- Blanca (10/5): Volveré sin duda; me encantó la estancia. Un diez!! - Todo estaba perfecto, limpio, cómodo, fenomenal utensilios cocina (había cápsulas café, té, azúcar), roa de caña y baño excepcional. Quizá el colchón y bueno, escalera estrecha era el primer piso y no me importó.
- Josefina Maria (10/5): The perfect London base for anyone looking for comfort, character and a real neighbourhood feel. - The Alma Rooms was an absolute highlight of our trip! The apartment is spacious, super clean and incredibly comfortable, with large windows that flood the space with natural light and fresh air. Despite being on a busy street, the quality of the windows made it completely silent at night. The location is beautiful. Islington is a wonderful neighbourhood to explore, and we were lucky enough to catch the Sunday farmers market on Chapel Market, just around the corner. A perfect local experience! The host was genuinely warm, welcoming and thoughtful. The manual left in the room (with local recommendations, nearby attractions, tips and appliance instructions) was such a lovely touch as well! We will absolutely be back on our next visit to London. 10/10, couldn't recommend more highly.

It was a really nice little apartment with everything you'd need for your stay. I would definitely stay again. The bed wasn't the comfiest and it was fairly noisy through throughout the night. That isn't a reflection of the apartment though, London is a noisy place! I would definitely stay there again.

L'appart est bien équipé et le personnel de l'Alma est cool et serviable. Très proche du metro pour tout londres. Un peu bruyant le matin tot car installation du marché dans la rue.

- D (9/5): Good value for money and a pleasant stay somewhat reduced by noise of laundry room below. - The studio was on the small side, but comfortable, clean and easy to stay in. It was easy to prepare meals whilst there too and shopping locally was vey convenient. Being on the top floor meant many stairs which was not good with lots of bags, but we had assistance on the checking in. The noisiness of the laundry was disturbing at night.

- Faith (8/5): Get keys from the pub - Spacious and clean Difficult to find. You have to go into the bar and ask for the key while patrons spill beer on you and step on your shoes. It seems they could install a lockbox to avoid this. I had no idea from the listing that I needed to drag my luggage into a crowded bar.

Bog tv and right by Angel station and shops. The noise from neighbouring apartment doors. Woke me up at 6 am so some better sound insulation would be good

Easy collection of the key card, lovely people at the pub. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfy. The location was excellent as we were 8 min walk from our work location. I have one comment which I would never leave a bad mark against... only thing that was missing was a full length mirror - only mirror was in the bathroom. Other than that - zero complaints and we will stay again if in that area.
- Patrik Zoltan (8/5): Lovely flat in a lovely neighborhood. - The neighborhood is amazing. Lovely shops, cafes, bar, pubs. But it can be a little noisy as well. The flat was well equipped and nice. Don’t miss the Roastery Club cafe down the street and the farmers market on Sunday. The flat is connected to the bar under and in theory it is possible to order food to the studio. In reality it’s not really working. The host is a bit hard to reach but otherwise cooperative and friendly. No elevators which could be problematic for some people.

- Paulina (9/5): - Bardzo fajnie wyposażone miejsce, kuchnia ma wszystko, co może się przydać nawet w przypadku chęci ugotowania sobie posiłku podczas pobytu. Pokój jest przestronny, z możliwością regulacji ogrzewania, łóżko bardzo wygodne, spory telewizor na przeciwko łóżka, do tego stolik, przy którym można zjeść lub popracować, fotele, wygodne szafy. Mój apartament oprócz łazienki miał też przedpokój, w którym można zostawić buty i zawiesić kurtkę. Dobra lokalizacja, obok knajpy, supermarket, rozmaite sklepy, w sobotę targ, do tego blisko przystanek autobusowy lub stacja metra. Miałam narożny pokój przy ulicy i w sobotni wieczór było bardzo głośno z okolicznych knajp - stopery w ten wieczór okazały się niezbędne.

No A/C but honestly, it wasn't needed. They provided multiple fans, along with having windows open, my stay was more than comfortable!

- Jasper (9/5): Great value option in a characterful part of town - Great location within walking distance of Angel tube, Chapel Market, Camden Passage (a must-visit), Angel Central shopping centre, & King's Cross (15 mins). Lovely traditional pub downstairs too, with good quality Mexican food & meal deals. Loads of other pubs around which are worth a visit. Accommodation was modern, clean, quiet, & well appointed, with the De'Longhi coffee machine & handful of pods a particularly welcome surprise after a long journey. Fan worked well but aircon may be a good investment going forward. It was quite hot & humid in the room at times.

In particular, the shower and toilet facilities were small and a bit of challenge to use. It was also difficult getting around one side of the double bed which took up most of the available space in the sleeping area. Not great value for money based on the apartment's size.

- Kimberly (9/5): Comfortable, clean, and convenient stay. Management is super helpful and pleasant. - As our flight was delayed 16 hours, they were most helpful at accommodating our unusual check-in time. The room was clean and easy to access. The appliances worked perfect. Being located close to food (groceries and restaurants) and public transportation made our stay in London convenient. Perhaps I should have done a bit more research as to the unhoused situation. The poor individual fighting with drug-induced demons in the street below was a tad disruptive to our sleep. However, it is an urban area and completely beyond the apartment owner's control. We still felt safe and utilized white noise the following nights.

- Nicholas (3/5): Way overpriced. - Clean, but not luxurious or interesting in any way. Twin beds for our couple night away, on wooden legs with a slidey floor. Inevitably the canyon between the two kept opening. £60 too expensive. Far better choices available at this price range.
- Maurice (7/5): Good location - but lots of steps and not dark once sun is up. - Location, layout, cleanliness and shower is good. There were three flights of narrow steps to room, hard with bags. Black out blinds on the windows, but none on the skylight, so woken by sunlight as soon as sun was up. TV needed an update each of the three times, I turned it on - which I kindly did the first two times.

- Lagrand (9/5): Great location, fair pricing for London and bright clean room. - This room was booked short notice after a prior booking cancelled on us short notice. We were lucky to find the Alma quickly. The location on Chapel Market street is excellent. It is a 5 min walk to Angel Station, many shops, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. The room was bigger than expected, very clean with the exeption of the shower tiles which needed a good scrubbing to get the mildew out. It has a seating area, good lighting, comfortable bed, and fully stocked kitchenette where one could cook all their meals (we choose to eat out). The key card was easily picked up at the bar counter at the pub downstairs. We were in room 5 on the 3rd floor and noise was not an issue at all. We would stay here again! The shower stall was clean enough, but I am a stickler for extra clean and I noticed the grout between the tiles had the red-pink scum on it (went away with a simple wipe of my fingers) so I know it could have easily been resolved with a good scrubbing and some "elbow grease". There was also black mildew in the caulking at the base of the shower, so that could be re-caulked. The only other annoying thing was the toilet needed 2-3 flushings to get the toilet paper down which I found rather wasteful. I think it is a combination of the toilet design, and the thick toilet paper that was stocked in the bathroom.
- Jackanthony1205 (10/5): Fantastic Stay - They were friendly, helpful, and the apartment was perfect and laid out great. It was a good location for the theatre we needed. It was tricky to get to but that was no fault of the venue.
- Dan (10/5): Great accommodation in North London - Everything was perfect. Location, room, facilities, staff at check-in and check-out, cleanliness. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely use Alma Rooms as our base for all future London stays. Absolutely nothing

- Vidyadharan (7/5): The location was convenient, and the service and general cleanliness of the room were satisfactory. - Location and cleanliness The main bed was average, but the additional bed provided for our child was not comfortable at all. It felt poorly supported and unsuitable for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the duvets and pillows were dusty, which caused some discomfort.

- Matt (10/5): Tremendous value and comfort - This property is a hidden gem….value, comfort, privacy, room space, decor, self-catering qualities and the biggest TV in a room ever stayed in with SKY TV provided tremendous value. I’d stay again over any hotel in the area.

- Martin (7/5): Location was excellent. - Room was warm and comfortable. Excellent location. Good shops and market in the same area. Also nearby tube station after a little walk. Room was soundproof enough that there were no bothersome noises at night. Freezer was over frozen, so I couldn't put anything in there. I was able to scrape some ice out to put one bag of vegetables there. For cooking utensils, there were three pots in the room and no frying pan, so I had to ask from the staff a frying pan that I was given the next day. I was not given a cover for a pan, though. I also didn't see extra garbage bags in the room. Had to get those from the cleaning lady.

- Hawa (10/5): A wonderful stay in a lively neighborhood with a cozy apartment and a helpful, friendly host. - Everything was perfect! The location in the lively neighborhood made us feel like we are a part of the it, the apartment was cozy, and the host was really helpful and nice.

- Florence (6/5): - The room is nice. Bed is comfy. The kettle is dirty. Stayed for 3 nights. Cost per night is expensive, equivalent to 3/4 star hotel but has no service/cleaning at all that of hotel room, but there is no service at all. therefore expensive
- Anna (8/5): Very good - Great location, and the room was well equipped. Lovely toiletries and tea coffee available. Comfortable bed and big room. TV is huge and was great for a relaxed morning. Our extra bed for my daughter was sent to a different room, and we had to wait for them to figure it out, it was late and even though staff sorted it out and it was fine at the end it was an inconvenience we could do without.

- Stas (10/5): Exceptional - The combination of the location - Chapel Market and a fully equipped kitchen was perfect for us. The place is well - maintained and the staff is very friendly. There is no 24-hour front desk, so checking in can be problematic if your train or plane is delayed.
