• Gaëlle (3/5): - Nous avons loué l'appartement en mai. Nous étions 7 (2 adultes, 1 ado et 4 enfants). Globalement, nous avons été très déçus de la qualité du bien, surtout au vu du prix. Je vais en priorité mettre en évidence les points positifs. Tout d'abord, l'emplacement est vraiment très bien et central. Le concierge qui nous a reçus pour nous donner les clés était sympathique et réactif par message. Et enfin, la terrasse est un plus pour prendre le petit-déjeuner au soleil. Par contre, l'appartement n'est pas du tout adapté pour 7 personnes. Il n'y a d'ailleurs que 6 places assises à table, des verres et tasses pour 6 personnes... L'état général du logement mériterait un rafraichissement, surtout au niveau des sanitaires. De la rouille, des moisissures et des coulées sales sont présentes aussi bien dans le bain que dans la douche. Les châssis sont en très mauvais état, il est difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour pouvoir aérer les chambres. La poignée de la porte fenêtre de la chambre parentale est d'ailleurs cassée, remarque qui a déjà été faite dans un commentaire précédent il y a plus de 8 mois. La porte fenêtre qui mène à la terrasse ne se verrouille pas. Heureusement que l'appartement est au 4e étage, ce qui limite le risque d'effraction. Le volet d'une des chambres est trop court par rapport à la fenêtre, ce qui enlève toute utilité au volet. Il n'y a pas non plus de mitigeur, ni à la douche ni au bain. Pour les enfants, comme pour les adultes, la température de l'eau est compliquée à régler. Les planches des toilettes ne sont pas fixées correctement. Certaines prises ne fonctionnent pas et un système B a été mis en place pour allumer la lumière dans la cuisine. Le four ne fonctionne plus. Un four d'appoint a été installé mais met un temps infini à cuire une pizza. Le sommier d'un des lits une personne est cassé, nécessitant de devoir replacer les lattes tant bien que mal chaque soir.

• Sebastian (7/5): Alles in allem super Lage, ein gutes Apartment, für den Preis aber grenzwertig teuer. - Das Apartement punktet mit der sensationellen Lage direkt am Plaza Catalunya. Außerdem hat es eine richtige Dachterrasse. Die Ausstattung ist alles in allem gut, aber nicht herausragend. Wir wurden von Javier mit dem Schlüssel begrüßt, er hat uns eine Liste mit Restaurants in der Umgebung geschickt und alle Fragen beantwortet. Die Übergabe und auch Rückgabe war unkompliziert und einfache. Das Apartment war grundgereinigt und wurde bei Abreise auch wieder durch einen Service gereinigt. Die Betten (Doppelbett, Doppelstockbett und zwei kleine Einzelbetten) sind einfach aber ok. Die Küchenausstattung ist ok, aber etwas dezimiert. Der Wohnbereich mit Esstisch ist gut. Das Haus hat einen Aufzug, was sehr hilfreich ist. Die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht abschließen, da der Verschluss defekt war. Wir haben uns mit einem Gürtel beholfen. Erst beim Abreisen haben wir in einer Schublade ein Kettenschloss gefunden, auf was wir aber bei der Anreise nicht hingewiesen wurden. Die Bäder sind heruntergekommen und teilweise etwas schmuddelig.

• Maris (5/5): Great location, but the apartment is not well maintained, and not very clean - The property is in a really good area and has a nice balcony The conditions are worse than the pictures provided. Bathrooms are really old and they need renovations, the window from the small bedroom isn’t opening, and there was trash left in the kitchen when we got there. Not as clean as it should be overall.

• Marcin (9/5): Świetny taras, świetna lokalizacja. Miejsce warte uwagi. - Świetna lokalizacja, miła, pomocna i wyrozumiała obsługa. Jeżeli będę znowu podróżował do Barcelony, to skorzystam z tego samego miejsca :) Przydałoby się kilka drobnych napraw, jak np. wymiana kilku żarówek lub niedziałających kontaktów. Odświeżenie łazienek też by było dobrym pomysłem.

За все мои года бронирования, это хуже всего - Только расположение Вместо времени , которое указано когда можно заселиться мы принесли вещи в 17.00 , еще приводили квартиру в порядок. Но когда вселились, было убрано плохо и не все. Например микроволновая печь была грязной. Душ работал отвратительно. Ютуб работал очень плохо
• Ringuet (9/5): - Situé au centre ville à proximité de tout Sanitaires anciens vieux à rénover on pourrait croire qu’ils sont sales. Serviette mouillée lors de notre arrivée. Visite rapide des lieux pas d’explication du fonctionnement de la climatisation. Il fallait attendre un certain moment avant l’eau des douches soient chaudes. Un peu de désordre dans la cuisine car accès à la machine à laver compliqué.

After that additional cleaning I still need to remove dust by myself in a few places and wash all dishes, because they were not clean enough (there is a dishwasher) - walls in apartment are dirty - main bedroom is OK, but 2 other bedroom with bunk beds are very small with dark windows and not cosy at all - staircase (walls) in building also not in good condition

La terrasse a été très appréciée, elle est très agréable. Le salon était relativement spacieux. L'appartement est un peu vieillot, les salles de bain et les les équipements sont usés.

• Vaugrante (8/5): Agréable - La situation géographie est parfaite , entre la place Catalunya et Unquianoa moins de 200 mètres Une boulangerie salon de thé et une superette ouverte très tard au pied de l'immeuble Le Corté Ingles a 150 mètres ( équivalent des galeries Lafayette de Paris Haussmann ) Bus et métro au pied de l'immeuble pour la plage ! peu de bruit et la terrasse en rooftop très agréable le soir Appartement très agréable à vivre La Climatisation marche très bien et silencieuse Les équipements Télé , lave vaisselle , lave linge sont très récent le logement est très propre Sous équipé de vaisselle , au check in , il nous montre que le four marche Mais il n'y a même pas un plat pour mettre dedans un repas au four , pas de couvercle pour protéger dans le micro onde non plus 5 pauvres verres à vin même pas assortie , pas un bol pour mettre un peu d'apéro entre amis alors que la terrasse s' y prête pas de torchons , pas d'éponges , pas une nappe pour mettre sur les tables en verre du salon et de la terrasse Pas un plateaux pour transporter la vaisselle de la cuisine a la terrasse Le seul étant un petit plateau non rendu certainement a la boulangerie du bas de l'immeuble par de précédent locataires ? Un parasol sur pied ou un store pour profiter de la terrasse la journée serai idéale ( Impossible avec le soleil de la journée ) Literie neuve dans la grande chambre , mais pour le niveaux de prix , un King size serai appréciable ! • Anja (9/5): Great stay - super location - Really nice apartment in a charming old building. Nice terrace & great location. The host was responsive and everything worked as expected. Noise from the street on the terrace especially during the day, but we knew that, as it is located so close to Plaça Catalunya.
• Marigold88 (8/5): Great location - Location is very central. Flat has everything needed. Outside terrace is great for a chill time. Very bad Wi-Fi in all 3 bedrooms, not working almost all the time.
• Mag (8/5): faded vintage, good location, 10min streetwalk to carpark - location , very quiet, well set up, nice rooftop terasse, good bed in master bedroom, showers better cleaning and a lot of repairs needed, appliances broken, very week AC bedrooms are hot and its only late springtime! no loading bay, next available car park 2 staircase underground - 10 min streetwalk, fortunately its not hot summer yet.

Some things need repairing. The double bedroom terrace door's handle is broken, the door is unopenable; none of the bedside lamps are working.

The apartment was very old and many things were broken like the water boiler we tried to use once. couch was all wrinkled like it has been used a lot so not really comfortable, the bathroom was acceptable and the beds were making such Lois’s sounds when you were moving in it. I know it’s not a requirement but first time I find a Airbnb with 3 toilet paper rolls but the worst thing was that for 5 people we only got 1 set of keys this is just unacceptable especially when you book for group .. overall bad experience from all the guests

• Catherine (6/5): Location and beds good. Shabby and overpriced but then I found Barcelona to be generally very dear. - Our priorities were 1. Comfortable beds ( due to a bad experience elsewhere) 2. Location which was excellent. Otherwise ( as previous reviewers have also commented) the property was a bit shabby, hairdryer didn't work but I didn't discover this until I needed it on the last morning. 3 small toilet rolls provided for 3 people for a 4 night stay....stingy to say the least when you have paid over £1000! No bedside lamps or in the main bedroom a plug not working. A general sense of the apt being rented out without anyone ever trying to put things to right before the next guest comes along. Oh and no towel rail in the main bathroom!! But we were hardly there as were so busy exploring Barcelona! An amazing branch of El Fornet at the entrance to the apts was an absolute bonus. Highly recommended for breakfast! see above
• Sylvain (10/5): Worth the price, confortable stay - Location is great, terrace is great. Beds are bunk beds in two rooms and the rooms (with the bunk beds) are small. But it is clearly stated and the photos show it. The living is big, spacious enough to eat and chill, and the balcony with chairs, table and BBQ, makes the stay very enjoyable. So for the price, in the center of Barcelona, the apartment is worth it. The owner was also helpful after our stays to produce invoices we needed, very easy to contact. For the price, cannot complain. The furniture is not the newest but comfortable, the apartment is not pristine but nothing bad in terms of cleanness. And the bunk beds are bunk beds...

The equipment was in a bad condition. - the aircon was leaking in the bathroom - doorhandles are loose - the kitchen sink was clogged - the shutters for the terrace were broken and we had to fix them on our own. In general all things could be fixed by just sent someone into the apartment repairing it for one day.

There is also a Supermercat right next door The service response is not quick, except the first day of check in. After check in, the staff seems dispeared. The toilet paper is not enough, but you can buy it from the near supermarket. We have stayed 9 days in total, there is no room clean service during this time. The appartment debited one more night from my account. We actually stayed 9 days, but it has taken for 10 days, has to contacted the Booking for refunds.
