• Giuseppe Emanuele (8/5): Rapporto qualità prezzo pessima, appartamento con buone potenzialità. - Arredamento montano, parcheggio, letto comodo, cucina attrezzata e ben fornita. I radiatori della zona giorno non funzionavano ed era freddo, all’ingresso manca attaccapanni dove poter posare giacche e pantaloni bagnati, manca un tappeto all’ingresso dove posizionare scarpone sporchi e bagnati con evidente disagio. Scarico del wc non funzionava bene. Divano letto deformato al centro evidentemente vecchio o deteriorato.

• Aurora (8/5): Accogliente e rilassante - Comoda la posizione a piano terra. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, ideale per un po’ di relax. Ottimo anche per i nostri amici a quattro zampe. All’arrivo l’appartamento era pulitissimo, compresi anche gli utensili della cucina.
• Francesca (8/5): Soggiorno in bilocale guardando Livigno - Ci sono due appartamenti nella struttura a piano terra che si chiamano Levanto, uno è un bilocale (il nostro) mentre l'altro è più grande; al piano di sopra ci sono dei residenti. Appartamento a piano terra con posto auto con vista su Livigno. Posto tranquillo e funzionale a Teola. Ci sono autobus gratuiti che fanno il giro della valle con ben 2 fermate nei pressi della casa. Per prendere le chiavi al check in bisogna andare in zona centrale a Livigno (parcheggio a pagamento) dove in un ufficio al primo piano si viene accolti con la consegna chiavi e consegna kit di benvenuto. Il checkout non prevede questa procedura si lasciano le chiavi in appartamento. La cucina/soggiorno e bagno sono grandi mentre la camera matrimoniale è piccola ma funzionale. Presente lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Doccia top. Le padelle non erano pulite mentre tutto il resto degli utensili in cucina si. La lavatrice ha i suoi anni ma funziona. Consiglierei un tappeto in più all'ingresso.

• Gdamir (8/5): Nice big appartment with great view of the village - Nice big appartement with spacious rooms and living room two toilets Maybe a little bit more equiped kitchen. One bed had strange noises so every turn could weak up your room mate.
• Igorgel (9/5): Great skiing holidays - Great! Lots of positive points - very warm place, large enough for 3-4 people. Washing machine is huge advantage - we were washing the termo every evening and next morning it was ready to wear again. Location - close to one of the lifts and walking distance to the center. Large parking place which probably can fit minivan. The only negative point to mention - no place in the room to hang your jackets :) We had to keep them on the back of the chairs. I also haven't seen any place to keep the skis and dry the boots, but it wasn't a problem for us as we rent a locker.
• Zivile (4/5): Disappointing - We were 3 of us, spacious enough, disappointed with sofa bed though. It was unbearable to sleep on it due the almost whole in it. There were no toiletries such as hand soap, washing up liquid etc. No sponge to wash dishes or detergent for the dishwasher. There is no outdoor space for the ski equipment, you have to take into your mini kitchen, sleeping area in and there was no doormat so expect to have you floor wet and dirty. The location was the only plus of this accommodation.
• Edgars (6/5): Its an ok place considering it is a budget option but there are too many small compromises. - View to the mountains was amazing. Sofa bed was very used and children had discomfort sleeping in it, they kept both rolling to the middle of the bed during the sleep. There was poor ability to control heating - radiators can be full on or off, nothing in between so you end up keeping windows open or freezing. You have to bring all skiing gear to hang into the closed in the bedroom. There are no hangers near the entrance in the living room. I believe these are easy to fix things and the experience could be much better.

• Andrea (2/5): - Struttura vecchia, sporca e con riscaldamento inefficace. Bagni improponibili senza finestre, asse del gabinetto rotta e sporca . Cucina mal attrezzata è datata. Odore di chiuso ovunque : nonostante le temperature polari prima di ogni sonno dovevamo spalancare le finestre . La stanza con i letti singoli è sopra un garage /officina da cui salgono odori di gasolio e mantengono fredda la stanza perché il locale sottostante non è riscaldato. Pessima esperienza da non ripetere ! NON ANDATECI
• Silvana (8/5): - The apartment itself was very nice. However, it was very difficult to find as there was no name or even the door number at the front of the building. In fact the actual number showing was 285 and we were searching for 315. The apartment itself was down the side of the road at the back of the building. After asking several people, we eventually found it. (One and a half hours later!!) I’m afraid the office staff were not very helpful.
• Ramona B. (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Schlafzimmer direkt neben Aufenthaltsraum des anderen Appartements und somit keine Ruhe nachts. Nachttischlampen funktionierten nicht alle. Nachts machte Wasserleitung ein lautes Geräusch so ähnlich wie ein Feuermelder. Bewegungsmelder Eingang funktionierte nicht.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Esperienza un po' deludente. - Dovrebbe essere fatta manutenzione in generale : wifi buono , problemi su decoder , apertura finestre ,"su brandina aggiuntiva , piatti e bicchieri tutti diversi. Chiamato agenzia solo per problemi brandina ma liquidato velocemente senza risolvere il problema .
