• Thomas (5/5): Bad experience - Room service and cleaning staff was very good and courteous. I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel. We initially paid for two days of stay. Later, when my daughter came to stay with us, I was called at around 10:00 PM by the hotel staff and asked to make an additional payment for her stay. I had no objection to paying the required amount; however, calling a guest late at night and pressurizing for payment was extremely uncomfortable and distressing. The timing and manner of communication were highly unprofessional and caused unnecessary mental stress. In addition to this, my checkout time was 12:00 PM while my bus was scheduled at 8:00 PM. I requested a reasonable extension or alternative arrangement, but I was given only a one-hour extension and then asked to vacate the room. No proper alternative arrangement was provided except allowing me to sit in the lounge, which caused significant inconvenience. I was also disappointed to note that breakfast was not complimentary, which was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. Overall, the experience did not meet acceptable hospitality standards, and the lack of sensitivity, flexibility, and clear communication from the hotel staff was disappointing. I request you to kindly review this matter seriously and consider appropriate compensation or corrective action.

• T (6/5): Pleasant - location was good and accessible. service was good. bed spreads were very old and not clean we did not get hot water and they gave in a bucket which was not comfortable . we could not shower after a long drive and they gave some reasons that their boiler is not working. when we pay 10000k for two days we need some basic comfort and value for our money.

• Brown (8/5): Good value, modern, comfortable and friendly hotel within 45 minutes of Chennai airport. - The hotel is clean, modern and well-maintained. Aircon in bedrooms is powerful and effective. We found the staff very helpful and they went out of their way to look after us. They changed our sterling into rupees at full market rate quickly and efficiently. We would commend staff member Nandini for her attention to us as guests, but all her colleagues were great. We thought the food was good, and we very much enjoyed dhosa and idli for breakfast. We thought the suite we stayed in was very good value for money, with lots of space in the bedroom, seating area and bathroom. Our laundry was done very efficiently and to a high standard. Vandalur zoo is very near and worth a visit for the elephants alone. We hope to return. Not much really. The breakfast coffee could have been hotter, and it would be nice to be able to get a cup of fresh-brewed coffee during the day.
