Guest Reviews
- Stacey (10/5): Was incredible - The room , the view and the staff
- Martin (9/5): A great spot if you want to relax and enjoy the lake views while still having close to the city. - We had a really nice stay here. The views are stunning, right on the lake. So wherever you are (the rooftop bar or the restaurant on the ground floor), you’re always looking out at the water, the snowy mountains and the city of Ohrid.
One thing we really loved is that the hotel has its own docking port. We took a boat tour around the lake directly from there, and I’d definitely recommend it. The scenery is beautiful and it’s one of the highlights of the trip.
It’s also well connected to the city. There’s a nicely done walking path along the lake that we used, which made getting into town easy.
Breakfast was very good too. Since we went in late April (still off-peak), it was served à la carte instead of a buffet. There was a good variety of dishes and drinks, and everything felt fresh and well prepared. There was nothing we disliked.
- Sanja (8/5): -
- kirkova (10/5): -
- Snezana (8/5): Liegt nah am See und es ist sehr ruhig. Ohrid Zentrum ist schnell erreichbar. - Sehr ruhige Lage.
- susan (7/5): Because it was a wedding we loved the setting. Shame about the rest - Great breakfast! Lovely room and great view Reception carpet filthy
Stairwells dirty
Corridor also
Restaurant and bar ground floor dirty and staff didn't want to be there.
- Marko (10/5): - View
- Debbie (6/5): Could have been a lot better with trained staff who cared about what they were doing - The view of the lake It needs refurbishing, paying for a sunbed on the hotel beach. Toilets never cleaned , service was rubbish the only decent food was the roof terrace everything else downstairs was terrible cold chips in fact the only thing decent was Greek salad.
- Jovica (5/5): -
- Kastrati (7/5): - The room was spacious and had a great lake view The breakfast buffet wasn't great and the prices for drinks and beach umbrellas were too high
- Ferhat (10/5): -
- Petrov (9/5): Great location - Location is great!
- Tamer (4/5): -
- Shurbeski (9/5): Overall great - Clean and comfortable The beach in front of the hotel, staff and service was terrible.

- gabriel (6/5): - LAKE view Very old furniture, the big sliding door in the living room it won't close, the towels have stains on them
- Kachakoska-Naneska (10/5): -
- Melissa (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing The cleanliness of the room was terrible. The bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom had a really bad oader. The floors were not even clean.
- Martin (8/5): Very good -
- Cvetkovski (5/5): Passable -
- Joanne (9/5): View out way the hotel - The best part had yo be our view over Lake Ohrid. It was mind blowing. The apartment was so big and the bed was super comfy. No tea or coffee provided in a room despite being provided a kettle and mugs. The bed linen was dirty so we had that changed.
- Elena (9/5): Superb -
- Marigona (8/5): Very good -
- Kire (7/5): Good -
- Adnan (1/5): Bad -
- Olga (5/5): Passable - The view is amazing, and the second to none right on the lake and not too far from the city centre. Construction was going on in the building/ lobby. We were not advised of this prior to booking. The outdoor area and board walk are very run-down planks where missing and loose on board walk. Outdoor area dirty and rubbish left everywhere. Staff from the cafe came by and cleaned up half the rubbish but more interested in conversation with other staff.
- Keti (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stefan (8/5): Very good - The bed was broken and bent on one side …
- Igor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The view Nothing
- Boko (8/5): Very good -
- Malte (7/5): Nice location for a long weekend - The hotel has an outside area with a nice view. The coffee at the bar is excellent and the waiters were friendly and helpful.
- Zlate (5/5): Passable -
- Bojana (8/5): 👍🏻👎🏻 - Employees were great, offering everything we needed. The room is fine it's just visibly used up and older. Enough parking. Okay breakfast, but could be better and different at least every 2 days. The shower head was spraying very weirdly with strong pressure, took some getting used to. The bed sheets and pillow cases were stained and it gave the impression of uncleanliness.
- Vangel (7/5): Good -
- Martin (9/5): Superb -
- Andrei (7/5): Good - Hotel is clean, views are amazing, and room facilities are great. Close to a well serviced and amazing beach. Concernts at night time were great during peak period, and for atmostphere and meant that we could chill out on balcony and enjoy whilst looking after sleeping kids inside. Hot water boiler was small, which meant with five of us we could never have a shower one after another. The breakfast was monotoned only serving fried eggs, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, and most often than not stale bread. Most mornings cereal was unavailable when asked. Some mornings cereal was available, just not for us. To the managers credit however, the problem was quickly resolved when I spoke to the hotel manager and cereal was then made available in mornings.
- Lucija (7/5): Good -
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Aleksandar (6/5): Pleasant - Breakfast was poor, buffet was limited and always seemed empty. Service in the breakfast room, the smell in the entrance hall
- Nikolche (4/5): Disappointing - Ohrid and the lake are always an incredible experience. The apartments in the hotel were also nice - spacious, well organized and planned. We had to pay for sunbeds that were directly in front and, in fact, part of the hotel. Same for the pool. I have never experienced that in my life. The food in the hotel restaurant was not good. The club sandwiches were a joke. The cook can watch a simple youtube video on how to make them. With Macedonia's incredible ingredients, they can be amazing.
Finally, on Thursday night, there was a techno party directly in the hotel courtyard until 1 am. We were there with small kids. Again, never experienced that before
- Ilija (10/5): Exceptional -
- 3teodorap (2/5): Horribly LOUD MUSIC at all hours of the day - Terrible experience. Unbelievably loud music ALL day and ALL night long from two different locations!!! This is not Ibiza - it’s a lakefront hotel for VACATION. They need to advertise this as a PARTY hotel. Not a place to rest. I’m about o get a cardiac arrest from the beat of the insanely loud music, unbelievable!
- Marian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Filip (4/5): Disappointing -
- Egzon (6/5): Pleasant -
- Traveler991 (9/5): Superb -
- Ivceska (9/5): Superb -
- Bojan (9/5): Superb - the reception staff are very kind, we got quick and clear answers to all our questions, they even allowed us to enter the apartment a few hours early. The apartment was cleaned every day and we received clean towels every day. A warm recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Ohrid. I would definitely come back again the only problem was the hot water, we were 4 people and the boiler heated too little water which was not enough for our personal needs.
- Aleksandar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jelena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pauline (5/5): Passable - Location was excellent Very noisy at nite ..nite club blaring music until 2am could be heard all over the hotel..staff not friendly
- Marija (1/5): Bad -
- Pandora (9/5): sheets on beds and bathrooms not clean enough . poor service in restaurant - the lake and pool service in the restaurants
- Cornelius (8/5): Nice and quiet hotel with a super view - The location is top and also the view. It´s a pretty nice and quiet ambiente. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Lake Ohrid is wonderfull and the water was not to cold. The hotel is located in a nice park area a little bit outside of Ohrid. The pool was closed and it wasn´t clear at wich time it´ll be opened again. We asked the receptionist and at first she answered that the pool will be opened at 7am. After that she told us that the pool will open at 8am but in the end we were not allowed to use the pool before 10am. The whole hotel was also a bit ghost like.
- Snezana (4/5): very disappointed, breakfast very, very poor. lunch options zero, service zero every night loud music unable to sleep ti - location good just the outdoor seating
- pemrabolluk (2/5): Our stay at Park hotel Ohrid - Worst hotel ever, stay AWAYYY!Hotel or nigtclub????
Unbearable Crazy live music until 2 at night, horrible decoration terrible service.
No room service, not proper cleaning,no previous warning of the crazy music
- Marijana (3/5): Poor - The breakfast was poor...
- Adis (6/5): overpriced for what you get - good views from our balcony and the reception staff were friendly. Few things:
1. non-complimentary tea/coffee. the fact that the property charges for a teabag is ridiculous.
2. the property doesn’t provide towels for the beach/lake - although there are still signs in the bathroom advising to not use the room towels and instead ask the reception for seperate ones.
3. the tanning beds in front of our apartment were not free - ridiculous that we have to pay a high price for the rooms and then also pay extra for the tanning beds, this should be free to the guests.
- Rafael (8/5): Very good -
- Rosica (9/5): Superb -
- Vivian (9/5): Superb -
- Elena (9/5): Superb - Its beachfront, which is convenient. The on site parking is also very convenient. The view varies depending on your room. we had a lake view, but there was some obstruction and it wasn’t that nice (not the end of the world, but noticeable especially if you’ve stayed in a room with a gorgeous view before). it’s also a little pricey for Macedonia. I still continue to stay here because the good outweighs the bad, and it’s tried and true.
- Zarko (1/5): Bad - Location To loud
- Ivan (7/5): Beautiful views and crystal clear lake, bad breakfast - The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable, the vievs of the lake are stunning, the beach near hotel is nice with crystal clear lake water, the location is convinient, taxi to the center is 5eur. The breakfast is really bad. They dont have toaster, they serve old cheapest bread ever, they have no bunns, croissants. Juice is the worst quality ever, nothing to eat there. Such a pity as the have terrace with lake view. Do not take breakfast, it is bad and tasteless.
- Vlatko (4/5): Disappointing -
- samerfaza (2/5): Terrible Experience - Avoid at all Costs - The room was spacious and clean but that was the only good thing about this hotel.
I have booked a lake view room which was very expensive for the level of service received.
The Hotel is advertising on site parking, beach access and Pool access. However when I arrived, there was no parking available so i had to park outside of the complex in the woods which was very unsafe. Pool access is not included in the booking so you need to pay extra for the access and the sun beds, same is for the Hotel Beach, you are also charged for the sun beds. There is no difference if you are staying in the Hotel or a city day user.
Breakfast was terrible, quality of food was bad, not refilled. Everything was cold. There is no coffee nor team included in the breakfast and you have to pay for it from the near by Bar. Juices finish early on in the morning and are not refilled. Tables are not cleaned for hours and from the night before. Very unsafe and unhealthy considering covid and general safety.
The Pool bar manager was extremely rude and he even offended me in my face by commenting "what kind of a person comes to a pool hotel with their mother" And yes i wanted to treat my Mom for a weekend getaway. It was extremely rude and said in a degrading way. The reaction from the pool manager came in after i complained for not having coffee nor Shisha service at 5 pm. Their excuse was that coffee takes too much time to make so it is not available on weekends as for the Shisha, the guy making it went home.
After complaining at reception, and asking for a manager to speak to, the receptionist heard me and said will deliver the message and the manage will contact me. However no manager reached out the next 2 days. It speaks a lot on what kind of service and care they provide to their guests.
Finally, its a party hotel, which was not mentioned on their pages.. music is blasting till 2 am so it was impossible to sleep and obviously during the day the music continues to blast so loud and no isolation in the rooms so we spent 3 days in this hotel sleepless and exhausted.
There is no restaurant for dinner, so if you want to have a nice meal you need to go to the city which is a 15 min drive from the Hotel. The Menu at the pool and beach bars only have 3 salads and just burgers and fried stuff. Very unhealthy and very limited options for a 4 star hotel.
I don't recommend anyone to stay there unless you are under 18. This hotel is false advertising, ripping off their guests and they couldn't care less.
Avoid at all costs.
- maraz627 (2/5): Bad, bad experience! - - The room was advertised on Booking.com as having a mini-fridge, a phone and a coffee/tea maker (we got a very dirty electric kettle instead). When we complained, they told us that the fridge was removed due to the corona virus – other rooms had fridges, so we were lied to our face.
- No parking space, the receptionist told us to leave our car outside in the dirt.
- There were hairs and soap residue in the shower.
- The hotel stated on Booking.com that there’s a “free outdoor seasonal pool” but we were charged 5 euros per person, were not issued a receipt, but lazily given a pink bracelet, while the girl was mumbling that they have such issues with guests all summer. Prior to booking, I specifically asked about the pool: is it for guests only and is it free. I was told yes and yes. It turns out that anyone can use it if they pay, guests and non-guests.
- This hotel had the “breakfast delivered to room” service listed on their Booking.com page. You have to talk to 3 people and persuade the last one to bring you the breakfast up, simply because they don’t want to. FYI, the hotel serves the breakfast in the indoor part of the restaurant, which is opposite the corona virus recommendations.
- On the 3rd day, we asked for room cleaning. We came back to the room in the evening to dirty plates, wet towels in the bathroom and full trash can. I did 3 trips to the reception desk, to at least get 2 clean towels so we can take a shower. We cleaned our room by ourselves and left everything outside.
- No one wore masks, staff or guests.
- There’s extremely loud music coming from the pool during the whole day!
- It took 30 mins to finally check out, because there were new guests arriving, loudly arguing with the receptionist of how they have paid for one type of room and they were getting something far worse!
No one from the staff did anything to make our stay better, but they kept saying "aww, we're sorry". So, if you value your time off and want to enjoy your vacation, skip this hotel entirely.
- Passiwe (2/5): Terrible - Reserved apartment with lake view but got with parking view, the apartment was clean but everything else was bad. Some of the stuff were so arrogant, with exception. Never again, there are better places to stay, just ignore this one.
- boki_1990c (2/5): worst personal ever - The location is great, so is the beach. Hygiene at the level.
Staff very bad with the honor of exceptions.
We arrived few days ago and settled down(9 july). On the way back from the city, we had to wait for the receptionist to end up hanging out in the yard where she was gathered with people who were not wearing masks, and we are looking for masks to enter ???
We also asked if the pool was open, just smiled, the reaction was quite absent. We felt like we were counting so that the party could continue.
The next night again third shift the same girl- the same problem, we left the key to the receptionist (boy)who was very nice and with a mask and gloves unlike his colleague. On the way back, we waited for more than 1 hour in front of the door for the girl to come, I think this is not happening in any hotel. There's a little bit of music that was out until late, and there was a lot of loud music at the reception.
Very luxurious object, but not good organized. however the staff is the face of the hotel.
However, we would never come to this hotel again - a lot of disorganization and arogance. We felt like unwanted cos we needed our key- and the girl wanted to have fun outside...ok go have fun and dont be so arogant
- Hevsy (8/5): Nice hotel, surly staff - This is a nice hotel situated on the lakeside. The room was amazing - it was huge and was actually a suite. There was a kitchen area and a sofa plus 2 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a reasonable size.
There was a balcony with amazing views of the lake, which was lovely.
However there were no porters and we were told that no one would help us with our cases.
We are in the restaurant which had a good menu but there was hardly anyone in there so there was no ambience. They did make me a toasted sandwich though which was not on the menu.
The lobby area is big and no atmosphere. The staff were unfriendly and rude. I had not been feeling well and there was only one roll of toilet paper in the room. I went down to reception to ask for more. She very rudely said ‘why have you used it all?’ She reluctantly gave me some more but only one roll.
Customer service definitely needs to be improved.
- MarciaBilton (6/5): Great staff - The staff is great. I had a problem with my car and I want to thank Anne, Wlado and the wonderful lady that works at the tour agency/regional shop of the hotel (I am very sorry, I don’t have your name) who helped me a lot. You are great! About the hotel I was given a wonderful room with an astonished view. It was an upgrade, not the room I’ve booked. It has a veranda, a living room and the bed. The location of the hotel is good, outside the city but we had a car and if you are good walking, it’s a nice walk. The restaurant has good food. The breakfast was from a menu the first two days and was reasonable, but on the third day the hotel received more tourists and the breakfast was a buffet and was excellent.
· The people from reception was great, from the restaurant polite, they tried to please the guests. All this effort and the cleaning lady doesn’t do her job. My bed wasn’t make, she just pull up the duvet and considered the job done. I am sure that the hotel has sheets for a king size bed, which was ours, but she put two single bed sheets to cover the bed. She doesn’t clean in a proper way. It’s a shame, her colleagues are working hard to do the right thing! Another thing that I didn’t like is that there is a boiler in the bathroom and it is small and doesn’t heat enough water for two good baths and we had to be really quick in order not to get cold showers. We had to move from the first bedroom because the water run out from the shower flooding the bathroom. Also one of the elevators smelled really bad. It is time for maintenance. And to hire another housekeeper.
- AlanofLondon (4/5): Only mistake on our trip - This felt (and smelled) like a communist era hotel, a feeling reinforced when being warned at check-in that the tea bags in the room were charged for along with the minibar contents. Not exactly hospitality or making the guests feel welcome. The room was actually an apartment, very large with a kitchenette (although all the cupboards were empty)/ The shower cubicle in the bathroom was dirty and also unwelcoming. The location was a long way from the town and breakfast was very basic (the hotel was half empty so I suspect not everything was put out). I'm sure there are better places to stay in Ohrid - which we thought was a wonderful town.
- Biljana_Macedonia (6/5): Nice hotel, good location and lots of smoke and cigarettes leftovers everywhere - We traveled with a little kid. People smoke in the room next door and smoke was coming to our room because there was a door inside the room. We also couldn't open the door of the balcony. The staff sites outside of the hotel and smokes all day. The guests in the restaurant smoke inside of it and outside. At the beach there are more cigarette leftovers that stones. The kid was playing there and it was discussing. I wish they just put some signs and provide an ash tray. The room didn't have a functional fridge, and it wasn't cleaned on time for the check in. Otherwise it is very big but it doesn't have a double bed even though it is sold that way.
- gsvavarsson (4/5): Don't waste your money - The staff was super unfriendly, unorganized and rude. Especially the guy in charge of the pool. The hotel itself was clean and acceptable.the breakfast was above average.
The walls are paper-thin so so you can easily hear people talking in the next room.
- amandacQ835WC (2/5): Don't stay here - The hotel itself is clean and comfortable but then you find a price list of everything in your room including the headboard of your bed down to the teabags and coffee sachets. Now we are always respectful of the rooms we stay in so this made us feel less relaxed.
The next thing was when we went to the hotel restaurant for a meal, our waiter was one of the rudest and abrupt people I have ever met, to even throwing our bill and change down at the end of our meal. I was appalled at his atitude. I have worked in hospitality and even if your having a bad day your still respectful to customers.
The receptionist was very rude to my friend when she asked if she could have some laundry done. The receptionist replied "NO LAUNDRY" without a sorry or an explanation.
Checking out was an abominable experience, one friend was told he had to pay for a smashed glass that the waiter had smashed not him. Another friend was charged for 2 bottles of water he didn't drink but the staff caused such a fuss he just paid for them just to be done with it. More friends were told they had to pay for coffee sachets they hadn't used, it went on and on what a rip off.
All this hassle delayed the start of our day by 20 minutes an we all left with a bitter taste in our mouths. Ive never know a hotel like this and I do a lot of travelling.
We all said we would NEVER stay in this hotel again and I don't recommend anyone else to either.
- BetyOly (10/5): Wonderful view, great experience. - We are visiting this hotel for 3 years.
The staff is very friendly and nice with professional look and service. We see the bad reviews and must say that unlike in the highest season hotel is wonderful if you keep away from those two weeks around 2nd of August (national holiday).
- G7767SAstuartb (2/5): Terrible Service - Just arrived at hotel.
Website says kettle in room. There certainly is one but charge you 20 denars for a coffee sachet (about 30p).Okay its the Balkans so doesn't surprise me. No spoons to stir coffee or milk so rang down to reception to ask if we could have these items. Was told that they were in the restaurant. I said did I have to go down to the restaurant to get this myself and the response was yes. I asked if somebody could bring this up to our room and the response I got was a huff and the phone put down on me. I went to reception to see who I had been speaking to and was greeted by a smiling young lady who advised it was her and seemed to think nothing of it and led me to the restaurant for me to collect a spoon and some milk. When I said I wasn't impressed with the service she just smiled as if that was an end to it. No apology, nothing. I asked to speak to the manager who seemed to take the attitude that I was causing trouble!!! Would strongly recommend against staying here if you are expecting any kind of service.
- oliviah547 (4/5): Good location, terrible service - The hotel is in a good position by the side of the lake. It has a large pool.
However, this is definitely not a four star hotel.
Upon arrival, the boiler in our room had been turned off so there was no hot water. This meant that we we forced to take cold showers as the boiler took three hour to heat up.
There was also black mould in the shower and we were only given one big towel.
Our air conditioning stopped working half way though the night.
The pool had very strange opening times and hotel guests had to pay to use the sunbeds. Both the pool and the beach were full of locals, to the point that it appeared that it would be difficult for guests to use either facility.
First thing in the morning, we went for a dip in the sea and left our towels on an empty sunbed by the sea (one of many) (beach sunbeds are free for hotel guests) . When we returned, another towel had been put inbetween the beds and a member of staff told us that we would have to move.
However, the worst part of our entire stay was the abysmal service that we received at the hotel restaurant. We ended up having to go and find menus for ourselves after receiving no acknowledgement from any member of staff upon our arrival. We had to wait 20 minutes to be able to order drinks and a further 20 to order food. Our first course food did not arrive until we had been in the restaurant for an hour and 15 minutes. Our drinks arrived in two goes. With me sitting with two empty glasses in front of me for 10 minutes. Whist we were waiting for our food, we had to ask twice for bread because we were so hungry but did not receive this until 20 minutes later, with our food. I was horrified when our food did arrive. Our 'vegetables' were obviously peas, Sweetcorn and carrots from a 'mixed veg' can. They were also cold. My 'potatoes' were cajan oven wedges and my shrimp were bland and chewy and had obviously arrived at the hotel frozen in a sauce and just defrosted and put on my plate. My 10 year old
cousin could have defrosted and decanned this meal better. We had to ask the waiter to clear our plates. We ordered the only desert available - since sort of barely eatable stale cake.
Overall, not a good stay
- jol252 (6/5): Torture chamber! - I stayed for 2 nights in different rooms. The first had no curtains, a soft mattress and a hard pillow. Although there were blinds they did nothing to shut out the glaring hotel lights that were outside the room. It was therefore very light in the room all night, throw in an uncomfortable bed, dodgy electrics and a dirty bathroom and I was requesting another room.
The second room was cleaner and more comfortable. There was still no curtains but no glaring light either.
Breakfast was bland, the staff were ok and the view from the restaurant was amazing. Not enough to visit again though.
- FFM9 (2/5): Arrogant receptionnist, socialist service, dirty rooms - This is the 1st time I ever give 1 out of 5 to any hotel around the world, here is why :
In a nutshell Despicable attitude at the reception and dirty rooms.
In details: despite having confirmed us by emails our room details for a double bed lake facing room for 3 nights, upon arrival they set us in a side room overseeing the hotel pool and park ("pool view room") for the price of the lake view room, so back to reception, and after waiting another 20mns we got a room facing the lake but with twin beds, back to reception again. The receptionist (the very same one that confirmed by email the room in details) just literally laughed at us, and told me this is what we "would get" and justified herself explaining that a "lake view room" is in fact a "side forest / pool view room". No excuses presented whatsoever, she claimed the hotel was fully booked, no offer to discount or compensate nor to match the room and price, despite the fact it was obvious they gave our room to others and wouldn't care, we just were met by plain ugly and despicable attitude from that young lady, laughing at us holding our 9 months old baby after a 4 houra drive Since we had nowhere to go, at 19h30, they "found" us a double bed room, kind of facing the lake, furnished like a fairytale in full tacky style, half the size of what they confirmed us. Incredible to find a 30 years old girl ready to deny her own emails and when confronted with her mistakes, rather than just say "sorry their was a problem" and kindly offer compensation (i pass on the 10mns call with Marjan, the line duty manager absent at 7 pm, who explained me in a very unfriendly manner: "you can stay or you can leave, but this is what we can give you, it is your choice" but who finally stated the real room price would be reflected).
Beside the despicable and incompetent receptionnist the room cleanliness was poor, toilets were not properly cleaned after the last guest, hairs populated the bathroom, in addition Curtains in the bed room were paper thin, boiler pipes in the bathroom were leaking, 3rd class type habitation.
So if you dont mind to be treated arrogantly and get a room according their judgement instead of your booking, that will on top be dirty and unpleasant, you can consider going there.
Or as we done the next morning, just go to another property with professionnal service and just customer minded...
For record the pictures of the room we got Vs what we booked.
A Shamefull staff and terrible property management, reminiscent of the hard core socialist ways.
- IngridPIH (4/5): Good location but poor service - We’ve just returned from our one week holidays in Park Lakeside Hotel. Hotel rooms are big and mountain view from the room was also ok. In our room was broken wardrobe, refrigerator which didn’t work and bedlamp which didn’t burn. Also, in our room was a door to the next room bathroom- you could see through the key hole into neighbours bathroom and also hear them, as they were in our room. Walls in this hotel are so thin, that you can hear people in coridors talking as they were talking in your room. We informed the staff immediately, that the wardrobe needs to be repaired, but they couldn’t fix it during our stay (7 days), bed lamp was changed after constant reminder on the third day. Beach bar staff was not interested in their hotel customers – they never asked if we would like to have a drink or something to eat while we were on the beach. And if we asked them to help with the sunshade (which was broken also), they were very unwilling to help but eventually they fixed it that much, so we could use it. Breakfast is bearable, but not 4 star hotel worth. On the restaurant door is written, that it will be opened at 7 am but on the leaflet at 7.30 and the 7:30 is correct. Hotel location is very good – a promenade to the City center starts near the hotel and takes about 45 min to walk to the center. Lake view from the hotel is wonderful.
- DrTanyaP (10/5): Excellent hotel - Very nice hotel, renovated and clean. The hotel terrace is on the lake, so the view is amazing! Fully recommended! Hotel is close to the city center, so you can walk through lake shore to the old town.
- aji (8/5): Good hotel close to the lake - The hotel is facing lake ohrid. We asked the reception to offer rooms facing the lake even though he said it’s facing the lake but was not. Stayed a night here while touring the Balkan countries. We booked three single rooms. The room was spacious with parquet flooring, chargeable mini bar and paid tea and coffee makers. Evening was little cold and the rooms were kept warm upon our arrival. Toilet was clean and with all necessary amenities. Bed was comfortable. Free decent speed WiFi was available free of cost. We had dinner in the hotel and was great. Breakfast was normal with an omelette, sweet, juice, coffee and fruits. Country omelette was a flop, none of us liked.
