- Kara Diane (10/5): - My husband and I decided to celebrate our 30th anniversary this year in Paris. Online this hotel looked like everything I wanted in a hotel and although the price was a little more pricey than we're used too, we decided to treat ourselves for this special occasion. It was worth every cent!!! The hotel was a little gem - the staff were all friendly and always helpful. The hotel's public spaces were all very clean and quiet. Our room was lovely and spacious and they not only cleaned our room meticulously every morning, but they returned in the early evening to close our curtains and turn down our bed - it felt luxurious. The hotel was centrally located to all the main tourists attractions and we walked everywhere the entire week, other than we visited Versailles and they arranged a cab to pick us up. Our package included breakfast, which you could enjoy in their restaurant or have sent to your room, and it was delicious - highly recommend. We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Le Narcisse Blanc and if I'm ever lucky enough to visit Paris again I would definitely return to this hotel.

Specifically asked for early check-in as was arriving at 12.30pm and had a 4pm meeting. Was told 3pm was check-in and only after further complaint did I receive a Room at 2.30pm. Staff generally helpful…… Breakfast extremely poor in terms of choice & mixed service. A FourSeasons or a Mandarin Oriental it’s not but the pricing is similar. Terrible value.

The TV in our room wouldn't work, we were quickly moved to another room and a slight upgrade. Breakfast was perfect as was the one dinner we ordered room service. Burger was huge, perfectly cooked and with in-house tomato and pepper spread. Chicken ceasar salad was HUGE and delicious. Would assistant again.

The room I was in (302) had a gorgeous view with natural plants outside, very high ceilings, and wonderful decor. The turn down service, food & beverage, and perks were all great. Their pool and sauna are fantastic. Gym is small but decent for a quick stay. Service is excellent - prompt and very generous. The only issues I had were with some functionality of the TV and bathroom hardware. Will definitely come back.

They checked in on me, they helped me extend my stay because I couldn’t fly home at my original time. One of the staff members even called to wish me Happy New Year before his shift ended. I think it’s my new go to. Food/ room service was fantastic as well. I can’t think of a better place to get sick—ha!

Bedding is cheap including polyester filled duvets and pillows. Superior room is impossibly small with no space for full length hanging clothing or to put suitcases. Bathtub has no bathtub filler and there is no space to put any toiletries in bathroom. Lighting is the worst I’ve seen- harsh cold white lighting that is inconveniently tied to bedside reading lamps. I have stayed at Parisian hotels that were 1/2 the price and much nicer. Stay away. The rooms are appointed with the cheapest finishes

Good neighborhood also! Our room was small, but I’ve heard that’s the norm in Paris. The room was beautiful and clean; there was turn down service every night! The concierge was so kind and helpful, they even assisted in getting us a reservation at a very exclusive restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, fresh baked pastries that were all gluten free due to my celiac disease. I would go back to Paris just for this hotel!

The staff and service are great though the welcome and feedback email I get from them were in French but I don’t speak French. I didn’t get to try the spa but I’m sure it’s amazing. Location is a walkable to some important sites like D’Orsay and Eiffel. Overall, it was a great stay

I have never been at any hotel where the daily housecleaning was so meticulous, where the staff was so helpful, and where the overall feeling of top quality and understated elegance was so well sustained in every interaction: decor, food, concierge, cleaning staff. It is a beautiful hotel in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, with easy walking to St. Germain, St. Honore, Petit Palais, Invalides, Tour Eiffel. The daily breakfast and on-site restaurant offered outstanding meals with light, healthy cuisine.

Room could have been outfitted with USB ports under lamps on the side of beds and/or at the office desk. This allows guests/tourists to charge or power up mobile and portable electronics with todays technology. USB ports are more user friendly for international travelers vice having to purchase adaptors for a temporary stay. Most in-room televisions have USB ports on the side/back but, not designed for guest usage. The fitness center had only two cardio machines (bike and treadmill) and a limited amount of dumbbell weights due to limited space of the fitness center. I would think it would be much larger being a five star hotel based on previous European five star hotel stays. Their focus was on the spa/massage areas which makes sense. This could have been due to the limited property size and not too many guests would use while on travel as well. Breakfast buffet eggs to order was the highlight. Hotel was centrally located in downtown Paris to utilize public transportation (metro and bus) vice taxis and ride share. Staff friendly and helpful. If hotel staff read this, PLEASE update your rooms with USB ports for guest convenience!

I told the front desk it was my birthday and while I was out they decorated my room and gave me a card and cake. Just blew me away with kindness. They concierge was on point with all the suggestions and reservations!! Very quaint and boutique hotel. Quiet and sophisticated. Just can’t say enough of the care and kindness not to mention the upscale bath products and they accommodated everything I needed.

Beautiful room. Balcony with lovely outlook. Great location. Amazing spa. We will definitely be back. Expedia considerably cheaper than the rack rate so will be looking for offers!

They left delicious chocolates on the pillows! They helped us make a reservation for a delicious dinner at Cleo. So thoughtful!

Only downside is the huge mark up on everything, eg almost £100 to collect guests from Eurostar! We took a taxi for €20 instead. Similar mark up on champagne, candles etc. Staff were great, most spoke excellent English.
