What we loved the most was the exceptional hospitality from all the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also amazing, with a great variety and delicious options for the whole family. This hotel is very kids-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. • U5507FXnurf (2/5): Disappointing stay in Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka - I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka. First, the service was very poor. The air conditioner was noisy, the mattress was deflated and uncomfortable, and when I requested a replacement, the staff made it unnecessarily complicated and refused to resolve it properly. I am a paying guest — not staying for free — and not just for one or two nights, but for an entire month. I was even told twice to move while sitting quietly on the sofa with my eyes closed. That was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The receptionist and the security staff lacked basic courtesy. One staff member in particular, named Selly, was especially unpleasant. She even mentioned that she was monitoring me continuously through CCTV, which felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. The bathroom also had issues, and at one point the water was dirty. Handling of this issue was slow and not solution-oriented. There was no compensation offered despite the inconvenience. What surprised me the most is that I am a Platinum member, yet there was absolutely no difference in treatment compared to a non-member guest. That is very disappointing. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn properties in Bandung, Gajah Mada, and Semarang where the service was polite and professional. Unfortunately, this location feels very different. The hospitality standards here do not reflect the usual Holiday Inn experience. Management seriously needs to improve staff training, professionalism, and customer service quality. Very disappointing stay.

The check in process was super smooth. The room was great, we had the room with the balcony so we could enjoy the pool view. The breakfast was amazing with the huge spread of choice dishes. From Indonesian, Japanese, korean & western food. The pool was amazing and it is my kids favorite. The checkout process was fast and we enjoy the stay.

I travel a lot, this year definitely this hotel where I had the best experience (out of 14 places i stayed). The breakfast was also really good with a huge variety of dishes. I also tried the Japanise restaurant twice. Overall the friendly welcoming plus the outstanding services define the conclusion that i definitely come back. Very good hospitality from staff, pleasant and luxurious ambience have been served to our event. Thanks to kak Fanni yang with very humble udah mau ribet memenuhi request kami yang macem - macem. So far, good and recommended venue for wedding or corporate event. 10/10

Whenever I stay here I look forward to the breakfast buffet 😁 i also like the little notes they put on my cappucino saucer during break fast. Ballroom is spacious enough, great layout, and elegant decoration, so you don't need that much of additional decor. Always the best option to conduct corporate event. Thank you Mba Wulan and team 🙏

The food never disappoints. The event became more luxurious and all the needs were made very easy. We are super happy and highly recommend for any events at this hotel (5 stars++)

The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers great facilities, but what truly made my experience special was the outstanding service. A special shoutout to Dayu & Pedro—they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s not often you come across staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel at home, but they absolutely did!

Especially Pak Ajendi was extremely cooperative and ensured that best service was rendered. The quality of food and the ambience was excellent. Customized food items were prepared and served promptly. Hygeine levels were excellent. Smooth checkin process and the room was ready before the arrival.
• katroski (10/5): Thank you - Hoping to go back and stay longer - At first i didn’t realize there’s a great hotel in Cikarang area. But when we started to enter the lobby, we were welcomed with warm greet. The hotel crews were amazing, so helpful and kind. We had a great assistance by mas Rully. The atmosphere is joyful and it makes us want to stay longer. Talking about the room, it was very comfy and spacious. About the facilities, the pool, gym with onsen it was amazing. The food was great. Lots of choices and you will have full stomach.

• Nov1011 (8/5): HOTEL FEEL RESORT - Chek in hotel is fast and easy, I was helped by Mba Mira thanknyou for your hospitality while process in become fast. The room is quite spacious and clean size of bed is large and the facilities in the room are quite complete. For the breakfast menu is quite varied with a pretty good taste.
• Verified traveler (10/5): 日本人は出張に最適 - 出張で利用。快適。和食レストランにコンビニもあるのでビールの調達も可能。一応大浴場のようなものもあり、湯舟につかることも可能。
• CHOI IN (10/5): - 방이 아주 넓고 쾌적합니다. 다만 욕실에있는 고정되어있는 샴푸 린스 바디워시 위치가 좀 높아서 욕조에서 쓰기엔 좀 불편하고 욕조 바닥에 미끄럼 방지 매트가 없어 조심해야 합니다.

• Ramit (7/5): Good - Great staff and facilities. Great breakfast, lots of options. Food other than breakfasts was not great. The shower didn't work properly, annoying to take showers.

• Shivram (8/5): Two nights at Holiday Inn Jababeka, Cikarang - From the Bell Boy to Reception and the Restaurant, all are welcoming. The room was clean. The bed was absolutely comfortable. The breakfast was good. They said non smoking Floor and Room. I stayed at 701. However the Toilet / Bath had smell of Cigarette smoke. The House keeping staff also confirmed it, it was at 11.00pm. He said may be from the exhaust system. Second night the room I could smell cigarette smoke. I had switched off the AC. I did complain to the receptionist and he said that it maybe from the Central AC but it shouldn't happen as it was a Non Smoking Floor. I had a Korean visitor too. He stayed in 801. The price of Beer is too expensive.
