• Rebecca (8/5): - Schöne Unterkunft, Lage ruhig und nah am Strand, geräumige Zimmer mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, Klimaanlage, sauberer und angenehmer Pool. Direkte Umgebung nicht sehr schön (Hochhäuser, Strand von Jacó im Verhältnis zu anderen costa-ricanischen Stränden deutlich unterlegen).

Super quiet and safe. The staff was amazing and the breakfast an added bonus because it was so good. We would recommend and definitely stay again.

No me gustó que en el aparato dónde se calienta el agua, ya estuviera descarapelado por dentro y que en el baño no funcionara el dispensador del jabón de la bañera.

Cute pool with beautiful plants and greenery. Free coffee all day long. Showers could have been hotter and did see some mold. Rooms were hot until they cooled down but we arrived an hour earlier than check-in time.

La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca de la playa y de todo en Jacó, se puede ir caminando. La habitación es amplia, cómoda y muy limpia, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Mejorar un poco la calidad del café si fuese posible.

• Anna (9/5): - Zimmer sind recht gross mit Kühlschrank und in ruhiger Lage. Pool hat leider nur eine Liege und zu wenig Schatten. Nahe zum Meer mit recht grossen Wellen. Mit öffentlichen Bus gut erreichbar. Frühstück nur 2 verschiedene Mahlzeiten zur Auswahl. Daher recht langweilig und keine Früchte. Ganzer Tag ist Café und Tee verfügbar. Waren 4 Nächte dort und können die Unterkunft empfehlen. Ortschaft nichts besonderes.

• Stephanie (8/5): - L hotel est plutôt bien situé entre mer et ville, on peut tout faire à pied petit déjeuner servi dans le jardin salé ou sucré . La chambre etait grande sobre avec un frigo . La piscine nichée autour d un beau jardin ,un havre de paix . Le personnel y est tres sympathique. L hotel est entouré de grands immeuble . La salle de bain tres rustique .

Caffè disponibile 24H e staff estremamente disponibile e accogliente. Nonostante la posizione centrale non si sentono rumori dalla strada (se non avete vicini chiassosi!). Il bagno da la sensazione di essere un po’ datato. In compenso, l’acqua calda funziona benissimo!!!

It’s very close to the beach, and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The water pressure is something that could be improved. • Feiner (1/5): Schlechteste Unterkunft in unserem Urlaub - StrandNähe Das Türschloss an unserem Zimmer war kaputt heißt wir konnten unsere Türe nicht abschließen und es wurde uns keine Alternative Angeboten. es wurde uns gesagt, es sei alles sicher im Hotelbereich mit Kameras. Wir haben leider keine gesehen, auch kein Security, was uns zugesagt wurde. Nichts. Wir haben also in einem nicht abgeschlossenen Raum übernachten müssen. Man muss dazu sagen, es ist nicht wie in einem Hotel komplex, sondern der Zugang zum Zimmer ist außen wie in einer Hütte ähnlich, die einfach offen stand. Auch am nächsten Tag, keine Kompromissbereitschaft oder ein Entgegenkommen, das sei halt so
