The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts and coffee were great and much appreciated. We were cautioned to move our cars to the underground parking ahead of severe storms, hail, and tornados--service above and beyond. A+++ That I couldn't stay longer! 😉

Good breakfast served by considerate staff. Service is always top notch and management available to address concerns. Sales Manager Mark, in particular, has been exceptionally helpful and courteous. Great location also, especially if visiting family members that work in the area. This will be our 4th stay.
• bshen02 (10/5): My favorite place to stay for Epic training - I had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Verona! From start to finish, the service truly stood out. The complimentary shuttle made travel easy and convenient—running not only to and from Dane County Airport but also to nearby restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. A special shoutout to Aiden, who went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Even though I checked in late at night, he greeted me with humor and warmth, arranged an upgrade to his favorite room, and made me feel instantly welcome. He also provided a personalized list of restaurant recommendations and took care of shuttle arrangements. A fun surprise was the Epic Night on Tuesday, hosted by Aiden, featuring a happy hour with snacks and a game where guests could win Marriott points—a great way to meet other travelers and unwind. This hotel combines comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. Thanks to Aiden and the terrific staff, it’s become my favorite place to stay in Verona. Highly recommended!

• rashaunt2018 (10/5): 3 Weeks in Verona - Great Experience - I had an amazing stay at the Fairfield Inn Madison Verona! The staff is very welcoming and they all go above and beyond for their guest! I would highly recommend to anyone, but especially those traveling to Verona for epic training! The shuttle service is super convenient taking you to and from campus as well as airport pickup! They also offfer dinner shuttle service to local restaurants! Special shout out to Aiden, Such a wonderful kind and welcoming personality! I left my laptop charger and he graciously mailed it back to me and sent me an email with all the shipping details! I spent 3 weeks at the hotel and each week upon my return he greeted me in the lobby by first name! He will truly make your day, and his fresh baked cookies are amazing! The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast and round the clock coffee/tee/ and hot chocolate in the lobby!

• 555coreya (4/5): Hot room, no tv. - The TV didn’t work, it just shut itself off whenever I tried to watch anything. I asked them to come fix it but the maintenance person was gone for the day, I said that’s fine, they can come tomorrow. Next day the remote hadn’t been moved and the TV wouldn’t even turn on. Also the AC had a mind of its own (a very lazy one), and the shuttle to/from Epic was supposed to run every 15 minutes but I waited - NO EXAGGERATION - 50 minutes for a pick-up the first afternoon. The pillows felt like half-filled bags of cotton balls. The Staff were very friendly and (sorta?) helpful, and they have a nice complimentary happy hour and delicious cookies. The room was clean. And the stay was cheap. Mostly I’m just cranky that the age of smart tv’s means I can’t even turn on the tv in my hotel room and watch something random.

• davep44 (10/5): Spotless Business Hotel in a Residential Neighborhood - This small hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, which makes it a little different from what we expected from a business hotel. It is very clean and staff are constantly cleaning the common areas such as the dining area and pool. Complimentary breakfast is typical of a business hotel - no complaints there. There is a takeaway Thai restaurant across the street that is very good and we brought the food back to the dining area. The hotel also gave us complimentary drink tickets for the sports bar across the street. The only complaint was no electric car charging at the site, but we knew that going in.

Staff have always been polite. The connecting rooms work great if you need 2 rooms. The only complaint is that the pool is really cold.

• Terri (10/5): - This hotel met all of our needs. Parking was available on-site. Rooms were cleaned daily and staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel does not have a restaurant on-site, but the daily breakfast that was included in the cost of the room was good, and we enjoyed the restaurants in Verona and Middleton. We would definitely stay here again.

• speakingt2024 (4/5): GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. - Subject: Urgent Concerns Regarding Service and Room Conditions Mobile App Communication: The staff consistently failed to respond promptly to messages via the mobile app. On one occasion, while waiting in the lobby—where no other customers were present—I was ignored when requesting the shuttle service. Shuttle Service: When I needed a shuttle to the airport at 5 a.m., Manager Alfonso informed me that no shuttle would be available. Despite this being a service promised on your website, Alfonso stated he could not accommodate us and showed reluctance to arrange alternative transportation. But I found out there was a shuttle for someone at 4am. Please tell me that this hotel is not about discrimination or ageism. I felt it!!!! Room Temperature: The room was excessively hot, even after the maintenance team replaced the air conditioning unit. Despite running the new unit for over two hours, the room remained uncomfortably warm. When I requested a room change, Alfonso hesitated, citing concerns about overtime for cleaning staff and expressing skepticism about the room’s condition. His response was dismissive and unhelpful, even suggesting he would need to verify the issue himself, which was unnecessary and highly unprofessional. Breakfast: Fresh fruit was available and the personal maintaining the food area was excellent and friendly. Happy Hour: 1 bottle of wine that was almost empty. I asked for a new bottle and the front desk personal said there wasn't any more. SO, take sips because they don't want to buy more. Not great anything for happy hour.

The one thing all us ladies missed was a hot tub!! would’ve loved to relax after a long day of travel. Maybe they will take this into consideration otherwise we might have to book a different place next time we visit…

It was very clean and our room was very comfortable. Plenty of linens for all the hot showers after swimming! The breakfast was very nice & the staff did a great job keeping everything full. We would definitely return if we’re in the area!
• Mea37 (8/5): Great Location and Service - The accommodations standard for a Fairfield Inn. The staff was nice and they have a shuttle service that will take you places within about 15 minutes, which was nice. We had someone's laptop charger go out, and they drove us to an office depot to replace the battery. They have social nights a couple of times a week in the evening with free beer and snacks, which was a nice gesture. They have free shuttles to Epic if you are in town for meetings. The only concerns I came across were 1)TV remote was intermittent and that was frustrating 2)The shower walls needed to be cleaned a bit better prior to my stay, especially above the shower head. It's like the cleaners couldn't reach and chose not to wipe it down. I also found a hair on the shower wall in the corner that the cleaners missed. I told the front desk and they apologized and made things right.

My stay was comfortable, and my accommodations helped me feel welcomed, secure, and safe. I cannot give enough compliments to the staff including landscaping and maintenance crews, the kitchen / food prep staff, housekeeping, front desk associates, and the shuttle drivers. You can tell effective procedures are in place, customer service is a priority, and hospitality comes naturally for the employees at this establishment.
