• Simon (8/5): Tolle Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen - Die Lage war sehr sehr gut und das Frühstück fanden wir auch sehr gut. Rezeption jederzeit ansprechbar mit reichlich Infomaterial. Riesiger Balkon, großes Bad und bequeme Betten. Vorallem Ein vollwertiges 3-Bett Zimmer. Personal am Frühstücksbuffet unfreundlich, rabiat und unprofessionell. Fahrstuhl hielt immer nur auf halber Etage, das heißt man musste immer Treppen steigen.

Вечерно време миризмата по коридора беше на различни видове ястия. И тази миризма беше изключително силна и натрапчива. 2/ В стая 306 температурата на въздуха беше над 35 градуса. Беше изключително топло - една от тръбите минаваща през стаята беше с много висока температура (над 40 градуса).

• TAISIIA (10/5): - Отель староват, так как находится в старинном доме. Даже в этом был свой определенный шарм. Постели чистые, номера убраны. В отеле много невероятно красивых картин. Персонал вежливый, русскоговорящий. На ресепшене очень вежливый мужчина, всё расскажет и подскажет. Завтраки тоже понравились. На 5 этаж приходилось Подниматься по крутой круговой лестнице. Это не для пожилых людей. Но это такая постройка. Тут ничего не изменить (.

• EREN (1/5): The location was great, but everything else about the hotel was disappointing. - The only good thing about the place was its location. Everything else was bad.The bathroom was clean. The beds weren’t too bad, but underneath them wasn’t clean. Other than that, the hotel room in general, the location of the room, the view, and the outside all looked nice. Being in Kudam was the hotel’s best feature. Everything else besides that was bad. They were definitely very rude. Besides the reception staff, the other employees were also extremely rude and unwilling to help at any point. You have to climb far too many stairs, and there is no proper elevator access. The elevator only starts halfway up, so you still have to take more stairs afterward. It is absolutely not suitable for elderly people, middle-aged guests, or families with children. Only young people could possibly stay here for 1–2 nights comfortably. Unfortunately, the staff was not helpful at all. I mistakenly thought my reservation was for today instead of tomorrow and politely asked if I could leave my luggage for one day since I already had a paid reservation starting the next day. They refused and said they only accept baggage from current guests, which was disappointing but understandable. However, their attitude was very unfriendly and dismissive. It felt like they simply did not care at all, even implying, “Cancel if you want, we don’t care.” I expected at least a bit of understanding and basic courtesy toward a future guest with a confirmed booking.Also, even if the location is good, you would never want to stay at this hotel. Since the ceiling is completely made of glass, the room becomes extremely hot while sleeping. Even though the air conditioner was on, my Apple Watch repeatedly gave high temperature warnings. The air conditioning is definitely insufficient. The hotel’s only good feature is its location — besides that, it has absolutely nothing else to offer.

• J (7/5): - de locatie is prima, op 5 minuten lopen van station Zoologischer garten. De bedden zijn schoon en kamer wordt doordeweeks elke dag verschoond het hotel ziet er gebruikt uit. De trap is beplakt met ducttape om het hout te beschermen.

• Haroon (4/5): Einfach sehr schlechte Personal - Das der Hotel in die Stadt ist oder in der Nähe von Stadt. Wir waren gar nicht zufrieden. Als wir im Hotel angekommen sind, hat uns der Mitarbeiter ein Zimmer gezeigt, das war garnicht die gleiche Zimmer, wie im Bilder gezeigt haben. Der Zimmer Boden war voll dreckig und Zimmer war sehr dunkel. Wir haben direkt der Mitarbeiter gesagt wir können nicht in so einem Zimmer übernachten und wir haben nach ein andere Zimmer gefragt. Aber er sagte dass wir kein andere Zimmer bekommen können. Als wir stand vor dem Rezeption, dann müssten wir sich beim euch Booking.com beschweren, dann hat eine Frau von Booking.com mit Hotel Mitarbeiter telefoniert, danach haben wir ein andere Zimmer bekommen, aber erste nach 2 Stunden wo er meintet am Anfang dass er kein andere Zimmer hat. Wir kam kaputt von Urlaub zurück und wir müssen noch 2 Stunden warten bis es geklärt würde. Wir wollten nochmal zu diesem erste Zimmer gehen paar Bilder zu machen für Beweisen, wo er uns am Anfang gezeigt hat, aber leider er hat uns nicht mehr gezeigt und ganze Zeit abgelehnt. Weil er wusste dass ich die Bilder an euch booking schicke. Ich würde mich freuen wenn ich die Hälfte Geld zurück bekomme. Liebe Grüße

• Diana (5/5): Für 1 Nacht o.k., aber nicht mehr - Die Räume sind zweckmäßig. Gemütlich ist was anderes. Allein das Treppenhaus ist schon sehr abschreckend. In den Zimmern gibt es viele Ecken, die mal ordentlich geputzt werden könnten, vor allem im Bad. Die Zufahrt zum hoteleigenen Parkplatz ist so schmal, da habe ich mich mit meinem Auto gar nicht durch getraut.

L'ascenseur ne desservait pas les étages mais les paliers intermédiaires. Or je voyageais avec ma mère de 84 ans. L'environnement est bruyant (restaurants avec terrasse sous les fenêtres. Les photos de booking l'enjolive énormément.

• Tracy-Lynn (6/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt super - Die zentrale Lage direkt am Kurfürstendamm, das sehr herzliche und freundliche Personal, Frühstück war super, ein Continental Frühstück. Der Frühstücksraum ist eher kleiner, dafür viel Platz an den großen Tischen. Auf unserem Zimmer war sogar ein Wasserkocher und Tassen, toll! Unser Zimmer hatte sogar einen Balkon :-) Das Personal hat einen Fehler von Booking.com, entgegen der Regeln vom Hotel ausgeglichen. Es handelt sich um ein historisches Gebäude. Leider wird nicht, um es erstrahlen zu lassen investiert. Ich weiß eine Treppe ist teuer zu sanieren, aber mit Panzertape eine Treppe zu reparieren, das hab ich wirklich noch nie gesehen. Aber am Ende des Tages funktionierte sie, und das ist die Hauptsache.

It was very cold when I entered the room, had to turn the radiator myself (someone could have checked before my arrival). The shutters were very light so the light went through very early in the morning (5am). The room was right under the roof. And finally, the door/walls were very old and thin, which didnt prevent the noise from the corridor-you could hear people shouting next door.

Beliggenheden er god, tæt på U bahn Værelserne (enkeltværelser) var pæne og rene. Der var elkedel og køleskab. Kun tæpperne virkede lidt slidte og måske ikke helt rene, men indeklimaet var OK Hotellet kan bestemt anbefales til prisen. Vi boede på 5. sal og adgangen hertil var via en spindeltrappe, hvilket ikke var det bedste. Tæpperne på gulvene virkede lidt nussede.

I was woken up by numerous other guests arriving, being locked out, knocking on doors repeatedly, listening to music or videos, speaking loudly etc between the hours of 4 and 6:30 on both Saturday and Sunday morning, which made life fairly miserable. The walls are incredibly thin and the clientele incredibly disruptive. this made my work trip hell and I would never recommend it.

Charme van het gebouw Als je niet makkelijk loopt hou er dan rekening mee dat je bij binnenkomst eerst een trap op moet om bij de lift te komen. Hierna stopt de lift altijd tussen de verdiepingen met vervolgens nog een trap naar de etage.
