J’avais reçu un avertissement de la part de l’hôtel comme quoi le quartier et la rue était bruyant. Toutefois j’ai décidé de prendre le risque car El Poblado est réputée pour être un quartier très vivant . Mais à mon désarroi c’était le bar du même hôtel qu’avait la musique à un niveau sonore effrayante . Dommage de ne pas privilégier le confort des hôtes de l’hôtel plutôt que « l’ambiance » du bst …en plus suivant très dépeuplé! Dommage , car tout le reste a l’hôtel était correcte

Nos dejaron esperando en el lobby mas de una hora SIN INFORMACIÓN, hasta que nos toco a nosotras acercarnos a insistir que nos comentaran que estaba pasando. La peor experiencia que he tenido con un hotel. La Habitación con jacuzzi tiene la regadera dentro del mismo jacuzzi lo que dificulta su uso. No había agua al hacer check in y cuando llegó estaba turbia y fría.

Gabriela Laurina (10/5): A MUST DO !! - The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and caring. The property was spotless—everything looked clean, well maintained, and inviting. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with multiple options to choose from. The location was perfect for me, though it’s worth noting that it can be a bit noisy at night. That said, it’s ideal for nightlife, with plenty of restaurants, nightclubs, and bars nearby. Overall, my experience was defined by the staff, who were always attentive and ready to meet all my needs. I didn’t like the system that requires using the room key card to keep the lights and air conditioning on. Once the card is removed, everything switches off within about 10 seconds, so every time you enter the room it’s completely dark until you insert the card again. They also use motion-sensor lighting in the hallways, which tends to turn on and off randomly; at times, the lights even switch off while you’re standing and waiting for the elevator. Additionally, the room key cards could use an update, as they look worn and outdated.

Es un MOTEL en donde las parejas entran y salen, las paredes del baño están a media altura, o sea, todo se escucha y se siente 🤢 y para rematar la música suena fuerte hasta las 3-4 am. Llegamos y nos salimos al día siguiente. Deben ser sinceros en su giro de negocio: es un MOTEL y no un Hotel.

La experiencia fue extremadamente negativa y no corresponde a un establecimiento hotelero: Actitud del Personal de Recepción: Los recepcionistas, en especial un chico de lentes, deben mejorar urgentemente su aptitud y recibir formación en cordialidad. Les sugiero tomar como ejemplo el trato ejemplar de las camareras y del chico joven que asiste con el equipaje durante el día. Ambiente y Ruido: El ambiente es intolerable; la sensación es de estar en una discoteca las 24 horas del día. Deberían considerar convertir el lugar en eso, y no en un hotel. Comodidad y Mantenimiento: El colchón está en mal estado, casi se sentían los resortes. Las toallas estaban curtidas. La habitación presentaba un notorio olor a humedad y moho. La nevera pequeña emitía un ruido muy fuerte, como el motor de un carro viejo, lo cual afectó el descanso. Servicio Básico e Higiene: No había jabón disponible ni siquiera para las manos. Al solicitar a una empleada de cabello largo que colocara jabón en los dispensadores, su respuesta fue indolente, preguntando si no me había entregado un frasquito con jabón líquido. Esta serie de fallas es inaceptable. Espero que se tomen medidas inmediatas y serias respecto a la capacitación del personal y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Atentamente, José Alvarado
Ramon (1/5): Fatal su servicio de 5 noches que tenía preparadasy solo pude estar dos ! - Nada! • Desde la primera noche notifiqué todos mis reclamos y nunca obtuve atención real. El espacio de las habitaciones no es el que parece . Me pusieron en una habitación ion para una persona sola estando con mi pareja • Dejaron a parte de mi grupo sin habitaciones, aun teniendo todo pagado. Y con tiempo anticipado la reservación . • Me dejaron abandonado en un aeropuerto en un país que no conozco, después de haber coordinado el transporte desde el día que hice la reserva.
