- JaePil (6/5): 딱히 추천하고 싶지 않은 곳. - 6층은 위쪽 식당의 소음이 다 들렸고 칫솔 치약등을 제공을 안하는건 알겠는데 아무것도 없음. 신발 벗는 곳과 륨을 구별하는 공간이 없음. 샤워실에 거울 없고 샤워기가 너무 낮아서 키 큰 사람은 불편. 다시 방문 의사 없음.

- Soleiman (10/5): Excellent option of accommodation in Eumseong. - Spectacular boutique hotel in Eumseong. As the name of the Hotel suggests, namu or tree in Korean, almost everything in the room is made of wood. Quiet and cozy, spacious rooms and very clean.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 신도시에 위치해서 한적하고 좋았습니다. 주변에 제반시설이 많지 않다는 점은 염두해야 할 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 맘에 들었으나 층간소음이 흠이었습니다. 스파가있는 방에 머물렀고 윗층도 같은 형식의 룸인것 같았는데 새벽부터 아이들이 너무나 시끄럽고 뛰어다녀서 잠을 이룰 수 없었습니다. 특히 스파 데크에서 뛰는 소리는 참기에 힘들었습니다. 아이들을 동반한 가족 투숙객의 경우 호텔측에서 체크인시 층간소음에 대해 안내하는 것이 일반 투숙객에 대한 예의이지 않을까 합니다.
