• Verified traveler (4/5): - Ich kann mich nicht erinnern jemals in einem Hotel gewesen zu sein, welches ein derart schlechtes Preis-Leisungsverhältnis aufweist. Und ich bin wirklich nicht heikel, da ich auf meiner Durchquerung der USA 2018 an einige „lustige“ Hotels/Motels geraten bin. Zum Problem: - Checkin angeblich ab 15:00 gemäss ebookers. Um 15:00 war ich dort. Kein Personal da. Alles abgeriegelt, mann kommt gar nicht zur Rezeption. Man kann läuten - vergebens. 15:20 bequemte sich dann auf meine Rufe hin und die Unterstützung anderer Hotel-Gäste doch noch ein Mann zur Rezeption. -Der Mann verstand jedoch nicht was ich wollte. Worte wie: Check-in oder die Reservationsbestätigung von ebookers schienen ihm absolut fremd. Ich gebe zu, mein Spanisch ist gar nicht gut, also musste Google-Translate her. Jedoch schien er auch auf Spanisch nicht zu verstehen, dass ich einfach nur einchecken möchte. Nach langem Hin- und Her, kam dann eine junge Frau und ich konnte ca. mit einer Stunde Verspätung einchecken... - Dass das angepriesene WLAN grösstenteils nicht funktionierete ist noch eine Sache. Von 4 Tagen hatte ich ca. einen Tag WLAN. Als ich die Besitzer darauf aufmerksam machte, schien das jedoch niemanden gross zu stören. - Warmes Wasser für eine Dusche hatte ich nicht immer und die Spülung der Toilette funktionierte ebenfalls nur spoadisch. Also habe ich den Abfalleimer stets mit Wasser aufgefüllt und so gespült. Zudem kam aus der Dusche ein bestialischer Gestank. Nie wieder!
• Maria (2/5): Hotel para dormir 1 noche. - La recepción del hotel fue tardada, la habitación que me dieron no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y me cambiaron de habitación la cual había arañas y mosquitos, los cuales a la siguiente mañana mis hijos y yo amanecimos con varios piquetes, la regadera del baño salpicaba toda, hotel de urgencia para pasar la noche y ya.

• Jonny (8/5): Barato y cómodo - El hotel es cómodo está a 5 min en bici o carro del centro de Tulum y de la playa está a 15 min. Lo padre también es que te prestan gratis las bicis para recorrer el centro y las playas. Es un hotel práctico
• ap (8/5): スタッフが優しい。 - 一室ダブルベッドツインをかりました。部屋はエアコン有り、テレビあり、ベッドの寝心地も良いです。借りた部屋がたまたまかもしれませんが排水溝が流れずお風呂が水浸しになりました。キッチンなし。冷蔵庫なしでした。 グランセノーテまでホテルの前の道をひたすら真っ直ぐ自転車で10-15分。ホテルで自転車の貸し出しデポジット250です。ちなみに自転車にブレーキは無くペダルを後ろに回すとブレーキがかかるタイプ。（メキシコでは珍しくないです）。徒歩圏内にスーパーと銀行、コンビニがあります。フロントは8-21時。スタッフはスペイン語オンリーですが、一生懸命話しを聞いてくれますし、とても親切に対応してくれます。

Viene accettato il pagamento solamente con moneta locale. Il personale parla solamente la lingua locale. Dopo due giorni mi è arrivata una mail con scritto 'gracias' e mi sono ritrovato un'addebito sulla carta di credito utilizzata per la prenotazione con un pernottamento a me sconosciuto. Personalmente non consiglio questo hotel

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good price - A little out of the way. About 1.5 k from ado bus station. Located next to a large supermarket But the price was right. None of the staff spoke english. But were very friendly and attentive. Bikes are avilable to use free ( you get what you pay for). They do function. Hot water takes forever ( apparently the norm). Aircon worked well... I walked everywhere ( taxis are available always). Lots todo in this town
• Verified traveler (2/5): Pesimo - Llegue al hotel con mi reservación ya hecha y no querían darme la habitación por que supuestamente yo no había hecho el pago cuando jamás me notificaron eso, me hicieron caminar para ir a un banco y regrese y no sabían darme respuesta de mi reservación, tuve que irme y buscar otro alojamiento ya que el personal no esta nada capacitado para tratar con las personas perdiendo tiempo de mi viaje. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Estacionamiento, wifi, agua fria y caliente, hotel limpio, a la orilla de la carretera y exactamente a la entrada de Tulum, económico, sin elevador solo son dos plantas, A/C, TV planas. En general bien cumple con el objetivo.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Convenient and relaxing! - Great place to hang your hat while visiting the cenotes, ruins, beach, and tulum night life. The free parking allowed us to use a rental car (which I highly recommend for tulum and surrounding area but make sure you rent from another location like Playa Del Carmen, too expensive to rent in tulum). If you don't have a car they offer free bicycles to commute to the beach, ruins and the closer cenotes. Wish they had coffee in the lobby in the morning but I was able to get some from the OXXO across the street. Most days there is a torta (sandwhich) stand on the street beside hotel which has delicious tortas, and the grocery store is right on the corner. Staying here you are close to a lot of conveniences as well as near the end of the tourist strip. Some reviews mentioned the traffic being too loud on the big window rooms but we stayed in one and had no problem sleeping. Rooms are big with high ceilings, air conditioning, good water pressure, and clean. There are sun chairs on the back patio common area for sunbathing if you are too lazy to go to the beach.

• Joseph (6/5): Good location, not the cleanest hotel - Nice family run business close to Tulum Ruins and near Tulum Centro. The hotel its self is not the cleanest; smelly and has bed bugs. The bar next door goes on late. On the positive side the wifi is pretty solid.

• Eduardo (6/5): Hotel mediano com recepção péssima - Fomos recebido por uma pessoa sem preparo. O hotel tem quartos fora e com difícil identicação. O recepcionista da noite sem nenhuma vontade de explicar nem mesmo depois de voltarmos duas vezes para dizer que não encontrávamos o quarto. Parecia drogado e ficava rindo de nossa situação. a recepção muito desorganizada parecia um deposito. Impressão inicial péssima. O quarto mediano. Camas confortáveis. No dia seguinte a recepcionista foi melhor. Mesmo assim não foi suficiente para diminuir a sensação ruim do primeiro dia.

Very modern, the beds are really comfortable, and pillows too! There are two double beds, small table and chairs, good clean bathroom. Showers good, WiFi good. We had a ground floor front room so was quite noisy with trucks but is generally quiet between 11pm and 7am. Back rooms are probably no problem with noise. Plenty of restaurants and big supermarket next door. If you don't mind walking and cycling it's perfect.
• Philip (8/5): Good value for the price! - Good value for the price. Room was very clean and there were bikes the you can use for free (useful to get to the beach and the Tulum ruins). Hotel itself is on a busy road but the rooms facing the back are very quiet. Would stay again.
• Anne (6/5): Choose your room carefully. - Room very nice for the price and staff very friendly and helpful, but the noise from the road meant a sleepless first night. We asked for a quieter room for the next night and found upstairs rooms are much better...smaller Windows so less noise.
• Medelålders par (8/5): Helt ok för att sova. - Trevlig personal, kunde dock ingen engelska men vi löste det mesta ändå. Vi kan ju ingen spanska så vi är ju inte bättre i det avseendet. Tyst AC, rent & luktade gott. Bor gärna här igen.

• Ashley (8/5): Rough around the edges but a nice inside!! - The hotel itself was quite difficult to find purely because we were on foot following Google maps and the hotel was no where near where it said it was according to Google! After much walking around and asking the local policeman on his bike we found it on the main road to Coba which was actually very very easy to spot!! The hotel was located in what can only be described as a building site, lots of rubble and concrete everywhere and bars all over the windows, admittedly I thought what had we gotten ourselves in for but in fact I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very cheap, we stayed one night in number 1, it was big, had 2 comfortable double beds, an extra chair and table and a big bathroom with hot water and a nice shower, the air con worked no problem admittedly we couldn't get the tele to work but it didn't matter. Lots of locks on the door so it felt very safe. Out the back was a concrete yard but there were a few sun loungers out there and it got the afternoon sun so as long as you're not fussed on picturesque surroundings it was a nice place to sit with the lizards and work on your tan. The hotel offered free bike rental and was about a 10 minute walk to the main shops, bars and restaurants and around 20 minutes to the ADO Centro. All in all for a budget hotel I would have no qualms in suggesting this hotel as a place to rest your head at night.
• jesper (8/5): - Bra bugetboende med trevlig dock bara spansktalig personal. Vi bokade fel dag men dom lät oss bo utan extra kostnad dagen vi hade tänkt. En bit bort från centrum (10 min gång) men gratis cyklar så man kan ta sig till strand och ruiner. Valu for money.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nettes und preisgünstiges Hotel - Entspanntes Hotel am Stadtrand von Tulum. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gerne wieder! Wichtig für die Anreise: Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße Richtung Merida, vom San Francisco Supermarkt nach ca. 100 Metern auf der rechten Seite.
