• Oliver (10/5): Perfect idillic hotel with the most lovely staff, a clear 5 star experience - Very beautiful grounds, amazing restaurant, attentive and lovely staff for a hotel that only sleeps a small number of rooms, which are each finished very well. Good pool /sunbathing area too! Nothing major, it’s not a big issue but one to bear in mind that it’s on the flight path but we still slept very well, also bring your own hair conditioner!

• Mantao (9/5): Beautiful romantic place with great staff and food - We had a wonderful stay at Neroli Bio Relais! We travelled in March so it was very quiet, one night we were the only guests but the staff made us feel so welcome! Food was excellent especially the fresh orange juice at breakfast was the best we had on the island. We loved the feature of the stone floor in the old barn rooms. We would have wished for a window that can be opened during the night, but it only had a terrace door that we couldn't keep open due to the lovely cats wanting to come stay with us :D

• Susanna Stefanachi (8/5): A perfect ending to our stay in Sicily! - The staff of this hotel go the extra mile! They are warm, welcoming, gracious and accommodating. The chef went out of his way for my husband. The location is special for its direct full view of Etna and its closeness in proximity to the Catania airport. You are in the middle of a vineyard with a pool. We chose the room with the private terrace and entrance and it was perfect for us. The rooms are small.

Sapjes worden gemaakt met fruit uit eigen tuin. Personeel is super vriendelijk en staan zeer snel voor je klaar. We hebben ook alle avonden in het restaurant gegeten, kwaliteit van het eten is zeer goed en ook hier weer super vriendelijk personeel. Kortom, je wordt top verzorgd. nvt

• Artur (10/5): Amazing hotel just 15 minutes from Catania - Very calm and authentic place. Breakfasts are really good with nice view on Etna . We took both cooking classes and wine and food degustation. And both experiences were amazing. During cooking classes, chef showed us how to cook local dishes, and it was not hard at all. Degustation Dinner with the wine was amazing! Tiramisu with orange was best I tried! Definitely worth to try! I’m not very good expert in wine but it was good too. I would like to thank a lot for Isabelle who helped us to get more familiar with the Sicily , gave us a lot of suggestions what to do and where to go and all of them were very useful. None

We arrived v early on check in day and Roberta kindly processed us and we sat by the pool, had an outstanding lunch with a delicious wine with that Etna view. A place to relax before flying home after a full on East Sicily itinerary. Was recommended by colleagues who stayed there few months ago and we will definitely recommend to others.

They catered for me having to be gluten free with even a gluten free cake. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to give us information that was useful. • sveva (2/5): Che delusione - L'unica cosa che si salva del neroli è lo chef. Per il resto la struttura è una presa in giro, a un km dall'areoporto, con continuo rumore degli aerei, con la pompa della cisterna accesa tutta notte e che obbliga a dormire sbarrati dentro, con l'aria condizionata, in una struttura che si definisce bio. La stanza angusta, poco pulita, con un terribile odore di chiuso che la struttura prova a nascondere maldestramente con i n deodorante sintetico e di bassa qualità. Il bagno vecchio, l'armadio tutto rotto, l'esterno arredato poco e male. Per di più, sempre chiamandosi bio, la maggior parte degli accessori erano in plastica e comunque non riciclabili. Sinceramente la peggior struttura in cui sono stata in questo viaggio in Sicilia. Piuttosto che andare lì, vi consiglio senza dubbio un qualunque hotel nel centro Di Catania. Vi costerà meno e sicuramente potrete dormire con meno rumore Era sporco, inadeguato, molto rumoroso, attaccato all areoporto, circondato da un paesaggio triste, senza nessun servizio e con il supermercato più vicino a mezz'ora di strada.

• Elliott (10/5): A beautiful weekend - What a beautiful location! We really enjoyed our stay, all of the staff were friendly and polite. The grounds are very well maintained, the view of Etna at sunset is amazing and the peaceful sound of the birds is very relaxing. We would like to give a special shout out to Eduardo for his attentiveness and his help with my proposal. It isn't that I didn't like it, however when booking a couples massage I had expected to be in the same room at the same time. Had I of known that it was completely seperate I probably wouldn't of booked it.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality. The service was outstanding — the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and ensure everything we needed was taken care of. The food deserves a special mention: every single meal was absolutely incredible, with rich flavors, fresh ingredients, and that unmistakable touch of Sicilian love. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, we were always impressed. The atmosphere was peaceful and authentic, a perfect retreat just a little outside of the busy center of Catania. We left feeling completely recharged — and very well fed! We would 100% return and can’t recommend this place enough to anyone traveling to Sicily. A truly special experience.

Brilliant team and a very tasty menu. Well worth checking out at the beginning or end of a Sicily tour. The property might wish to consider allocating cabanas first to residents before day-guests

• Julianna (10/5): Neroli is a great base for exploring Mount Etna and surrounding areas of Catania and Val de Noto. - The staff who took care of us were exceptional, especially our very atteentive and experienced waiter, Bruno and the lovely reception manager, Arianna. We ate dinner at the hotel four times and the food was always wonderful. The chef is excellent.
