• Martin (5/5): Zentral gelegenes „Hotel“, für London ist die Preis-Leistung absolut ok, etwas abgerockt. - Die Lage ist sehr gut, Unkomplizierter Check In. Es ist Nachts sehr ruhig in der Gegend, am Tag ist sehr viel los und man ist über die Undergroundstation Liverpoolstation zentral angebunden 4 Stockwerke ohne Lift, Zimmertüre klemmt und streift am Boden,kein Kleiderschrank, kein Badezimmer, stattdessen ein Wc mit Duschkabine und Miniwaschbecken, das zudem verstopft war, keine Handbrause in der Dusche, max 2 qm zusammen. Am ersten Tag keine Pflegeprodukte wie angegeben. Man hört die Leitungen laut „quietschen“, wenn andere duschen .

It is definitely worth the money. the staff was exceptional, they were kind enough to help us with the luggage, specially Nabeel. Whenever i'm visiting central london, will forever choose this spot now. nothing particularly. every thing was spot on.

• Janina (4/5): Einige Reparaturen würden dem Hotel gut tun. - Die Lage war unschlagbar. Sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Bett war an sich recht gemütlich. Es gab in dem Zimmer glaub ich nichts was heile war. Gefühlt war wirklich alles irgendwie kaputt: der kleine Tisch im Raum war schief und hing, so dass man aufpassen musste was man drauf stellt, Stühle kaputt, Boden kaputt, Fliesen im Bad kaputt, klobürste kaputt bzw. Kaum existent, Waschbecken kaputt, Klopapier Halter kaputt, Bettwäsche hatte ein paar Flecken, Klopapier hatte ekelige Flecken, wir haben zum Glück noch eine weitere Rolle im Schrank gefunden. Wir waren echt enttäuscht. Ich war bereits das zweite Mal dort, beim ersten Mal war es auch nicht perfekt aber lange nicht so schlimm wie dieses Mal. Ich glaub dies war auch der letzte Besuch, nächstes Mal suchen wir uns wahrscheinlich etwas anderes. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach innen raus. Direkt eine Lüftung vor der Terrasse. Somit waren wir nicht draußen und hatten auch nie das Fenster auf, das war etwas unangenehm. Da die Scheiben mit Milchglasfolie beklebt waren konnte man auch nicht rausschauen. Alles in allem war es erträglich aber nicht wirklich schön und gut.

With the price we paid, it's worth the money. The bathroom set up doesn't seem very stable. There's only water showers from the ceiling in the shower cubicle. The door of the cubicle doesn't seem to fit well.

• Christopher (3/5): Comfortable but small and tired... - Clean, good location Very tired/tatty decor, damp stains, very small, balcony tiny, balcony door very sticky, had to fix tv aerial before we could watch anything, needs a lick of paint+ new curtains+ new curtain rail, clothes storage didn't equate to a wardrobe, coffee making was a kettle and some instant coffee. paint and wallpaper peeling, hot water very slow to arrive, very overlooked, glad we had thick curtains... Bed was comfortable. On balance, think we have been more generous with the rating than deserved. (Glad we didn't bring a cat, as we couldn't have swung it.) Also, too many stairs.

• Irena (10/5): Izvrsna lokacija, a soba ima sve što treba za kraći boravak. - Lokacija je odlična, jako blizu stanice vlaka koji vozi direktno na Stansted aerodrom. Na pješačkoj udaljenosti je i nekoliko znamenitosti, uključujući London Tower Bridge, Tate Modern i katedralu St. Paul. Lako dostupni (metroom) su i Covent Garden i Soho. Soba je imala i malu kuhinjicu. Krevet je malo preuzak za dvije osobe, posebice ako nisu par, već prijatelji.

• PANTELAKIS (8/5): Ένα καλό και ασφαλισμένο κατάλυμα για την διαμονή στο Λονδίνο. - Είναι ένα ασφαλές και καλό κατάλυμα σε κεντρική και ασφαλή περιοχή. Κοντά στον σταθμό του LIVERPOOL STREET με εύκολη πρόσβαση όπου θέλει κάποιος να πάει στο Λονδίνο. Για 3 άτομα, όπως ήταν η δικιά μας περίπτωση, δεν είναι τόσο άνετο το δωμάτιο και επίσης, το κρεβάτι δεν ήταν τόσο άνετο, ίσως χρειάζεται μια αλλάγη σε αυτό.
• Ernst (7/5): Good - I loved the location, was very good close to the metro station at Liverpool Street. Room was very noise cancelling and appealing to the rest of the environment. The shower was a bit small, and I thought we would get a kitchen like on the photos. That was a bit disappointing.

(lugar não indicado para clientes mais velhos). Não sei se estavam fazendo alguma reforma ou manutenção, mas o carpete das escadas estava sujo. Pouca privacidade (as cortinas tinham que permanecer fechadas (quase o tempo inteiro) porque o prédio em frente está muito próximo. Haviam poucos pratos e talheres disponíveis (e cada um de um conjunto / coleção diferente!). Não voltaria.
• Natasha (5/5): No frills, good location - The location was excellent, and considering where it is there wasn’t too much noise. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. It’s very dated, the photos on the listing don’t represent the room I stayed in. There was an old fridge, no carpet, gaps under the doors, very dated and old furniture, lots of scuffs on the wall. It was fine for one night but to be clear the room is nothing like what is on the listing. However it was super cheap, and so for that money it is to be expected

Reception aperta dalle 9 alle 21 disponibili per qualsiasi problema. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli se si arriva prima.
• Jean-Pierre (9/5): On reviendra c’est sur car on aime bien l’établissement et le quartier. - L’emplacement est idéal car on a tout à proximité. Le métro est à côté ainsi que les commerces et restaurant. Le personnel est sympa et nous a laissé entrer dans les chambres beaucoup plus longtemps tôt. Certaines finitions dans les chambres commencent à vieillir. Nous avons connu l’établissement lors de ses débuts alors qu’ils venaient de faire les installations et la décoration. Cela doit faire déjà plus de 10 ans.

• Catharina (8/5): Estancia cómoda con un par de imperfecciones - La ubicación es fantástica, justo al lado de la principal estación de metro de Londres. Viajamos desde el aeropuerto de Luton a la estación de Liverpool Street muy rápida con el Stansted Express. ¡conexión perfecta! El barrio es encantador, con bares agradables y menos turísticos. El apartamento estaba limpio y era muy cómodo para tres personas. Solo nos alojamos una noche, pero con la cocina bien equipada, sería perfecto para una estancia más larga. El registro fue rápido y eficiente. El único inconveniente fue la ducha, que solo se podía ajustar a agua caliente o fría. Era difícil regular la temperatura. El baño también carecía de un estante para poder poner el neceser limpio e higiénico en vez de sobre la tapa del wáter o en el suelo. El sofá cama crujía un poco, y también se oía algún crujido del apartamento de arriba, pero no era muy molesto. Los interruptores de la luz también estaban a una distancia incómoda de la cama. Había que levantarse para apagar la lámpara de la mesilla. La luz sobre el mueble de la cocina solo se podía encender encendiendo todas las luces.. Pero, a pesar de estas imperfecciones, tuvimos una estancia agradable.

Great size room for myself, daughter and granddaughter to stay with kitchenette. The stairs creek and paint was peeling off the walls.The room itself, again was a bit shabby and could hear upstairs walking about. There were only two cups when three people were staying. Double bed was fab but 3rd pull out bed was quite hard.

• Walter (6/5): Hat für den Reisezweck gut gedient. Hsclfaen in zentraler Lage mit gutem Preis - Die Lage bei der Liverpoolstreet ist großartig. Auch die Pubs in der Nähe passen gut, Unkompliziert war der Eingang zu finden und der Code für die Nacht war auch gut Das Zimmer und die Dusche waren sehr klein. Und schon abgewohnt, auch Stühle waren wackelig. für eine oder zwei Nächte ok, aber ffür längere Aufenthalte würde ich es nicht nehmen

• Neilson (10/5): Canny stay after beating Spurs - Very clean and tidy, lads at check in were very polite and professional. Location is great, two mins from Liverpool Street Station and plenty bars, food places and shops. You don’t get a key for room, you get a code which is very good. N/A

• Gergely (7/5): Good connectivity and central location - It's just a short walk from Liverpool Street Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring London and connecting to other transport links throughout the city. The room overlooks a street with several bars that create significant noise in the evenings, which can disrupt sleep. Additionally, the early morning rubbish collection adds to the disturbance. For guests seeking a peaceful night's rest, a room facing away from the street would be preferable.

• Elizabeth (4/5): Housekeeping - Location Poor housekeeping experience. In 5 days, my room was only made up once. There seems to be a major communication gap between the front desk and the cleaning staff. I specifically requested cleaning and even left the service tag on the door, but it was ignored—and once even flipped to 'Do Not Disturb' by staff. Extremely unreliable service."

• Vera (7/5): - Los chicos súper amables, el alojamiento tiene una muy buena ubicación y todo muy limpio! Lo único que no me gustó del alojamiento fue que se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo del piso de arriba, al hablar, cuando caminaban sobre todo. Era imposible descansar si los de la habitación de arriba se encontraban allí.

• Ilaria (8/5): Camera in posizione perfetta per visitare Londra - Stanza spaziosa, comoda anche per tre persone. Staff gentile e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check out. La struttura si trova a due passi dalla stazione di Liverpool Street, centralissima per raggiungere tutte le mete turistiche e per l’aeroporto di Stansted. Ottima qualità prezzo. Letti un po’ scomodi e l’isolamento della camera non è perfetto, ma dal nostro punto di vista sono state solo piccole pecche, abbiamo comunque dormito bene.
