Once the property manager contacted me, I was able to get in and out. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy. But a quick taxi ride took us to I believe the Gulf of Napoli. That area was beautiful with many restaurants and bars.

My sister is handicapped and everyone went above and beyond to ensure she was taken care of. Pool is beautiful, easily accesible, and the entire hotel is SUPER clean. We had quite a few meals at the on-site restaurants and the food was DELICIOUS. Very fresh and tasty. The complimentary Breakfast was also good. The usual hot and old options. We look forward to making it a yearly tradition.

Great water view, but there are a lot of private planes taking off and flying directly over the pool and hotel. The room, lobby and common areas are very clean and well maintained. Parking was also easy in and out in the adjacent garage.

The property is absolutely beautiful, very clean, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. The service was truly incredible — everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of my favorite parts was the pool area; the view is absolutely spectacular and so relaxing, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the experience. The gentleman at the entrance was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, he made me feel genuinely welcomed and special. He was incredibly kind, warm, and personable. He even sang Happy Birthday to me and gave me a coupon for a complimentary drink, which made the experience even more memorable. His friendliness and hospitality truly stood out and set the tone for such a wonderful visit. People like him make all the difference — outstanding service and such a beautiful attitude! - rijneveld (3/5): A stressful and disappointing stay with terrible noise, poor customer service, and frustrating billi - Hyatt House has good-sized rooms and useful amenities, the pool was beautiful. Great location, easy access to everything. Nice parking facility. The room itself was decent, but the stay was ruined by constant noise from upstairs with kids running and pounding on the floors for hours. We asked to switch rooms but were told the hotel was fully booked, so we ended up leaving a day early just to finally get some rest at another hotel. To make matters worse, we prepaid through Booking.com, yet the hotel charged us again after checkout. It took several emails just to get a response. - Cruiser565084 (10/5): Great for families! - Wonderful Stay for Families, Couples, and Sports Teams – Comfortable, Clean, and Relaxing We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt House. The staff was incredibly friendly from check-in through our entire stay, and the hotel is beautiful and upscale-looking throughout the lobby and common areas. There is a huge lobby bar, which is perfect for a drink before heading out to dinner, or for just staying in. Upon arrival, they provided complimentary water bottles, which was a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel. We were in town for a soccer tournament, so after spending hours in the heat, we aim for a relaxing and comfortable hotel to come back to. Although the main soccer complex was about 15–20 minutes away, we preferred staying here because of the quality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. The hotel feels upscale yet relaxed, and the staff consistently made us feel welcome. Our room was very large and spacious, and having a full kitchen was extremely convenient for storing leftovers, keeping drinks cold, and preparing quick meals as needed. One of the highlights was our balcony overlooking the water — as an early riser, it provided a great spot for a cup of coffee in the morning, but also a peaceful place to unwind in the evenings. The pool area is a standout feature. It is large and well-maintained, great for both adults and children, and includes amenities like table tennis and a poolside bar. The setting overlooking the water makes it feel like a mini getaway even during a busy tournament weekend. Breakfast was another major convenience. The offerings changed slightly each day, but there was always a wide variety of options, including hot items, fresh fruit, and choices suitable for even selective eaters. The breakfast area was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of seating, even during peak times. Why we would stay here again: Very clean and well-maintained property Friendly, helpful staff Spacious rooms and options with full kitchens Great pool area for families and teams Convenient breakfast included Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere after long days outdoors Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we would absolutely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for families, sports teams, and anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

- Laura (1/5): Don’t stay here - Nothing I would like to write a review on my one night stay at the Hyatt in Naples. I checked in around 9:45pm after a long day travelling more than 10 hours. I asked for a quiet room, I noticed after being in bed it was noisy and looked at the door on the balcony which is broken and cannot be locked. Very noisy. No shower cap, no slippers, a rug that is old, dull and unattractive. I went to the breakfast room. No plain or Greek yoghurt, no whole wheat or brown bread, no hot water to serve myself a tea. Tasteless eggs and a crowded, undesirable place. I would appreciate your co-operation in the reimbursement for the money paid for the following 5 nights.

Realmente tenia expectativas mas altas, es un hotel que no es economico, es una noche de $500 y cobran adicional el parking, el desayuno no es de buena calidad, he probado mejores en hoteles de $150 la noche. No pudimos usar la piscina porque tenian un evento privado, entonces el hotel solo lo usamos para dormir, por lo cual no volvería. Es bueno, lindo, limpio, pero el valor no justifica en mi opinión.

The Room: The room design felt very "unitary" and lacked any sense of coziness. I encountered several functional and maintenance issues: Poor Lighting: The coffee maker was tucked away in a dark corner under a cupboard with absolutely no lighting, making it difficult to use. Damaged Decor: The window blinds were badly worn, dirty, and clearly damaged. Lack of Service: Although I reported the condition of the blinds to the front desk, no action was taken during my stay. Breakfast Experience: The complimentary breakfast was appalling and poorly managed. Presentation & Quality: The food was not well-presented, and the overall quality was unpleasant. Operational Issues: There was a consistent lack of clean plates. While the staff members were very polite, they appeared completely overwhelmed and unable to keep the area running properly. The Positives: It wasn't all bad, as the property does have some redeeming features: Location: The hotel offers a pleasant outlook on the water and is very well-situated for exploring the area. Amenities: The pool area is highly desirable, featuring a hot tub and comfortable seating that made for a relaxing environment. Verdict: Despite the great pool and location, the lack of maintenance and poor breakfast service mean I am unlikely to stay here again. For an upscale Naples experience, this property currently misses the mark.

- 493racheller (6/5): Pick a different location - I really wanted to enjoy my time here, but several frustrations made for a lackluster stay. First, the dining experience was bizarre. We tried to order a plain pizza at the restaurant, and the staff flatly refused to serve one without toppings. It was an odd and inflexible policy that set a negative tone for our meals. The pool area was another major letdown. Finding an open chair is nearly impossible due to extremely limited seating. Even if you do snag a spot, don't expect a relaxing atmosphere. Because the hotel is so close to the airport, the pool area feels more like a landing pad than a vacation spot, with constant noise and planes overhead. Between the rigid service and the cramped, noisy outdoor space, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for a peaceful Naples getaway.

Pros Location is excellent - walkable distance to all the restaurants Outside area is beautiful, clean and comfortable Lovely lady on the front desk and the cleaners were all friendly Cons No umbrellas by the loungers at the pool. Surely this is a basic requirement for Florida and with two small kids isn't ideal. My husband was accosted by a staff member when sitting under a cabana to apply cream to our kids and told it was booked. He told them there was nowhere else to do it. Nobody sat at the cabana for the rest of the day. The food is nice in the pool bar but way overpriced. A lunch for 2 adults (tacos and wings) and two fries with drinks came to 128 dollars. 20% service automatically applied even though we had no table service and had to go into the bar to order. Staff disinterested and not overly helpful. Rooms are dark and pokey. For the price they are charging the facilities could be improved. No working fan in the bathroom so pool and beach clothes could not be dried as we had no balcony and overlooked a busy road. Missing basic kitchen utensils such as a can opener and toaster. When we requested the former it never arrived. The fittings, especially in the bathroom at cheap and flimsy. There is no shuttle to the beach or downtown. 29 dollars a night for parking is extortionate. Overall a fine stay but could and should be improved with the price they charge.

Le bruit....La 2 fois 5 voies aux portes de l'hôtel et la piste de décollage derrière l'hôtel. Les avions ne décollant pas entre 22h et 7h. Le canapé convertible est de très mauvaise qualité. Il y a 2 chaises pour manger alors que la chambre est prévue pour 4 personnes. La hotte ne fonctionnait pas. La porte de la chambre ne descend pas jusqu'au sol, donc on entend tous les bruits des autres clients dans le couloir. 3 serviettes de bain alors que nous sommes 4. La chaise haute que le personnel nous a donnée et qu'on nous a demandé de nettoyer nous-même. Le manque d'informations lors du check-in.

Their location is amazing, they have an amazing pool area for the kids, then the bay is also beautiful for sunsets and fishing. They breakfast is really good too! I would definitely come back! I dont like how we have to pay $29 for parking PER DAY... the parking lot is in the property.

- debbieringold (8/5): Nice hotel, but loud because of nearby airport - This hotel has a lovely staff, rooms were clean and adequate. Could use more lighting in the living area of the suite. The pool is lovely and the pool staff is attentive. The only issue we had was the constant noise from the planes landing at Naples Airport! Sitting at the pool, planes were low and loud about every 15-20 minutes. No fault of the hotel, but something to keep in mind. We eventually got used to it, but it may prevent us from staying at this property again.

You can sign out beach towels at the front desk. Very nice pool and I never had an issues getting a spot. There are planes that fly over the hotel. Some may not like the noice but it didn’t seem to bother anyone and it was quite a sight. The breakfast was a nice perk everyday and you could order lunch and drinks at the pool. We had a king bed with small kitchen and it was a good size. Our balcony faced the road and if possible get a water view balcony. The garage was paid parking but very convenient. Overall, a good vibe!
- stepheng86 (10/5): Amazing stay on the bayfront! - This is an excellent hotel in an excellent location. It is within walking distance to the 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Our view was of the beautiful harbor but a pool room would also have been lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great which is always important to me. There is a little bit if airport traffic overhead but with the door to the room closed there was no problem with that at all. I would highly recommend this location and look forward to staying there again!

The pool area is exceptional, perhaps even extraordinary for this type of property. Being right on 5th Avenue provides easy access the the 5th Avenue stores and restaurants. All an easy walk from the property. Make right turn out of the property and you can walk all the way to the beach.

To charge $500.00 a night for a veryry ordinary room and then charge $29.00 to park is insulting. It looks like a santarium. There isn't even a pencil or scrape of paper to make a note on, or a paper napkin with the coffee.maker. There is no large screen TV.. Thank heavens the place is clean and the staff is lovely.. It's real letdown to come to Naples, Fl and then stay in this bare minimum no charm and no atmosphere hotel is a let down to say the least. Read above.

The pool and lobby area is very nice and the room rate includes a full buffet breakfast. The front desk personnel were excellent and very attentive. Also the food and bar staff were friendly and well trained. Overall, the rooms are dated and need a refresh but I only stayed one night and it met my needs. A refresh of the rooms would result in a much higher rating. Definitely recommend this hotel while staying in Naples.
