and needs a little TLC.
