Marilyn (10/5): Flint beauty - Knob Hill is a beautiful, gracious home in a lovely neighborhood in Flint. Diana is a born host and a wonderful cook. She makes a delicious, generous hot breakfast each morning - for example, a cheese souffle, candied bacon, and a fresh baked muffin, with coffee and juice. She even provides complimentary wine and chocolates. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and well-appointed. This must surely be the nicest place to stay in Flint.

Miguel (10/5): Arlene and Miguel stay at Knob Hill - Flint - I recommend everything! Immerse yourself in the full experience. It's not a hotel room with a continental breakfast. It's a beautiful get-a-way of a villa tucked away in the Kettering University/Near Downtown Flint/Miller Rd Business district area. It is an absolute gem with surprises. Do not let the name "bed and breakfast" fool you. Please don't! The personal service is where they earn their stars, yet the room and facilities is something to write home about - it is very nice. My wife Arlene and I stayed there for five days/four nights. We were attended to by the proprietor Diana, and we really enjoyed our stay. Diana went above and beyond to customize our breakfasts meals and assisted us in our wedding ceremony that also took place on site. I highly recommend!
Catherine (10/5): Charming, gracious home! Personable host! - Such a beautiful, statuesque home to stay in! Then to learn some of the history of the home (from our host) was an added bonus. We had a cozy corner suite (Garden Room), tucked away in the gable....it was a very comfortable bed and had all the comforts of home. Diana was the consummate hostess, even offered us a glass of wine before our dinner out (which was delicious)! Property is very quiet. Gardens are spectacular and lush. We will return, most definitely!

The service was over the top, and we even have a beautiful coffee mug to always remind us of our wonderful night. Jim (10/5): A Rare and True Gem! - Beautiful and elegant old home in a nice little enclave neighborhood, super convenient to highways and all that Flint has to offer. Home was freshly restored and decorated throughout, and spotlessly maintained. My room was decorated and arranged in a very warm and comfortable manner and had a beautiful new private bath. Innkeeper Diana was friendly, charming, and enthusiastic to make sure that my stay was perfect in every way. She was congenial, attentive and a very knowledgeable booster for Flint, Michigan. I very much enjoyed exploring the library and settling into a comfy chair by the large fireplace beneath the crystal chandelier. Here I enjoyed some delicious Michigan port wine while I relaxed, read, worked with my laptop, and quietly unwound -- Perfect way to spend a winter night! Breakfast was huge, delicious and nutritious. And exactly on-time to what I'd requested for my convenience. My Innkeeper not only cooked, but made delightful, engaging breakfast conversation that I enjoyed and appreciated very much. No detail was left unattended, and I got the feeling that anything I could have possibly asked for would have been provided. I did not want to leave so soon! Cannot recommend Knob Hill highly enough. NO DISAPPOINTMENTS for those who are lucky enough to visit.
