Al hacer la reservación dice literalmente 'Servicio de streaming (como Netflix)', pero llamamos para preguntar si era posible usar Netflix y respondieron que 'con nuestra propia cuenta'. A nosotros nos parece que se entiende que es posible usar Netflix. Sería recomendable aclarar que no es así.

Mi pareja y yo nos sentimos tan a gusto, desde el servicio del personal, muy amables y atentos, el lugar super tranquilo y en paz con sus sonidos de naturaleza, esa psicina que parecía jacuzzi de tan rica, las habitaciones muy limpias y super equipadas con todo lo que puedas necesitar (batas, toallas, crema corporal, cobija, plancha y burro). En verdad quedamos super encantadas y la ubicación perfecta, colonia tranquila pero también con la plaza del sol tan cerca de ahí 🥰👌. Seguro que volvemos. - Sofia (1/5): Incumplimiento de reserva y violacion a políticas de Booking - NA Pésima atención y experiencia inaceptable en este hotel. Soy cliente de Booking desde hace muchos años y cuento con nivel Genius 3. Jamás había tenido problemas con ninguna reservación, hasta esta experiencia. Desde el momento en que realicé la reserva, el hotel me contactó por fuera de la plataforma, vía WhatsApp, solicitando un pago anticipado mediante una línea de Bancomer que ellos proporcionarían, lo cual viola claramente las políticas de Booking, ya que mi reserva indicaba pago directamente en el hotel al momento del check-in. Intenté explicar en varias ocasiones que la plataforma no me permitía realizar un pago anticipado y que, además, no me sentía segura realizando un pago a través de un enlace enviado por un WhatsApp desconocido, especialmente considerando la situación actual de fraudes y robo de datos. A pesar de esto, el hotel insistió. Al llegar al hotel para hacer el check-in, nos informaron que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles y que nuestra reservación había sido cedida a otra persona por supuesta falta de pago, aun cuando dicha condición no aplicaba a nuestra reserva. Como consecuencia, mi esposo y yo nos vimos obligados a buscar otro hotel a la 1:00 a.m., caminando por las calles con nuestras maletas, sin que el hotel ofreciera ningún tipo de apoyo, solución o transporte. Una experiencia completamente inaceptable, poco profesional y contraria a las políticas de Booking. No recomiendo este hotel bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Staff always made sure our needs were met. The hotel could use a bigger restaurant: it's way too small and frequently crowded during breakfast time. Staff seemed overwhelmed during peak times, but other than that, it's a nice facility and would stay here again.

- Kathy (9/5): It is a small, nice boutique hotel! - I have stayed here before. It is just down a few blocks from Plaza Del Sol where I can buy a Blizzard from the Dairy Queen. There is great shopping there and a Chilis. It is close to Guadalajara Expo, Ikea, and City Market. I like that the hotel is adults only and although they state there is no parking, it is in a neighborhood where you can safely park on the street. There are a few parking spots at the hotel and we almost always get one of them. It is a quiet neighborhood and a very reasonable nightly rate. There is either a deoderizer in the air conditioning or housekeeping uses a very strong smelling cleaning product. I do not like breathing in the chemicals and for that reason may look for another hotel in the same area.

Sin embargo, me han alojado en una habitación estándar (número 109) que, por tamaño y distribución, no supera aprox. los 17 m² y no dispone de sala de estar independiente. Me quejé de esta situación en recepción el domingo 19 de octubre por la mañana (llegué de madrugada). Me indicaron que hasta el día siguiente lunes no estaba Gerencia, que le deajaban un aviso y que por el momento no podían hacer nada o reubicarme. Terminó mi estancia y el gerente no se dignó ni a contactar conmigo, ni pedir disculpas, ni nada. Entiendo que puedan ocurrir errores, pero lo inaceptable es la falta de respuesta ni la voluntad de arreglar las cosas. Es una clara ESTAFA, ofrecen un servicio o producto que después no se corresponde con la realidad. Si lo hubiera sabido, habría reservado en otro hotel. LAMENTABLE

- Milanie (7/5): Friendly Staff, Clean & Comfortable - Our King size bed was very comfortable, the little pool is nice and we'll maintained. The front desk was very accommodating and welcoming. Carlos the concierge bell boy is always so friendly, we come because of his warm hospitality. We usually stay in the Jacuzzi suite but it was already sold out. They charge you for coffee, they only give 1 cup and one pod, we were 2 people and got charged for the extra cup and pod. They should give at least 1 per person per stay. The TV was also outdated Netflix didn't work. The restaurant was closed at 3pm, seems early to be closed.

- xavier (10/5): - Todo Lo elegí porque dice que está cerca de la terminal de autobuses. Pero no está nada cerca de la terminal vallarta plus en zapopan 10km. Pero el lugar es excelente para pasar la noche y el personal es excelente asi como las habitaciones y el hotel en general. Me dijeron que hay otra terminal de autobuses cerca. Por eso mi confusión
