Paweł (7/5): Warunki w hotelu dobre. Obsługa fatalna. - Trudno było cokolwiek zamówić w trakcie śniadania, gdyż obsługa unikała kontaktu z gośćmi. Podobnie było z recepcjonistami, którzy głównie zajęci byli patrzeniem w ekran komputera do tego stopnia, że z trudnością odpowiadali na powitanie.
Petri Kortejärvi (8/5): Ok majoitus lähellä hissiasemaa - Ihan ok perusaamianen, hyvä sijainti 5 Laghi hissiaseman lähellä. Maksuton pysäköinti pihalla onnistui. Siisteys oli oikein hyvää tasoa ja huoneissa hyvin säilytystilaa. Kovat sängyt, mutta näin Italiassa yleensä onkin. Näkymä vastapäisen talon kivijalkaan. Hotellinen edustalla ei ollut minkäänlaista terassia tai oleskelutilaa.
Evzen (9/5): - Hotel je umístěn téměř v centru a přitom nedaleko od lanovek. Náš pokoj byl velký s dostatkem úložného prostoru a výhledem na hory. Lyžárna sice použitelná ale vybavením neodpovídá čtyřhvězdičkovému hotelu ve známém lyžařském středisku.

Erika (8/5): Un soggiorno piacevole con una vista e posizione eccezionale - Con la mia famiglia veniamo da anni in questo hotel, l’accoglienza, la colazione con vista sulle montagne, la comodità di poter lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio e andare a piedi a passeggiare per negozi e locali è impagabile! È leggermente cambiato l’orario di chiusura del bar al piano terra, un peccato non vedere accese le luci di ritorno dalla cena e poter prendere nel salottino del bar una tisana rilassante prima di dormire. Per il resto lo staff è gentilissimo e fino alle 23:30 si può chiedere di preparare una tazza di acqua calda e si porta tranquillamente in camera

Everything was just right. They don’t have ski ride to the cable cars and when there is no snow on the streets it is very difficult to walk in ski boots even if it is only 150m. They don’t answer on you message via booking, if you need any information prior your arrival you need to call hotel directly.

Carolina (9/5): The best stay in Campiglio! - Amazing hotel, breakfast, staff and super good location in the city center of Campiglio! The bedroom was very comfortable and we had a lovely stay - truly recommend! The parking lot can get very crowded, but it’s always manageable!

Marcin (10/5): - Super sniadanie w samym centrum Madonny - wszędzie blisko, 3min pieszo do stoku, mnóstwo restauracji, barów i wypożyczalni nart - wszystko czego trzeba. Obsługa też bardzo miła i przede wszystkim proaktywnie pomaga gościom (przykład zaproponowanie nam śniadania na wynos przy wczesnym check-oucie). Polecam! Cena jedynie nieco sportowa, ale to chyba bardziej od okolicy zależne niż samego obiektu.

Posizione perfetta, l’hotel si trova in centro e a circa 200 metri dagli impianti sciistici raggiungibili facilmente a piedi. Buona la colazione con vasta scelta tra dolce e salato anche se una maggiore varietà nelle torte sarebbe gradita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Peccato la mancanza del centro benessere fruibile però in un altro hotel della proprietà raggiungibile con un comodo servizio navetta.

Colazione non ad altezza della struttura. Caffè scarso, di cattivo gusto, non variabile come assortimento, mancano i prodotti tipici del territorio. Mi aspettavo un bollitore di acqua calda in camera ma non c'era.
