- Stéphanie (8/5): Bonne adresse - Le cadre est agréable. A l'arrivée, l'accueil est pro et efficace. Les chambres sont grandes et très propres. Le principal défaut est le manque d'insonorisation vis à vis du couloir et de l'extérieur. Bon petit déjeuner. Le rapport qualité/prix est bon.

Les consignes sanitaires sont parfaitement respectées . L'hôtel possède un restaurant dexcellente qualité avec une belle terrasse. Bon petit déjeuner.

The restaurant is very smart with a beautiful setting. The presentation of food could not be faulted, but it lacked in quality of taste,. All in all a good hotel, but it needs to analyse itself to reach another level that it would fully deserve
- LILIANE (10/5): SUr le bord de l'yonne - Tout était parfait. Seul problème à la réception ils ne trouvaient pas ma réservation hotel.com. Alors que tout était payé. Finalement cela a été retrouvé sur expedia or je ne travaille qu'avec vous ???. C'est un très bon hôtel refait à neuf , au calme avec vue sur l'yonne ou sur prairie. Bon restaurant. Personnel attentif. Tres bon séjour

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel in splendid location! - We arrived with friends in glorious sunshine and enjoyed drinks in the hotel gardens overlooking the river Yonne. Our rooms were clean, fresh and nicely presented ... super bathrooms with excellent showers ... all looked newly renovated. We ate in the restaurant on the terrace and the food was first class ... not cheap but well worth it! Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant stay! Would thoroughly recommend!
- Verified traveler (8/5): 夏と日曜日に注意 - 川を挟んでジョワニーの旧市街が望める場所。 セキュリティのしっかりした駐車場。 部屋は清潔で広さも問題ない。ただしエアコンがある部屋が少ないので、夏に行く人は注意。冷蔵庫も無い。地球温暖化の現在、エアコンは必須だろう。 評判の良いレストラン。ただし7〜9月以外の日曜日はレストランが閉まっているので、ラ・コート・サン・ジャックに行く人以外はケバブかマクドナルドが夕食になるので注意。

- Tamara (4/5): Cold and old eggs! - Not so good. Arrived late at night in January, no heating in bedrooms- so frozen at least an hour waiting for the radiator and then the bedroom to warm up! Not pleasant. Next morning, a very average breakfast (old eggs that had been made a long time before we arrived) for a whopping 14 euros per person. My overall evaluation is that the cost benefit ratio is a bit out of wack.

- Phyllis Freeman (10/5): All good--one surprise to warn you about! - We stopped for a night in the drive between Geneva and Paris. We were delighted by the hotel and its grounds (a lovely walk around a pond) and the town-all charming. The price was good, we were happy. ONE WARNING: We were there for a Sunday night when the hotel restaurant was not open. The staff suggested we go just across the river to Cote Saint Jacques. We called, reserved, and went. Arrived to discover it is a 2 star restaurant--lovely and VERY expensive. We did not expect this--no warning-so we took a deep breath and paid 70E each for the simplest meal possible (just one dish, no starters, desert) and 60E for a half bottle of wine...a little warning would have helped us get in 'over our heads'!

- Tatiana (10/5): Nice local hotel with excellent restaurant - It is a very nicely located hotel in Joigny - walking distance to the city centre and beautiful river view. Spacious outside parking. Close to a local park and with a small park of its own. Rooms are clean and modern. Excellent restaurant downstairs. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Will definitely come back.

- Alison (10/5): Our stay in a beautiful location - We had a wonderful stay, delicious gourmet meal in a beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely efficient in coping with evacuating all the guests from the hotel when the river which had risen several feet overflowed over the road and into the car park. We were very impressed with the quick efficient way they helped us move the cars and took us through the water in their 4x4 vehicles at 6am!! We will certainly go back there again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Sehr gutes Hotel mit Spitzenraurant - Wir hatten das Hotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung gebucht. Der Aufzug zum Zmmer verwirtte etwas (5 drücken für die 3.Etage, da es dort Zwischengeschosse gibt), aber das Zimmer war dann schon sehr gut.Bett super, genug Ablageflächen (sogar richtiger Schrank vorhanden) und man kann im Zimmer trotz Ausstattung noch tanzen. Wir hatten uns gleich bei der Ankunft zum Dinner angemeldet und das war gut, denn es war ein Sternemenu. Einfach alles köstlich und mit den passenden Weinen exquisit.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Bij het incecken werd heel moeilijk gedaan om mijn dochter van 4 jaar. Ik had gereserveerd voor 2 personen voor mijn man en mij. Ik dacht dat tot 12 jaar kind mee mocht slapen op de kamer. Uiteindelijk mocht het wel. Maar de sfeer was wel verpest.
- Catherine (6/5): Déception - C'était la nuit de la Saint Sylvestre, donc pas de personnel dans l'hôtel, mais tout était prévu (codes laissés et clés posées sur la réception) En revanche chambre décevante. J'avais pris une chambre cosy au lieu de standard. Je ne vois pas où elle était "cosy" : matelas bien mince, couchage pas confortable, pas de bouilloire pour se faire un thé ou une infusion, pas de réfrigérateur, et d'une manière générale, chambre petite et spartiate pour le prix de cent euros. La déco des couloirs est très style "administration", c'est une chambre d'une valeur réelle de 70 €. On ne conseille pas cet hôtel qui fait cheap !
