• Daniel (1/5): Left after an hour with promise refund which they wouldn’t honour in full - Nothing. Dated decor and bed was hard too Door lock didn’t work. Electrical sockets near bed were faulty. Staff told me I was lying but I showed them video I took. Said the door is ok with no lock you just have to force it open, which defeats the object of a lock?

Basic service which took us by surprise in relation to all others hotels

• Cathy (3/5): Rude manager, old hotel. - The first lady at reception was friendly & helpful, that's the only positive thing I can say about the hotel. I booked this hotel last minute for 5 nights, only to be told at reception when I arrived, that I would have to move 3 times during the stay. When I expressed that I did not want to & asked for a solution, the lady at reception rang the manager & he expressed they would try & sort it out the next day. I paid for one night as I knew that meant, no solution would be found, I would just have to deal with it & I was right. The owner/manager was abrupt & rude & told me nothing could be done as previous people who had already stayed there, requested the room I was in & it was just the way Booking.com sold the room. As I had only paid for one night, I was told to cancel the rest of my booking the night before, which also meant they sold the room by the next morning & was left with no room for the next 4 nights, due to them wanting to sell rooms & just expecting people to move willy nilly, even though booking 5 nights with them. Do not stay there.
• Shirallee (4/5): Never again. Management need to spend money to bring property up to the standard you pay for! - Not a lot. Fantastic Indian 3 doors away. We stayed way too long, the bed broke, literally. This happened at 10.30-11 pm so couldn’t complain till morning. Broken floor tiles. Bed was extremely hard. Beach was disgusting 🤢 with raw sewage being pumped out all day. Smelly drains. Music from adjacent bar goes on too long and he was rubbish!!! Plus curtains need attention ie decent tracks and more clips.

• M (1/5): Belabberd - De mevrouw die ons ontving was vriendelijk. De kamer was vies; spinnenwebben alom. De gordijnen waren voor de helft van de rails af. Vloer was kapot, kasten kapot, badmat met grote gaten. De badkamer was redelijk, maar we hebben er toch maar niet gedoucht. De bedden waren een soort van schoon (hopen we); de matrassen waren als planken. Nader onderzoek leerde dat het een springverenmatras was met kapotte springveren. Op het terrasje buiten waren de helft van alle stoelen kapot. Het zwembad zag er redelijk schoon uit, maar we durfden er toch maar niet in. De vloer rondom het zwembad zat vol met scheuren en gaten. En daar hebben we dan 125 euro voor betaald. De foto's op jullie website dateren waarschijnlijk van de vorige eeuw. Het beste advies dat we kunnen geven: haal dit hotel onmiddellijk van de website af.
• Frida (1/5): Svært uprofesjonelt hotell – kan ikke anbefales. - Dessverre en svært dårlig opplevelse. Air condition på rommet sluttet å fungere på dag 2. Det var en søndag, og vi fikk beskjed om at mekaniker ikke kunne komme før senere. Slike ting kan skje. Problemet var hvordan hotellet håndterte situasjonen. Vi reiste med en 7 måneder gammel baby, og temperaturen på rommet var 29 grader. Hotellets eneste tilbud var en ekstra vifte som kompensasjon, noe vi ikke kunne akseptere av hensyn til barnet. Vi informerte derfor om at vi var nødt til å sjekke ut og finne et annet hotell. Til tross for dette nektet manageren å refundere for natten vi ikke bodde der. Håndteringen fremsto som lite løsningsorientert og uprofesjonell. Vi kan dessverre ikke anbefale dette hotellet. Det finnes mange langt mer profesjonelle alternativer i Bang Tao.

• christiane (7/5): Notre séjour à Phuket a été enchanteur. La plage de Bang Tao est immense, la baignade facile. - La proximité de la plage, juste la route à traverser. La situation dans une rue commerçante et animée avec toutes sortes de commerces. L'accueil et le patron Michel qui parle français. La salle de bains est très mal conçue avec la douche entre le lavabo et les toilettes sans aucune paroi. Quand vous prenez la douche la salle de bains est une piscine et pas de raclette pour enlever l'eau. Le restaurant au bout de la piscine est sympa et pratique mais il y a une ambiance musicale tous les jours de 19h à minuit. Il y a des rideaux occultants mais pas de voilage permettant une intimité

• Chiara (4/5): Da evitare. - Praticamente poco e niente. Alla sera fa un po’ scena la piscina centrale ma direi irrilevante. Tante cose. Innanzitutto, le foto che propinano su booking sono ingannevoli perché le stanze non riflettono assolutamente lo standard proposto in foto. Le camere sono a dir poco datate, con una tenda che sta per cadere a pezzi, mobili scadenti, prese che si staccano con il rischio pure di prendere la scossa, il bagno è qualcosa di imbarazzante - doccia senza tenda scarichi sporchi. Bar a fianco con musica ad altissimo volume. Piscina sporca (in tre giorni non ho visto nessuno fare manutenzione). Il punto non è tanto la qualità delle camere, ma il prezzo che si paga. Dovrebbe costare un quarto di quello che abbiamo pagato per tre notti. In questo momento, mi trovo in un due stelle a Krabi, pagato decisamente meno, con una qualità di distanza decisamente superiore. Ma Maison sembra quasi un hotel abbandonato a se stesso. Col senno di poi eliminerei comunque questa tappa a Phuket dal mio lungo itinerario di viaggio in Thailandia. Meta insulsa. Prezzi folli. Standard bassissimi.

• Yoann (10/5): Séjour parfait RAS - L emplacement, la communication, l accueil, la possibilité de profiter de la piscine en attendant de repartir à l aéroport. Literie neuve mais dure. Suggestion de mettre en place une fontaine à eau pour éviter de distribuer des bouteilles d eau.

• Marcus (1/5): Keine Weiterempfehlung, unzumutbar! - Die Lage hätte einigermaßen gepasst, außer dass ein sehr lautes nachtaktives Restaurant angrenzt. Unfassbar vernachlässigter Zustand des Hotels und vor allem des Zimmers, sehr schmutzig und dreckig, sowie stark heruntergekommen. So ziemlich alles defekt und zum Teil gefährlich für Personensicherheit. Bereits am ersten Abend spät schriftlich beim Betreiber und Manager reklamiert, am nächsten Morgen das Hotel auf eigenen Willen verlassen. Betreiber und Manager zugleich ist ein Belgier, der zwar anfangs höflich, aber dann zunehmend herablassend und ignorant auftrat. Er verweigerte uns die Rückerstattung komplett, er bot uns ledihlich Zimmerwechsel an, was wir aber aufgrund der Zustände beider unserer Zimmer und anhand Gesprächen mit anderen Gästen, sowie den Obline-Rezensionen ablehnten. Am Schluss bot er uns ein Zimmer für eine Nacht zur Rückerstattung an, was aber nicht weiter verwirklicht wurde, obwohl es klar war, dass wir nicht bleiben. Nun fühlen wir uns um zwei Zimmer für zwei Nächte in der Höhe des Preises um 288€ betrogen. Wir haben stark das Gefühl, dass dies eine Art von Scaming war und informierten bereits mehrere Behörden mit entsprechender Schilderung und Beweismaterial. Es erweckte bei uns den Eindruck, dass hier ganz klar Gewinn vor Kundenzufriedenheit steht und der Betreiber mit Aussagen wie uns gegenüber „Das ist halt nicht Europäischer, sonder Thailändischer Standard“ den Ruf der anderen Thailändischen Gastgebern schädigt, welche ihre Gasthäuser mit Herz führen. Als Vielreisende Person mit langjähriger und mehrfacher Thailand Erfahrung bin ich der Meinung, dass seine Aussage nicht zutrifft. Dies war das teuerste und mit Abstand schlechteste „Hotel“ in Thailand, in dem ich auf über ca. 20 Unterkünften je wahr. Mängel beider Zimmer: - keine Reinigung, Dreck auf dem Boden und unter den Betten, Betten zwar neu bezogen aber nicht sauber, schimmlige Kühlschränke, Kot- und Urin von vorherigen Gästen i. d. Toilette, Spinnweben überall(nicht dramatisch, aber ein Fall .n schlechter Reinigung) - schlechte Substanz d. Möbel, starke Abnutzung u. vieles mehr!

• Daniel (7/5): - Bardzo fajny basen i co najważniejsze czynny całą dobę. Co można było wywnioskować ze zdjęć obiektu, wszystkie okna są na basen. Bez zasłonięcia firan, zero prywatności w pokoju. I albo ciemno za dnia czego My nie lubimy albo chodzisz ubrany czego my nie lubimy 😊. Ale czego nie widać na zdjęciach, to z czwartej strony basenu od razu restauracja nie hotelowa ze stolikami i ludźmi z ulicy (na moim zdjęciu widać). Do późnych godzin nocnych może grać muzyka. Potrafi przeszkadzać spać jak ktoś potrzebuje.

• Collins (8/5): Ma maison review - The location was great and staff were super friendly and helpful. Anna was really kind and welcoming. The curtains were well designed against light. The pool was perfect and rooms just spaced around it. The local restaurant has some decent food and kind staff also. All amenities and surin and bangtao beach very close also. The doors were a constant pain and wouldn't slide correctly, without some crazy twiddling and patience. Some noise close to the street also.
