- Ravindran (10/5): - We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially during breakfast. While the food spread was limited, everything was fresh, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious. The quality truly stood out.
What made the experience exceptional was the hospitality provided by the staff, particularly *Waseem* and *Snehal*. Both were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable and well taken care of, which made breakfast a pleasant and memorable part of the stay.

Dear Booking.com Team,
I am writing to report a very disappointing and unacceptable experience during my stay at Krishna Palace Hotel, Ambernath. This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and it completely ruined my short trip to India.
Here are the issues I faced:
• Very poor food quality
• Extremely rude staff behavior
• Too much noise inside the room, making it impossible to rest
• Lift was broken, and loud noises from the lift area could be heard clearly inside the room
• Air conditioning was not functioning properly
• The bed was very uncomfortable
Due to all these issues, I became sick because I couldn’t sleep properly throughout my stay. I travelled to India for only four days to relax, but this hotel experience completely wasted my entire vacation.
I am extremely disappointed and I request a full refund from the hotel for this unacceptable experience.
I kindly ask Booking.com to look into this matter urgently and assist me with a proper resolution.

- Shashank (8/5): Good stay, could be better. - Good food, courteous staff, good location. The doorframe on the bathroom was too narrow, making it inconvenient to enter and exit the bathroom. Also, there was paint peeling due to some prior seepage at some spots on the walls.

- KAUSHIK (5/5): - Good hotel though the price is a little bit high, considering its location. It is not about my dislike. It is a complain regarding the unprofessional behavior of the hotel staff. I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. At check-in, I was asked to submit my driving license for identity verification, which left at the reception. Ideally receptionist should have return it immediately or send it back to my room during my stay.
When I realized the mistake, till that time I had already checked out. I immediately contacted the hotel and requested them to send it back by courier (of course, at my cost). As per the conversation with the staff, I had sent the courier charge in advance. From then I had multiple follow ups with the hotel, which they don't bother to listen.
This is highly unprofessional and careless service. A responsible hotel should value their guests’ security and make every effort to return such sensitive documents promptly and safely. Losing trust is much worse than losing business, and sadly, this hotel failed in both hospitality and professionalism.

- Stanley (7/5): Krishna Palace Hotel - The location of Hotel is great with good connectivity to nearby industrial area or Ambernath railway station. The Facility is clean and well maitained including the linen and towels. The receptionists and front office staff are very friendly and have a solution to any questions you may have. Public transport can be hard to get before 7 am. The wifi was strong and supported multiple devices. The restaurant food lacks quality and originality of cuisine. The curries are made up using gravy base which was clearlry not current and and fresh. The sambhar was poor and looked like rasam.
The laundry although very punctual is not orderly. There is no system of forms to trace any missing laundry.
The floor trolley baskets are parked near rooms 301 and is sure to rock you out from sleep when pushed around by staff Primarily as the corridor is not carpet laid.

Even after clear instructions given to management well before time, the manager could not understand the gravity of the situation and made his own calls leaving my guests unhappy. Even though all the rooms were pre-booked and secured via card, he insisted on one of my guests to make the room payment saying he won't allow checkin without payment. I also requested for some room hampers to be distributed during check-in, even that couldn't be followed.

- Shivam (9/5): Was okay but bad experience with hospitality - Location, cleanliness and property itself Service, I complaint them several time about room 311, that bathroom lock is broken but even after calling reception multiple time they didn’t look into that issue. We called reception multiple times for water bottles but they did not sent them. Car parking was not available and watchmen’s behaviour is also rude when i asked him for parking.
