My room was on the ground floor next to the road and you could hear every vehicle and people loudly like they were in the room with you. - kaminoush (2/5): Not recommended - Review for 1207 Hotel, Antalya The hotel is located in a good area of the old town, and the atmosphere is quite nice. Check-in was smooth. Unfortunately, the room was terrible — although nicely designed, it was located under the building and, apparently, I had unknowingly booked a handicapped-accessible room. There was an unpleasant smell from the plumbing, and the shower had poor pressure and stayed cold — no hot water. The noise was also an issue: I could clearly hear people going up the stairs and walking in the rooms above. I had booked for two nights but left after one. The bedding felt cheap and low-quality. On top of that, there were stray dogs and cats sitting right in front of the door. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Was a little disappointed this time. had 2 rooms, and stayed over 2 weekends, due to flights Rooms were lovely, however, my daughters room has a terrible stagnant smell coming from the bathroom. Our return for second weekend, we both were given different room from the last stay and the small was in our bathroom. No milk in the rooms to accommodate the tea and coffee that was there. Overall location excellent and we would stay again

The staff moved us to another room. However, this new room was located right next to the dining area where breakfast is served, so we could not even rest because we could hear everything. The bedding was not even clean in this room. We then got moved to another room. However, this room’s AC did not work and the wifi was unreachable from this location of the hotel. The whole hotel smells stuffy and moldy. The air is heavy and smells like old.

- gshakirova (10/5): Good value for money - I couldn’t find anything better for my short trip to Antalya - the building gives a feeling of connection with history, owners kept Ottoman atmosphere in every detail. It’s in a very heart of Antalya, that means you need earplugs and don’t expect it will be quiet. Also I have super noisy neighbors upstairs who talk too loud with kids yelling, but the staff made them stop this chaos. Breakfast are ok, with good cheese variety, many vegetables and eggs, everything what I need from breakfast. The staff was good, very helpful and tried to solve all my problems and ask all the questions. The only minus was the hot water missing on my last day. It’s to improve for the management.

We came when plates were full, but just in 10 minutes most of the plates were empty. Same with coffee and tea pots. Hotel was announced as with the pool. Yes there was pool with a lot of leaves and some dirt. Considering the price, I would rate this hotel as overpriced. A lot of better options in Kaleici.

The hotel itself has an 1800’s charm to it which we enjoyed as we like to experience different hotels then we are used to. The breakfast had a large variety and the courtyard was locked from the inside so we felt safe sitting outside late at night. The rooms were spacious, tall ceilings and maintained in good condition. Note that taxis don’t come to hotel so you have to drag your luggage a few feet through cobbled streets. - Katrina (10/5): - I had a 7 day stay at this hotel and I have zero complaints. The morning breakfast was very classy, lots of options, and very well tended to. ALL the staff were wonderful and always very pleasant, helpful, courteous, and kind. I will definitely be staying here again. The only things I noticed that others may have issues with is the back alley can be a bit loud with chatter during the evening until 1 or 2AM. It didn't bother me but I am more of a night owl and didn't have any set itinerary I needed to get up for. Also the hotel is made of orginal floorboards and wood (which I think is just amazing) but it is not as sound proof as modern hotels so you can hear people using the stairs very well and walking around. I personally would just bring earbuds or plugs or something for my next stay. Sometimes it matters for flights and other itinerary plans but breakfast is served 8am-1030am, and until 11am on Sunday. Definitely worth the visit though!
- Salaaar (4/5): Like sleeping on a street! - Very rude staff, there was no kettle in the room and they dismissed my requests although it is mentioned in the facilities. I had an early tour and requested early breakfast which was promised but in the morning the rude man said no bread nothing go without breakfast. The room with city view is literally like sleeping on a street, drunk people shouting till 4 AM, cars bikes honking and what not! The TV not working, hairdryer not working, when complained staff dismissed everything I said! The only positive is the location but I would rather pay a bit more and never stay here. Don't waste your time or money on this hotel at all. Worst hotel I have ever stayed.

The place is in a good location in the Old Town so you can explore and come back for a rest and go out again. The staff is very friendly and the included breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable and even the pillows were great. You will need earplugs when you sleep but I think this goes for any hotel in the Old Town. I'll definitely come here again.

Front desk was helpful in making dinner reservations but limited in their knowledge of area for directions, dining, etc. Access for taxi was difficult/limited making it difficult for baggage handling.
- arlenepowers (10/5): Wonderful and in the Old City. - This was our 'posh' hotel for our trip and it was worth it. It's located near the ancient wall and the streets are narrow, curvy, and sometimes steep. If you go there in a taxi, get off at the entrance to the Luna Garden and walk in a short way --- otherwise taxi can't get to hotel. We had room 324 with high ceilings, plenty of space and 6 gigantic heavy windows. Omer came up to open and secure the windows which date from the origins of the building and, as Omer said, "can break your hand". The breakfast buffet was excellent. You can eat inside or in the large courtyard. On the main street just outside the city walls you can take the 'antique tram' directly to the Archeology Museum at the end of the line. By walking a few blocks, you can get the modern tram directly to the airport. Certainly if we go to Antalya again (which I would very much like), we would take the tram to the hotel from the airport. Our favorite discovery was the free Ethnographic Museum. We really appreciated the small carpets in the rooms.

Great breakfast. Perfect location. You can get one tram directly to archeology museum and another tram directly to airport.

- CEM (10/5): - Only drawback is that the parking garage is a little yard with no asphalt inside the inner walled city (old city). The streets are very narrow, it’s like a maze trying to get out. Municipal parking is available but one has to walk about 10 minutes (we did not use it but searched the facilities which were near by).
- Joseph (10/5): - We travelled all over Turkey over a 2-week period, and 1207 was by far the most charming hotel we stayed in. We love the architecture and all the history. It was way more than expected. Breakfast in the courtyard was so delicious and plenty of variety to chose from. The only drawback is the restaurant/bar across the street. After the first night, the noise didn’t bother us at all. If we ever find ourselves in Antalya again, we definitely will book a room at 1207. Joe and Marie from Boston

Turkish style breakfast was delicious . Even the filtered coffee was wonderful and if you ask at the bar they can brew Turkish style coffee and that one was the best!!!! we would definitely come back.Next year!!

- sonyaking0310 (8/5): Little Gem (but bring earplugs) - This is a lovely little gem with an amazing location. It’s walking distance to all the main attractions in the old city area, but also very close to the more modern shopping streets. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and amazing for the price. The little pool is a plus too! What’s lacking from a perfect experience however is the staff, some of whom were quite cold. The cleaning staff though were very sweet and friendly! Also note that the proximity to attractions also comes with a very busy street that’s loud late into the night. As an old building, the walls are also very thin so we were awakened by other guests laughing at 4am. Overall still a great experience, but definitely bring some earplugs!

The staff here are very hardworking and helpful.We stayed for 8 nights and would definitely return again very soon. Our breakfast was very good and we were always met by Ercan who meticulously worked to make the experience wonderful every single morning catering to our needs.We met the chef who was equally wonderful in providing us with a delicious choice of breakfast thank you Fatma.The cleaning team was excellent especially Seher she was very helpful. The reception staff were wonderful Emre ordered our anniversary cake and arranged a special surprise when we returned to our room on the day of our wedding anniversary.The staff were very attentive and immediately came to help if you needed any thing. Room was very nice. Overall clean and sufficient for any stay.I spoke with other guests who were returning guests they spoke highly of the hotel staff and said that they have been coming here for years.I think I will be joining those guests in the future. Thank you all for a wonderful stay ❤️

- Pm1266 (8/5): Great place and close to everything! - The hotel was very nice and clean, but the best part it was in the old part of the city. This made it very convenient to restaurants & shops, along with a short walk to the water and beach areas. We were able to walk to every where we wanted to go in the downtown and marina areas. Naqib was so helpful checking us in and then checked on us the last day before out flight. He was so friendly explaining his family owned the hotel and mentioned about upcoming renovations that were going on across the court yard.

Otherwise this hotel is excellent; good location close to Hadrian's Gate, restaurants and bars, also shops are just a short walk. Walk along the main street & look for Luna Garden entrance, turn in, walk to the end & u will see this hotel's entrance. Otherwise, it's is a bit tricky to find using Google map. Room was luxurious & super cosy without being too cramped. It had everything u could need in the room. Staff were so accommodating & friendly! One of the best hotels we stayed in our trip to this beautiful country. Only small qualms, ie too dark in the room (poor lighting), only paper cups in the room & no space/area for toiletries in the shower cubicle. Breakfast could have more hot items as well.

- Joseph (10/5): - The building of this hotel is an old, historic and charming Turkish mansion. I really enjoyed staying in such a historical building. It was a very nice experience. Staff were kind, and very attentive. Comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, a relaxing garden with blooming orange trees plus a small pool. Hotel is in a very convenient location. It is surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, shops including a Starbucks nearby. What else could anyone ask for... I will certainly return there someday.
- BungalowBill17 (8/5): Good Location. - Pros. As the title says, the hotel is in a good location just inside the ‘Old Town’ area of Antalya. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a choice of more than 30 dishes, with fresh tea and coffee; there is also complimentary tea and coffee during the day. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful, although not all speak English. The bathroom is modern with an excellent shower unit and good flow hot water. Okay, the Cons. My single room was an ’L’ shaped room with each leg only approx 2mts wide with an open wardrobe and two bedside cabinets. My room was at the front of the building and overlooked a busy street and the noisy ‘Luna Garden’ so was impossible to leave a window open at night. Ask for one at the back. The only food the hotel serves is the breakfast, and it has no liquor license.

Located in the historic old city, hotel is surrounded by many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. There is even a Starbucks located right on the main street. Breakfast buffet is quite rich and satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was explained to us that some repairs were done in the past with no much success and that it needs to be fix again but no one seems to care to try to put a bucket to contain water drips or to dry beautiful rugs.

Unfortunately the air con was kinda noise, the big shower head was not working and the small one had low pressure. The breakfast was not good: food was no labeled and everything tasted old and stale.

- Simon (10/5): Definitely in my black book… - This is a lovely hotel, really calming spot off the main drag just into the old town. Rooms are large and comfortable with everything thought of, breakfasts are very decent and the service is good. You do get a bit of street noise but it’s largely traffic free in the old town and the creeks etc of the old Ottoman town house add to the Eastern charm. Friendly and unassuming. Ask for Mehemet, he’s really helpful!

Nice area , glad to found this hotel .. yes is cheap , but to My view this hotel and area was like discovering small gem . There is no on site parking . But they will accommodate you to park your car in a private parking area where small hotels in that area share the parking space. Good breakfast, not fancy , but good breakfast. Over all , worth dollar and worth to stay in this hotel .

Our room was tiny (standard room) but we didn't mind because we received the hotel experience. Super welcoming checkin, even though we booked same day for very cheap we didn't feel any less important. They served us a very quick omelette and coffee for breakfast as we had to leave early. Bed was very comfortable. lovely shower and toiletries. The building is an old villa which is stunning. The only downside was the small room was under some very creaky boards up above and off the stairwell so a little noisy when people came home. It must have been an old storeroom. Check out was also good- help with taxi. Would stay again and book a better room!

Konum olarak eğlenceyi sevenlerin ilk tercihi olacak noktada. Yine Antalyaya gitsem, yine burada konaklayacağıma eminim.
