I reserved a 2 bed room as my sister decided last minute to come with her husband. They had no 2 bed rooms. When I complained he sent me to a disgusting, mold smelling room with rusty metal, cigaret burns in the bedding and a bad pillows. The wooden cabinets were poorly painted white and it was bad.

Wall damage needed paint. Cabinets in really bad shape. Shower handle fell off in my hand and the whole faucet and shower head moved freely in the wall. Stains on sheets and towels that were supposedly clean. When asked for another room was denied. When requesting someone come fix the shower. It took 6 and a half hours for someone to come rig it up. Do not recommend this place at all.
- Melissa (2/5): - This property should be condemned. The rooms are dirty, moldy and full of roaches. A horrid stench in the rooms. The pool, that shows open on expedia....is filled in with dirt. The beds are so old that you feel every spring, so you will get no sleep. Stay away.

- Kimberly (4/5): - When we arrived they didn't have our reservation. Our itinerary listed 3pm check in but when we arrived at 4:30 they didn't have a room clean for us. We had to wait for them to clean one. It took almost an hour to check in. When we booked the place it said two bed with kitchenette and pool. The pool has been filled in. One of the two beds bed frame was broken. The ceiling was falling in in the bathroom, the floors were peeling up, the curtain track was torn up so it was difficult to keep the window covered. The shelves were all missing from the fridge and there were bugs in the kitchenette cabinets. We were told no pets or smoking on the property but it constantly smelled like weed and there was dog poop everywhere. The locks worked. And it was a place to sleep but we would certainly not go back.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - The front desk worker (maybe owner) would only talk to me since my name was on the reservation. We asked to see the room first (before paying), it was acceptable at first glance so we started carrying our stuff into the room. My husband was about to head to the office to pay when the front desk worker came to us and said we can’t occupy the room until we paid. My husband was already upset by his unwillingness to speak to him since he was a guest too. My husband was going to go pay and the front desk guy said only I could pay since my name was on reservation. I paid extra for a room with a kitchen. I’m glad we weren’t in a hurry in the morning because the stove did not work. The head maintenance man tried to help but was unsuccessful. He did give us his personal gas burner to use which was incredibly nice and did the job! I noticed a white dust in the bathroom. The ceiling was flaking probably from the steam of the shower. I literally got out of the shower and some fell right on my arm. There was a lot of rust around the ceiling fixture/fire sprinkler head. Also, An outlet beside the bed was not secure to the wall. We decided to check out after one evening before the next night when the bathroom ceiling seemed to be flaking more. We received 1/2 of our 2nd night rental back. If we didn’t need a kitchen (or paid extra for the kitchen) and the bathroom ceiling didn’t have issues, we might have stayed the 2nd night.

I had to wipe down the countertops and the fridge when I arrived and it looked like whoever was in the room before me left very recently and no one had a chance to tidy up yet. The housekeepers came everyday to deliver fresh towels and to take my trash which I very much appreciated.
- James (2/5): Never again - Not sure if our room/experience was typical compared to earlier check-ins in the main/1st floor building. We were told that because they were "overbooked" we were "upgraded" to a suite for no additional charge. This was on the second floor of a secluded building toward the back of the property. No elevators/luggage carts. Entrance was on the end of the building. The suite had a kitchenette with water standing in the sink. Water on most of the carpet between the bed and window because the air conditioner unit apparently leaked, the shower was a high-stepover jacuzzi style tub, black mold on the tiles, the long/oval toilet bowl had a short/round seat/lid, and the hand towels were soiled. Also the Hotels.com listing says there are danishes and coffee...nope, and they seemed surprised when I informed them of this.

When we told him we've been waiting over 30 minutes he responds with "oh I know I've been watching you on camera!" We check in and go to our room, the building we were in had broken glass and food in the stairwell, the building was so hot you could barely breathe, the room had cabinets with doors falling off and already fallen off with the doors just sitting there broken off, mold all around the tub, no ac in the extea room with the bed. Horrible. Surprised this place still has customers more less even an option for any site to represent!!!

The manager alleged he did see my confirmation number, he called the police! The police confirmed my right to be there and the manager all the sudden found my reservation. This is a trap hotel! The sheets on the bed had stains all over them as well as the towels. The floors had dirt and trash in the corners. The walls were filled with dirt, paint chips, and more dirt. The pantry cabinet was sticky from prior use. The refrigerator and AC worked well and the parking was right by our room. Those were the only positives. We were so looking forward to the pool from the hotel pictures, but it was definitely not set at all.

- AMANDA (2/5): Filthy is putting is nicely - We decided super last minute to take this trip. Booked the room between 8:30-9pm Friday night and was planning to stay through Monday. We didn’t leave our home until midnight and drove 3 hours o the property, only to get there and find out they do not accept late check ins. They’re lobby/front desk is only open from 7a-11p. I wish I had seen that in the fine print. We couldn’t even reach anyone on the phone. After trying for 2 hours to get in touch with management and trying to find another hotel for the night, with no success, we ended up staying in our car all night until 7am to talk to the manager and get checked in. Only no one was there at 7. Thankfully the maintenance guy showed up to “open up” around 7:30, but he didn’t know anything about reservations, only maintenance things. And when he called whoever was suppose to handle these things, they were still in bed and not willing to come in until later. The nice maintenance guy felt bad for us, and found us a room that was vacant and told us we could sleep there until the other person came in. However the room was so disgusting we couldn’t sleep. It smelled horrible, bedding was nasty looking, loveseat was filthy. I wouldn’t evn take my shoes off. Disgusting! Then let’s talk about all the cops that were there during the night and next morning. Thats an every night thing according to some locals we met. The door doesn’t even cIose right. I strongly suggest NOT staying here unless u have absolutely have no option

- Verified traveler (2/5): - How can I put this my stay was a nightmare from hell and I would never stay in this hotel again all I know is when I got to the hotel the front desk clerk was very nice but when I got to my room the AC didn't work the refrigerator was leaking water everywhere the TV barely came on it Stank really bad and was dirty ..so I had to change my room and when I changed my room the room that I got changed to had a great AC it got really cold the refrigerator was hot the room smelled like dead people and the bathroom was disgusting I had to go to the nearest dollar store and purchase cleaning materials and clean the bathroom and while I was cleaning found blood and hair all over the floor and also the tub had soap scum and dirt and I don't know what else stuck to the sides and not to mention there were two beds in the room one of which had hair and food and also traces of blood so I slept in the other bed which also had hair and food but at least it did not have blood and the floor was dirty as if somebody had came in and dumped dirt on the floors and walked out...not to mention in the middle of the night some crazy crackhead knocked on my door and demanded drugs so I ended up leaving way before Time more like a little after midnight because I was so disgusted by this hotel and when I tried to call to complain I couldn't get in touch with a manager and when I finally got a phone number for a supposed manager he was very rude and I just hung up in his face..because at that point I was done

- Jacqueline (8/5): Place to lay your head. - Stayed here in a pinch while on a business trip. While checking in, the African manager wanted to argue with me about my 1st name not being my 1st name on my drivers license. The lock on my door had to be popped twice by a new employee because my key wouldn't work and the room appeared to be beaten by WW3. I will say that the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner ran constantly. This place needs some serious TLC.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - BUGS! Stained pillow cases and towels. Faulty toilet seat, unable to use shower, missing knobs on cabinets, and more. This was in the Cottages section. No idea why we were out there instead of newly remodeled section. We are receiving a refund.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Property is under some renovations, but work is not professional. We were sent to 2 rooms; one was in chaos, second did not have correct bed configuration, and third was sloppy and dirty. This was a last case option and next time I would drive further and take my chances finding somewhere else.
- Dennis (8/5): - Considering it is in remodeling and new owners if their was a problem they were very fast and pleasant to make it rite would definitely stay their again

- Verified traveler (2/5): - My room was disgusting... The floor was filthy. Not like, " We should mop that again. " But more like " Ever hear of a broom!" TV didn't work. If you don't have a place to live, this is one of those "Meth heads welcome" kind of places. Do yourself a favor, spend an extra $40 - $50 a night, and stay at a place that won't make you worry about contracting hepatitis in your sleep...

- Gary (8/5): Cheap / Clean / Convenient - Cheap / Clean / convenient right off 95, I’ve stayed here twice now and will return in Nov.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The AC was on when I checked in room. Didn't notice the awful smell til we turned the air conditioning off. There are roaches as well . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The wall outlets were hanging out of the wall and my toddler was trying to put his fingers behind them. We had to buy cleaning products to clean the tub. The lights flickered. I will never stay here again.
