Vor Ort wurde mir zudem mitgeteilt, dass keine Reservierung vorliegt, obwohl ich eine bestätigte Buchung über Booking.com hatte. Nach mehreren Telefonaten erhielt ich etwa eine Stunde später – zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ich bereits auf dem Weg zu einem anderen Hotel – die Information, dass meine Reservierung doch eingegangen sei. Allerdings wurde mir gleichzeitig mitgeteilt, dass mir das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden könne, obwohl ich dieses bereits bezahlt hatte. Besonders unverständlich ist, dass mein Zimmer plötzlich wieder verfügbar gewesen sein soll, nachdem ich bereits um Stornierung gebeten hatte. Da dies alles spät am Abend bzw. in der Nacht stattfand, war die Situation zusätzlich belastend. Darüber hinaus ist der Zugang zur Unterkunft nicht behindertengerecht. Die Kommunikation zwischen Hotel und Booking.com war äußerst unprofessionell: Das Hotel verwies mich bezüglich der Stornierung an Booking.com, während Booking.com wiederum angab, dass dies vom Hotel abhängt. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung und aus meiner Sicht sowohl vom Hotel als auch von Booking.com unseriös gehandhabt. • Monique (10/5): - Everything was new and very high quality finishing. The rooms were spacious for the centre and beautifully furnished. We had a view of the courtyard which as very quiet. Staff were friendly and professional.. I could not fault it and will be back soon. It was all fabulous!

• emmanuel (7/5): 2 jours reposants mais un manque certain d'un contact plus personnel sur place - la situation dans la ville, chambre confortable, bien équipé, bonne literie, salle de bain agreable, calme une personne au départ à l'accueil et ensuite n'avons vu que les femmes de ménage; un contact sur place assez inexistant donc plutot impersonnel

• Nicole (10/5): Perfekt für einen kleinen Städtetrip oder Tagesausflug nach Marokko! - Das Hotel hat uns positiv überrascht. Die Realität war noch ansprechender als die Fotos. 3 von 4 Zimmern waren offensichtlich frisch renoviert, superschöne, saubere Bäder. Zimmergrößen variieren, sind aber alle ok. Das 4. Zimmer war etwas älter, aber auch in Ordnung. Die Lage ist perfekt: mitten im Städtchen, aber trotzdem in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Unser Auto haben wir auf dem städtischen Parkplatz geparkt, von dort erreicht man das Hotel problemlos zu Fuß mit Gepäck. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal war absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend, es war nicht störend, dass die Rezeption nicht durchgehend besetzt war, denn telefonisch erhielt man jederzeit Unterstützung. Für die Nutzung des Pools waren wir zu früh im Jahr unterwegs, optisch war er aber sehr ansprechend - wie alles in dem kleinen Stadthotel. Kulinarisch ist man fußläufig auch sehr gut versorgt. Rundum einen Empfehlung von mir!

No me llegó el código por correo a nuestra llegada, habiendo hecho el check-in el día anterior. El apartamento que es amplio y estiloso, no está cuidado. La terraza estaba muy sucia, las tumbonas llenas de polvo. Las habitaciones con humedades y fuerte olor a humedad. La ropa se quedaba hasta fria y con olor a humedad. Menos mal que no es en invierno proque si no hubiera sido insoportable. Las camas sí estaban muy bien. Colchón cómodo y sabanas limpias y bien hecha. El resto, todo con polvo. A la entrada el cubo y las escobas a la vista.

Since there’s no 24h reception to fix it, we had to sleep in our sweaters and jeans. Also, the room says soundproof but we could hear everyone talking in the hallway. Also the blackout curtains don’t cover the whole window so light came in early in the morning so we couldn’t sleep in.

Por decir algo, sin importancia… La señal de la tele dio problemas. En cuanto se lo comentamos al chico (muy amable) hizo todo lo posible por solucionarlo. Un trato de 10!

• John (10/5): Exceptional experience and a great value! I highly recommend staying here. - The room is large, well appointed and comfortable. The terrace is very nice. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. The bathroom was luxurious including all the amenities like fluffy towels. Having a coffee maker and fridge in the room is a nice touch. The entire facility is immaculate and in a perfect location. There isn’t any thing I didn’t like. Maybe a couple of small comfortable chairs only because the property is so quiet and comfortable that it is a great place to unwind.
