- Jill (9/5): A good stopover on our way north - Clean, comfortable and good value. Near an excellent fish and chip shop: Cod and Fish. One can hear some of the heavy traffic but convenient.

- Xiao (9/5): Well equipped kitchen and good valued place to stay. - The kitchen has everything, clean and well organized. The bathrooms were clean and hot water were plenty. The parking was limited but you could park on the street.
- Kim (8/5): Was ok for one night - Easy to check in. Nice fully equipped kitchen My room was left opened before we checkin, ending up with lots of mosquitos in the room, didn’t feel comfortable while sleeping. The location of my room wasn’t easy to access the shower or bathroom.

- Schmulbricht (9/5): - Eine liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft im afrikanischen Stil. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete, sehr saubere Küche mit großem Kochbereich in der Mitte, der sofort Kontaktaufnahme zu anderen Gästen ermöglicht hat, wenn das gewollt war. Küchenuntensilien sehr übersichtlich angeordnet. Alles war da, damit genutze Dinge wieder sauber an seinen Platz zurück kommen können. Waschräume, Toiletten alles sauber und ordentlich und in ausreichender Anzahl. Umbuchung war leider nicht möglich (stand jedoch auch in den Buchungsbedingungen so drin) Dennoch schade, da wir uns bei der Buchung im Tag geirrt hatten.

- Jane (10/5): Amazing. Would recommend & would stay again! - The vibe was super cosy and chill but social. It felt like I was staying at a big jungle tree house with my family, but I was with strangers who became friends. Being able to borrow bikes for a ride to the beach was amazing! The bunk beds had no rails so I was scared of rolling off the top bunk. But I didn't so there were no real dramas.

- Erlacher (10/5): - It was above our expectations, really nice, clean and tidy place. It offers a lot of services around it too, from Pool, TV / gaming room, Gym, Sauna etc, which was perfect for us as we got there and it rained the whole day. There is nothing we didn't like.

- Susannah (10/5): Awesome hostel! - Great hostel with such kind and friendly hosts. They run a station pick up and drop off shuttle so get in touch before you arrive for that! The hostel is really well equipped with so many spaces for chilling out inside and around the property!
- Noémie (9/5): Highly recommend this super kind and friendly place - Incredibly friendly owners! This family is amazing! Pat drove me to the trailhead for the Paparoa Track for a small fee, and I really enjoyed our discussion. The mattresses are comfortable. The bathroom is pretty spacious.

La famille qui gère l’établissement est extrêmement accueillante et gentille, viennent vous chercher à la gare lorsque pis arrivez et vous y dépose lorsque vous partez. - david (7/5): Good value - Location and cost and had access to Entertainment The first night we stayed we were given an outside room from the main building which meant if you needed to pay a call in the middle of the night having to find the front entrance ,let yourself in with a combination and go up some stairs to find the facilities ,clearly unacceptable as well as being hazardous if wet and cold .We changed our room as the staff clearly understood our issue and the second night was good.
- Javier (6/5): Muy bien,pero ... - Limpio, instalaciones muy bonitas, decoración chula, muchas estancias diferentes para sentirte cómodo y a tu aire.Aparcamiento para pocos coches,pero fuera hay sitio.Cocina bien preparada No me gustó que : nos debimos equivocar al reservar la habitación,y al llegar pedimos si había opción de otra con 2 camas.Parece que solo había una grande para 5 (vimos alguna más pequeña para 3 personas libre),nos dijeron que 20 $ por la noche,y al decirles que teníamos noches reservadas,pasaron de 20$ una noche a 100$ por 2 noches.Aceptamos porque nos liamos con el cambio dollar-euro ,pero al darnos cuenta nos pareció una exageración, y no quisimos molestar con otro cambio

Loved it there, so quirky, a great kitchen setup, everything clean and tidy, my only winge was the bathrms could do with paper hand towels as the cloth hand towels got yukky really quick and only 2 hand towels a day and a lot of people staying there so not very hygienic. We would definitely stay there again. The staff were great too No paper hand towels

At man om natten skal gå hele vejen udenom for at komme på toiletterne hvis man lejer en hytte, samt at der om aftenen ikke er belysning til hovedhuset fra hytterne. (Men det er også i bagatellerne)

The staff is super friendly and help you very well. A friend told us to stay here and we loved it! Nicely our own room, nice and quiet around, and a good location. Well if I have to say something. The I will complain for a moment about the door from our room. It was impossible to get out of your room unnoticed by my roommates as the door made quite some noise with opening and closing, but thats all, just stay in your bed ;)

- Gladys (10/5): Super séjour - Les gérants sont forts sympathiques. Merci encore pour l'aide avec ma voiture ! L'auberge est très colorée avec une déco africaine. On trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, même plus (spa salle de sport, vélo en libre accès...). Cuisine équipée, terrasse avec table et chambre spacieuse. Les lits superposés seraient plus rassurants avec des barrières en haut.
