I walked in and walked out It smelled like cat urine, the staff was rude and very dismissive while I’m trying to check in he was in his phone talking in a different language. Rolled his eyes at me. I asked for my deposit back. No parking, a lot of drug addicts and workers out there. Nothing but broken windows on the broke down cars sitting in parking lot taking up the spots they only have 20 spots. Everything false advertisement

• Baddie (1/5): DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - I liked how it is right downtown easily accessible to everything. The location was the only thing good about this hotel. Nothing else was good at all. The service I received there by the staff was horrible. Let me start off by saying I recently had a house fire and lost everything so I went online to book this hotel for a week because it was a great deal online. Three hundred and something for 5 nights. Great deal. So I was able to go online and book the room for the five nights and paid for the room. When I got to the hotel the guy at the front counter was very rude from the beginning. I walked in I told him I had reserved a room through booking.com and I told him my name he asked me for my ID I explained to him that I did not have an ID because I lost everything in the house fire. He been told me he was not by any means letting me stay there if I did not have an ID he did not care or so any compassion for my situation. He rudely told me that I needed to go back onto booking.com and request a refund and asked me to leave. So before I would leave I got it in touch with booking.com and was standing in the lobby on the phone with them trying to explain to them what was going on so that I could request a refund for my money, and as I was talking to them he rudely interrupted me and yelled and said I needed to get out I can use my phone outside the lobby. So I grabbed my bags I walked out and I left I got my money back from booking.com and I had a friend rent a room at a different hotel. The next day I had to jump through tons of hoops but I was able to get a paper copy of my ID from the BMV so I went back on the booking.com I booked another 5 days at this Executive Inn hotel.. I paid online and then I left work and went to the hotel to check in. When I got there the doors was locked so I had to ring the doorbell nobody answered nobody opened the door nobody come to the front desk nothing. So I rang the bell again again nothing. So then I got on my phone and I called the hotel.

• Holly (9/5): - The room was clean. :) We couldn't get into parking area and had to wait over half an hour to get checked in because there were 3 police vehicles and a tow truck handling a drug bust in the parking area. The woman that checked us in tried to downplay the incident by saying the tow truck was there for a disabled vehicle, but we knew it was being impounded.

• Bridgett (2/5): I would never recommend to my worst enemy - Nothing Staff was rude, homeless people in parking lot, doors didnt have hotel lock, had to push furniture in front of door to feel safe. Old worn furniture, smelled strange.

• Lesley (6/5): Acceptable for the price. - The price was great. Room seemed a bit beat up, but clean. Everything worked as it should. Our bedspread was damp. We think it just didn't get dried fully when washed. It smelled fresh. The whole building had a musty smell.

The staff, the facilities, they allowed another room visitors but wouldn't allow me a visitor to help me get my stuff packed up and then barred me from renting a room ever again. I say 5 out of 5 thumbs down without a doubt

• William (8/5): It served my purpose well at a good rate - Easy access to may restaurants and shopping The area has a lot of foot traffic all hours of the day. With that being said I’ve stayed several times and never experienced any difficulties.

• Sara (8/5): Executive Inn Chillicothe - We were given a first floor room, it was clean , bed was comfortable and cozy. We couldn't use the wall unit because it smelled like urine when we turned it on. So without air circulating it was stuffy.

• Edith (10/5): Clean Cozy Hotel - So the room was very cold , but there was fresh towels and a TV. The bed was super comfortable and the blanket is cozy and overall a very clean hotel. Just don't cut it close to 11am before leaving they will call your room and won't stop until you leave

• Brandon (8/5): - It’s not in the best part of town, but I never felt unsafe or anything. I did hear a lot of traffic outside so I just put on my phone app with fan noise. It kinda had a smell in the room, not necessarily a bad smell but not a good one either. It was adequate for what I needed. I was at conference and not in the room at all, only for sleep. Great if place if your just needing a sleep and passing through. I only stayed two nights.

Also it was little dusty I’m a housekeeper and I seen a lot of stuff that wasn’t done properly. But other than that it was a good place to stay for the price! Would stay here again.

• Brian (8/5): - It was fine for a quick overnight stay while passing through. The area wasn't fantastic. I didnt feel unsafe at least. The hotel is a bit dated and the 1 blanket and a cigarette burn on it. Otherwise it was clean enough to sleep in and be ready to continue to my final destination. The people in the next room were very loud later i to the night but thats not the hotel's fault.
